Gotta love when a a furniture store wants to charge a disabled, elderly person to get an electronic arm chair fixed. The chair is 5 months old. She bought the protection plan for $109, but "because the chair is so new" it has go to though the manufacturers warranty. Because we didn't have it delivered, it would cost us another $89 to have it repaired in the event of it no longer functioning. So, either my mother has to pay the $89 to have it fixed, throw it away, or keep a broken chair until the extra protection warranty she bought on it takes effect. Do not purchase from this store unless you want to get ripped off. Oh and, by the way, to whomever told my mother "if you can sleep at night" if you tell everyone about the horrible service and horrible products, I hope you can sleep at night knowing you screwed over an elderly couple, one of whom has Alzheimers and both have mobility issues.

She said go have a look and I'll meet you back there for any questions. We browsed for almost 20 minutes and had some questions. She never showed up. No one came to help us. We couldn't find anything on our own so we decided to leave for another furniture store. The delivery personnel knew it was broken because I saw him messing with it and forced me to sign it before I could test the item and drove off. I worked with different teams starting 5 minutes after noticing the unusable furniture. I received a call from VIP support and told them they would make this right. I was then notified the next day that the support ticket was closed without opening an exchange. I called on Friday afternoon and spoke with Matthew Atobe who assured me the exchange paperwork would be completed on Friday. I called on Monday 10/23 and spoke to Matthew again. I was informed that the exchange paperwork was not completed and I asked for a refund. I worked with Matthew and was assured it would be resolved and agreed on a Wednesday 10/25/23 delivery date. I spoke to Matthew and was afraid to use the furniture and it was causing an issue because my son had nowhere to sleep. He assured me that we could use it. That it was ok because the furniture was broken before use. Come today 10/25 the delivery was scheduled but delayed due to a truck issue. We were told again to use the furniture and any condition was fine. We did not want to damage it so we were careful with it however we have a small pet. We were told there was a small bit of hair on the furniture and it could not be taken!! That they would not accept and would not deliver our other fixed furniture. Then THEY DROVE OFF WITHOUT TELLING US. Then to top it all off, they said they completed the order and to enjoy our furniture!!! We've spent over 10000.00 of furniture in past and have never been so defeated and frustrated ever.
