She explained that we were looking at oversized slabs (engineered quartz which we requested) to minimize seams. We also looked in their own yard for smaller pieces for other rooms. Initially, we were going to do only the kitchen. Their prices were better than expected so we expanded to include the butler's pantry and the master bathroom. Joe came out and measured. He answered all our questions (I was concerned about damage to the backsplash in the kitchen). While there was some damage to the drywall in the bathroom, that was easily remedied after the installation. He and his team worked quickly and did a beautiful job. Grouted very nicely between the countertop and backsplash. No broken tiles in backsplash. Joe is a perfectionist and measured the kitchen more than once to ensure a perfect fit. A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

They backed their Bobcat into my house and knocked the brick pillar off kilter and damaging the mortar throughout the entrance archway. The driveway cracked in less than two weeks. They built a low spot in the driveway that holds water. One year and two days after installation, a corner of the driveway cracked off. The company refuses responsibility and the city says they have no recourse because a permit was never submitted
