I was initially happy with my experience at the salon, but an older lady at Classy did a fill on my nails. The original nail set was from another salon, but from having my nails done for many years, I know that a new set needs to be filled properly. The girl who did my nails at Classy after the older lady had finished working on them said that she felt that the her coworker hadn't done a great job and the nails were too thin and lifting. I had to go back two days later for a broken nail... which they tried to charge me for. Literally an hour later another one broke. I'm disappointed and a bit upset. I really liked the design but they did a bad job on the fill

I asked for a French tip and they did it so thick and ugly I will never be going back here. The orange juice scrub is literally in a Minute Maid bottle and is so disgusting and unsanitary. Service was horrible. I will never be coming back here. I can't believe I paid $50.

All I learned from my breaks were that it's worth it to spend the time driving back to this salon. Vy gets it right every time, although the other techs that have done my nails are great too. What I love about Vy's work is that my dip nails look totally natural and never bulges. Ty Ty always gets my toes right too!

WARNING IF YOU GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE PLEASE PAY IN CASH. I WAS CHARGED $20 EXTRA ON TWO DIFFERENT VISITS‼ 1. They make up their own prices if the owner isnt there so check to see if shes working first. 2. Ask for the total amount BEFORE doing any adds-ons/extra details. If you dont ask before they do the add ons, they will make up a ridiculous prices to get the extra tip. They are good, but they cannot be trusted. read more

Absolutely lovely. When I first walked in, I was greeted and immediately seated. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The lady who did my pedicure did an outstanding job. I got the upgrade with the foot scrub and the mud mask. The massage was great. My pedicure came out so cute! I asked for French tip and it came out perfect. I called 15 minutes before and asked if they had availability and they said they would. Parking was a little tricky since the parking lot was packed (weekday around 2 PM), but found some street parking not too far. This location is not where it's happening on second street, but just at the beginning of it. You sign in at the front and I like that it tells you the number of points/stars you would get for signing in. Gamify anything and people want to keep coming back. I saw that they had refreshments but no one offered anything to me, so maybe it's only for special occasions? I was seated right away but waited about 15 minutes before someone got started, which is fair since I was basically a walk-in. The nail tech that came over was polite enough but didn't speak much English. I paid extra for a 10 minute massage, but honestly not sure if it was worth it or would be more bold and ask for more pressure haha. Someone else took over towards the end. I'm not sure why, but would have been nice to know, since my nail tech got started on someone else. The massage chairs are nice but could have had stronger pressure too. (Sounds like I need a deep tissue massage lol). Pricing is okay and reasonable for the area. I like that you can pay via Zelle or Venmo, as it's definitely more convenient. Back home (Bay Area), I pay about 15 dollars less and the massage is way better and longer. TLDR: nails look good (got gel pedicure), service is meh. Prices are reasonable for the area. read more

I went to get a pedicure and got the express which was $25. All they did was cut my nails and that was it and done in 10 minutes. Did not use any lotions, no cutting the cuticle on my toes. They also charge $1 to use credit card as well. I not very happy with this pedicure. This explains why there is no customers at all in the store. read more

I Have been visiting this shop for the last 3 years and go out of my way to go here. The quality is 10/10, customer service 10/10, cleanliness 10/10! These ladies are Nail artists in my opinion, a distinction from nail tech's. I always ask for Vivian, she makes my nails looks so sparkly and amazing! I was mostly happy with my Gel X manicure but usually I'm sitting at 3-4 weeks with no issues before I go get a new set, and I'm at week 2.5 and have 2 nails chipping, that's not something that's ever happened to me with Gel X so I'm a little weary about returning. Myle did my set and she's very sweet and makes sure you like them. The shaping is average (I'm picky) and the actual paint design is perfect but I guess she should have done another coat? Price is also pretty standard $60 for a set and $5 for design (or it may have been $55 for a set and $10 for design). Cute salon, good parking, just not happy with how fast these chipped. read more

Not sure how I feel about this place, cheap pricing sure, but keep in mind kids how if you're paying $73 for mani & pedi WITH GEL it better stay on my nails longer than a day. I got these painted Friday the 13th, 2021, & here I am on a Tuesday following now complaining about it bc I was hoping it would only be 1 nail....BUT NOPE. How is it that my left hand polish stayed, but not my right? Vivian did my hands, tipped her & the girl she didn't know the name to $10 EACH after paying $73! Why tf we tipped at all is beyond me!!! Pedi is great, minus the one big left toe chipping causing me to have to clip it down & make it shorter to blend in, but I'll take that over this whole right hand mani crap I got. They said this could be my new spot, but i think I'll continue to drive to Torrance where they're a bit more costly BUT HIGHLY THOROUGH!!!! Now I can't complain about their acrylics because I have never gotten them, but I came here with high hopes! They have such a "GREAT" review rating here on Yelp, but clearly the work doesn't really justify that high star rating. So if you're looking for a cheap place, maybe just skip that and go somewhere that is $10 higher & BETTER WORK WITH MORE SPACE AS WELL. The shop was tiny & crammed. The best part of this FIRST TRIP WAS ONLY THE PEDI WITH SCRUB, so that would most likely be the ONLY REASON TO COME HERE, but I have to give it a 1 star as I don't even know if Vivian gave that girl her $10 for the pedi tip. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

She answered any and all of my questions and provided me with a few donated containers for my purchase. So far, the star of this visit are the scented lotion and hand wash. Can't recall the name. But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. And I met her husband and best friend, who happened to be in the store. Simply delightful. I think this is going to be another one of my "happy" places.
