Great place to get your car fixed and get hooked up with a great price. My earlier this year my car got messed up. Drivable. But had a bunch of scratches. My driver side door got hit by someone backing up in my apartment complex to my PARKED CAR. So that was covered by insurance. A month later some metal huge piece came flying at me on the freeway and messed up my hood of the car. I had to pay my deductible for that for insurance to pay the rest. I absolutely dread having to find an honest body shop and get estimates, but what made it easier for me was narrowing down the search to just 5-star​ places since there are so many. I knew the damage on my car was going to be very expensive so I didn't want to take any chances with anyone that had any bad reviews. After visiting a few body shops, Frank came out and inspected the car and I whispered to my husband that I got good vibes from him. He was quick, thorough, and did not ask about insurance once, which is how I know if an estimate is going to be ridiculously high or not! We asked him to tell us what he thought the car would need and it lined up with two of the lowest estimates I had gotten. I decided to trust my gut and the reviews on this place and scheduled to have our car serviced within the next two weeks. Our car was done WITHIN the week that he promised and it looked immaculate!!!! I was nervous that we'd have to pay a little over the estimate, but nope. Long Beach Collision Center has easily become the auto body shop that I will recommend to anyone. I came in after an accident that I was paying out of pocket for and not only did they give me an estimate that was about half what I was going to pay elsewhere, they also worked with a flexible payment schedule. My first repair, side view mirror, was ready super quickly since they worked with a part I already had and I brought in for paint and installation. My second repair, bumper cover, was done quickly as well and of course they went above and beyond and cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car. Simply put, Pat is the man! He recently fixed up my girlfriends bruised and and battered Chevy Colorado back to brand new. Not only was he polite, honest and concise about the work he was going to do; he also quoted beyond fair market price. He finished the work early and the results were, to say the least, spectacular. I just want to thank Francisco for providing great service for my car repair. My Prius was rear-ended and needed the rear bumper panel, back window, and rear door replaced or repaired, as well as some inner frame damage. He made the whole process painless and did a great job. The lines where the panels meet are clean and straight. Very difficult to tell the car ever was in an accident. In addition, Francisco went above and beyond. He said that he would stay within the appraisal estimate from the insurance company, and he dealt with the appraiser when frame damage was revealed under the outer panels, thus requiring the estimate to be raised. And even after I got the car back and I already paid for the car, Francisco helped me when the insurance company didn't want to pay me for all the days of my car rental. The appraiser had made an error and gave a low estimate for days to repair (5 when it should have been 15), thus preventing the insurance company from paying me. I called Francisco, and he called to re-open the appraisal estimate and get it corrected, which allowed me to get my rental car paid. At that point, Francisco really didn't have any reason to help me out because I already had paid him in full and gotten the car, but he helped me out anyways. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I love it when I meet good guys like the ones at Long Beach Collision Center. read more
