Just wanted to stop in and let management know that I've been going to LongBeachGreenRoom for over 3 years now and every single time, before going into the back, I'm praying and hoping that Carol will be back there as bud-tender. She is by far the best I've had, out of any shop that I've been to. Whether she serves me or not, she is able to make my day brighter and more positive. She has extreme knowledge of flower and will always make sure you get the best for how much you want to spend. I know I'm not the only person who hopes they have Carol as the person serving them. A Newby to the legalized scene, being an Atlanta native, I was confident after my youtube lesson and understanding of what is good MJ. But after passing the "secure door/airlock" situation, it gets a bit overwhelming. So, that's where Lou comes in...I told them a couple keywords, (...euphoric, energetic, focus... sativa proffered...and she provided a selection far broader than I ever thought existed. The Kanha pineapple.gummies were tasty and had nice kick at 10mg, and the Stiizy sativa was a win too, but I made the rookie mistake of redosing too soon. So I'm lying on my hotel bed with 30mg of the finest sativa pulsing thru my blood, and I loved it. For being in the middle of LB the parking situation was actually not that bad. They have their own parking lot in the back (enter from Rose Ave. people) WITH a security guard so it's safe too! They have a huge waiting room with plenty of seating, and seating inside the bud room too which is nice. As soon as your walk into the bud room, you know exactly why its called LB Green Room - the flower is amazeballs & all the greenery everywhere is gorgeous. Now aesthetics aside, the staff was super nice and extremely knowledgable! Highly highly recommend. Firstly, y'all gotta lemme yap bout the aromatic & freshly curated bud selection!! They got various strains & brands that compliment multiple vibes depending on what I'm lookin for. So I went in yesterday and bought a rig. When I got it home, it wasn't really working well and I was really disappointed in it. I called them and let them know that I wasn't happy with it and they let me bring it in and exchange it even though I had already used it and it had a little bit of wax on it. Tarick was the one who helped me and he took such good care of me. He was very understanding, I was explaining to him that the rig that I bought was burning my wax and he replaced that as well. Speaking on behalf of my husband: this establishment operates unprofessionally and condones treating their patrons with aggression and physical violence completely unwarranted. As a regular customer you think you would be treated with respect... think again. The manager is unprofessional/disrespectful and commends violent actions from employees. A formal complaint has been filed with the Bureau of Cannabis Control against this shop. read more

LBGR is the best, nothing else needs to be said. Product, selection, location, dedicated parking, can't beat it. The showroom has a nice vibe too. But what separates LBGR is the people, from the security staff to the budtenders, so knowledgeable and super nice, they get to know you and even know what you like.
