Immediately, Pat made his way over to help me with the answers i needed to get my car up and running correctly. Pat explained to me all the details of what i needed to get my car fixed. He was very patient and considerate. He even offered me a ride if i needed. Frank gave me the estimates and what more needed to be done to the car by looking at every aspect of the car. My 2002 Honda Accord was damaged on its rear bumper. The damage wasn't a big deal but it gave me great headache because I had really bad experiences with auto body shop before. I didn't know where to go to get it fixed so I came on to Yelp hoping to find a body shop that's at least half decent. Then I found Pat and his Long Beach Collision Center. Trust me guys, this is THE PLACE to go when you need the job done. Pat was very knowledgeable and unbelievably nice. He was very honest with me about my car situation; that definitely took the stress off of me. He put a new rear bumper in, repainted the spot where it needed to be repainted, and fixed the internal rear bumper (I don't really know the name of the part). It looked like nothing ever happened and I have been driving it around just fine. This is a long time coming, had my 4 Runner repaired here a few years back when Pat was the owner. They did a fabulous job matching the paint and making my poor tired '98 4 Runner look new. Pat was an extremely honest and trust worthy person to work with. Recently I had to go back to have some scratches taken out of my Mini Cooper and found out that Pat had sold the business to Francisco Bonilla.
