Really enjoyed my first pedicure here. I selected the Luxury pedicure and it was one of the best. Paid for my services, tipped $10 in cash and left. Saw the charge come through on my card today with a 15.00 additional amount added. I called the shop to find out what that additional amount was, and was told that's the gel fee. Daaaaang. $65.00 total without a tip for a pedicure. That's a lot. Just make it known when I'm selecting services. Let me know that there's an additional charge for gel so I'm not surprised. That's it. And, yes, next time I'll take a print out of my receipt. read more

This nail salon and nail technicians were horrible. They damaged my real nails and when took off the gel-x extensions they didn't cut my real nail neat and didn't file it. When I tried to file my real nail and cut it properly the nail technician got upset. After they finished my nails , which was gel-x, they changed the price by increasing it and didn't even give me the service I came for. So, basically they were telling me how to spend my money on their poor service and product. Also one of the nail technicians tried to make me give her a tip by lying to the cashier saying I was giving her a tip. Then when I tried to ask the manager for help with a problem with one of their nail technicians, the manager just ignored me. The last time I was there, their service was so poor and they were so disrespectful and was enjoying being this way to me, I left there on the verge of tears. read more

This salon is clean, professional, and every single person does an exceptional job on my nails. They are a bit on the pricey end. In my opinion, worth every bit. The location is always clean, the color selections are great, the prices are reasonable, and all of the nail artists I've worked with are super nice and skillful! I specifically see Megan every time I go in and she always does such a great job. Whenever I go to get a new set, I'm amazed with how healthy my natural nails still are! I've been going to the nail shop every two weeks for as long as I can remember and decided to give this place a try since it's local. My toenails hurt from over filing, and I told my pedicuring it hurt several times to no avail. I also asked for my nails to be filed instead of cut since they were already pretty short since it hadn't been long since my last pedicure, she went back and forth with me over this, and when she was polishing my toes I realized she didn't even file my toes and several of them were chipped, which indicated to me she didn't file them to make them even, or straight across as we had also discussed. My moms gel polish was also not cured properly and so she had to have them completely repolished..the total was also more than 100 dollars more than anticipated due to fees that were never disclosed on the price sheet, and only disclosed verbally at the time of payment. Not to mention I've never felt as uncomfortable in that nail shop as I have at any nail shop in my life, and I've been to my fair share. I'm used to a positive atmosphere and this was anything but, not to mention the poor service. Definitely will not be returning or recommending to my neighbors and it's a shame since it's so close! read more

I been going here for a few years now. And they never reallly disappointe. Definitely a great place. But today it was a bit different. The reason i gave 4 starts is because the girl who did my nails (her is Jackie) insisted that i pay in cash or venmo her the money. I didn't have cash on me so i Venmo her the money but it just didn't sit right with me. It made me feel uncomfortable. She also didn't want me to put "payment for nails" as the message she told me to put "thank you, very much" which was weird too. But anyways as i was driving home i started thinking that's strange that she insisted i pay cash or venmo. As i was driving i felt i did something wrong amd as a customer thats doesnt sit well with me. But none the less the nail technician are amazing amd listen to what you want. Just need to not ask customers to pay in either cash or venmo but maybe thats just me. read more

This was my first visit. Unfortunately, I have to rate 2 stars. I received a gel manicure on Monday 2-21 and the next day, Tuesday 2-22, the gel on my left hand pointer finger fell off. Today, Wednesday 2-23, the gel on my left hand thumb fell off and the gel on my right hand pointer finger fell off. The gel usually stays on my nails for a 2-3 week minimum and it never just 'pops' off. The staff was friendly and service was easy. read more

I have had 2 bad experiences here since my initial review. I got dip powder nails done here and my nail SPLIT FROM THE NAIL BED on the 2nd day of having them done. I came in to get them fixed and the "manager" was unable to do so. It's embarrassing and frustrating to have to complain to someone who doesn't understand that the nail is still broken under neath the attempted fix and for her to try and rush a fix because they are busy when I was literally there the day before. Beware when getting dipping powder your nails might brake from the nail bed which is super painful and they are unable to fix. read more

I went in indecisive then decided on a French tip. Tran could not execute a dip French tip so she said she would paint it on. She mentioned she had appointments and we would have to hurry. So I suggested maybe we just do a simple one color dip then with lavender. She flipped out saying we don't have the color and she can't serve me. So I was charged $10. Service and quality isn't what it used to be. I used to really like this place which is why I didn't mind spending extra money on good service but it seems to be more of a hit and miss these days. (Mostly miss) I left the salon today with gel polish all over my toes and on top of my feet. Not only have they lasted this long (I workout daily with weights, and use my hands a lot manually at work), but the process of getting them done was wonderful as well.
