The roasted jalapeños and sriracha sauce added just the right amount of heat, while the bacon and fried egg brought even more richness and texture. The toasted pretzel bun held everything together beautifully. Taking that first bite and watching the creamy egg yolk run down the burger made every bite even more satisfying. I've personally been here probably over 50 times (no joke) since I've moved to Plainfield 2 yrs ago. Suggestion to all that cook carne asada (skirt steak): for it to be spot on with the seasoning....use Adobo....but it needs to be the Criolla brand. A lot of places use Goya Adobo but thats pure salt with no taste. Criolla Adobo is good on all meats & gives it a great taste. If you're gonna grill it.....season with Adobo & put in a zip lock bag over night with vinegar.....& oh emm geee.....the most tender, flavorful skirt steak!!! I've even left 'em seasoning for 3 days...& thats even better & more tender.
