Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. This process of getting my car fixed, that most people would consider extremely stressful, ended up being one of the easiest transactions I've done this year! My insurance had sent over the information and Brent's team was already prepared for us when we arrived. I was worried that having my five-year-old daughter with me would make the process more difficult, but the ladies at the front desk, Kori and Amber I believe, quickly showed her toys she could play with while I filled out the paperwork. The associate Chris even let her have a turn drawing on our car with the paint pen as he was marking up the damages! Contacted DFW Bumper Solutions after an unfortunate encounter with another car's trailer hitch…read more They contacted me back in minutes, made the appointment for the next day. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
