We have a large, rustic property that has very rough terrain, and we are trying to turn it into our home. We needed to create outdoor living space and correct some significant problems with drainage and elevation. Before we started work with Two Men & A Hoe, we had some ideas of what we wanted to achieve, but we thought everything about our property was either too expensive or impossible. As soon as they started work, they quickly made us realize that nothing was really impossible, and there were many solutions within our budget. From that point onward, they took every idea we had and made it better than what we had even hoped. They solved problems and provided creative ideas to generate options beyond what we thought possible. All the while, they were very mindful of our time and our budget. In the planning phase, he was very cognizant of the slope and grade of the land, and would troubleshoot any areas that he anticipated could be an issue for drainage and run off. He also accounted for the physics of the motion of vehicles, and how that could affect the gravel as well. During the construction phase, he stayed in touch with photos, and was very concerned about the cosmetics of it, even down to the color of the stone he was using and if there was any variation. His edges were impeccably straight and sharp, I was amazed at how clean and crisp he was with something as unwieldly as gravel. He also compacts everything, it almost feels like I am walking on solid cement or asphalt, rather than gravel. Given the size of our project, I felt the price was extremely reasonable, based on the cost of another project I had done several years earlier, that was carried out much less effectively. If you need a gravel pathway, this is your company, you won't regret it.

Didn't do it during the heat wave, so rain is not it. They were rude and refused to even further discuss it. Just drove off. Highly rude and unprofessional. I tried to communicate. The rude Daughter just walked off during the conversation. I even asked her to just calm down and have a conversation about it. $4800 is a lot of money for the same problem to persist after the service is done. I was referred any a builder friend who said they should warranty their work. They were full of nothing but excuses. I left them know I'd have to seek legal recourse. She just said "go ahead".
