    Needed an armadillo trapped. He was here the next day to set traps. Prices are great compared to others.

I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

We've caught a couple brown recluse and had minimal mice activity in the bait stations. Granted, I didn't have a problem, per se, but prevention is key. Setting it.up after buying the house was a bit annoying. The previous owners had been using Rottler regularly and I set it up right after move in. They wanted me to do the new $350 service even though the house had been in the program for years, with no pest problems. After some back and forth, a higher up agreed to just start the program again. They accommodate when I need to change my appointment and are generally pretty nice. This stuff.is so $$$ for the 15 minutes someone spends in your house but I also DREAD having another mice problem or worse yet, brown recluse.

    I am really close to cancelling services. I have had a mouse for months and constantly cleaning up…read morethe mess, ruined food and so much more. I have expressed this over and over again yet Rottler can not seem to get it under control. I do not understand. I called today asking for them to come have my house cleaned at this point. I have explained there is still a mouse after all their attempts I do not understand. I had one technician transfer to another service area and never schedule a follow up so my home was not being serviced until I called asking what was going on. Another refused to go indoors but still wanted to say he serviced my home. So again had to call and the manager had to advise technician that they should come indoors when they are there to service. Just problem after problem. I am trying to be patient I am so frustrated. I am beyond frustrated. I am hoping they will come clean up and find a resolution. At this point I have no trust.

    In the Spring of 2017 we had a bug problem. We called Rottler and got it under control and we have…read morebeen having them come out to spray every two months for over 3 years now. Dan is our technician and he's super nice. The people who answer the phone have the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. In Spring of 2020 our every 2 months got out of whack because of the Covid-19 shutdown. In April we just had the outside sprayed and didn't want anyone inside the house so they did the inside portion in May. In June we were scheduled again and I had to call and explain that it was just serviced in May, blah, blah, blah. We needed service in early July and not June. They wanted to come again August 1st and I had to explain again they were here in early July and it hadn't been 8 weeks and we need it September 1st. No that's not OK you'll be violating your contract. The best I can do for you is August 31st. OK fine with me that's close enough. I can't be the only person who this has happened to because of the pandemic. Don't treat me like a leper. I am, in fact, spending money with you. Fast forward to the first week of September. We made a household decision that we didn't need our house sprayed every two months and we would be fine with every three months. We called the office and were met with more attitude. No we can't do that. So let me get this straight? I want to pay you to spray my house 4 times a year and you are going to tell me no, you can't do that because we are going from 6 times a year to 4 times a year? Yes, that's correct. Ok, we're going to have to completely cancel the service then. OK. I can't believe a company would employ people to turn away business in this manner...
