She was clear with her instructions, set expectations, was patient with the dancers, and always kept a positive attitude, making each session fun and engaging. What stood out was how wonderful she was with the kids. Jazmin created an environment where the kids felt comfortable and excited to learn, and her ability to connect with them made a difference. She made sure everyone, no matter their skill level, felt included and confident, and the end result was a beautifully choreographed performance. The waltz and baile sorpresa were fantastic, but what I really liked was the last-minute request to have the kids make an entrance with the banda. Everything that we had already signed and discussed prior to this switch was never forwarded to her. This lady would never answer her phone when we needed her for answers to questions that were being asked to us. So 2 weeks prior to the wedding we trying to contact her and her communication with us was non existent. Our vendors had questions and when we were trying to get answers she would never respond back. But when it came to MONEY and making sure we pay she was always calling. Our wedding day came 9/27/25 and it was a complete disaster at our reception. She was never on sight. And when she did finally show up after blowing her phone 10 times she didnt know where the DJ could plug into their system, she didnt know she had to be there to control the lighting for our first dance, garter dance ect. which is what i signed for, there was no SECURITY present which is what I signed for. So it was all bad. The communication with this place is no good they take forever to respond back but when it comes to your money best believe you'll be hearing from them. This left a real sour taste in our mouths because we were really looking foward to it. We decided to have our reception here because it gave us Vegas club vibes with the loud speakers and lighting. It had everything that we needed and wanted. But when it came to our first dance ect. I was the one turning the lights off. We had white lights flashing all night instead of colorful lighting for the dance floor really ridiculous and her response was " im not a light technician " but yet she carrys a ipad to control lighting very snotty lady. The testimonials/references she gave me where of over two years ago nothing current or within the past year. She wanted to meet at a local Starbucks to sign an agreement, with none of her information, and to collect a deposit. At the end of the day she decided not to do business with us because she felt uncomfortable with me asking those questions. To me it all seemed shady when a business owner who claims to be doing business does not feel comfortable making their clients comfortable in doing business - absolutely no transparency.
