Aceable got the paperwork slightly wrong, and Community Driving School worked diligently to help us get everything sorted out so our daughter could get her test taken and have the correct paperwork at the DMV. Howi was the young lady behind the desk who was so kind and patient. Mackenzie was the expert on how everything should look and be properly filled out, and Ahmed was the one who administered the driving test and insisted our daughter's appointment get squeezed in because she missed her appointment time while we sorted the paperwork out. I came to learn about The Driving Institute, earlier in the year in January - I had a relatively bad experience with another Driving School, after 10hrs of road experience with that school... I was left with no confidence in any of my skills and I barely got any feedback. I booked myself in originally for 2hrs behind the wheel private lessons (which after I passed my driving test - I added in a further 2hrs later in the year to gain some confidence with Interstate and Highway driving), and I must say from the moment I contacted Miranda at The Driving Institute, I was greeted with nothing but friendliness and professionalism. I had my lessons with Mr Rossi [The 2hrs were split into 1hr sessions] and I have to say just after 2hrs, my confidence rose to further than what it was after 10hrs with my previous instructor. He fixed any issues I had within seconds with such simple techniques. He's a great teacher and he knows his stuff! It was well worth my drive from Richardson just for the lessons - I couldn't recommend anyone better to get you ready for these fast and furious Texas roads.
