Truly great experience. My food was amazing, fish was super delicious, and plantains are so good as well, veggies were little underwhelming but acceptable. My husband had the hot dog, he said it was good but not the best he's had. He was super happy with the local beer selection. Services was quick and professional. Place wasn't too loud and there was plenty tables to choose from depending on your preferences. It I a causal place and feels relaxing. Overall great and we will be back! P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

Sorry, only got a picture of this delicious slice of key lime pie.

We have been going here for years and it is always great. We started with a bowl of clam chowda. I got a pint of their exclusive Hatteras red on tap. My wife got the mahi mango salsa bowl. And I got the hand breaded shrimp. We finished with a slice of key lime pie. As usual, everything was great.

Experience: came here with a friend at 5:00 on a Friday. Facility: this place gives an off a cross between a sports bar and beach bar vibe. They have some outside and inside seating. There are tables and chairs, picnic tables and booths. Service: we were seated immediately and our order was taken and food came out quick. We had a good waitress, but I forgot her name. Food: the food was very good. Smoked fish dip: 4/5 I liked it, but my friend thought it was too fishy. He worked in the fishing business years ago and said it was due to the way they filet the fish. Not sure, but it was a little fishy, but I liked it. LOL! Firecracker shrimp: 4/5 I like this too. Good flavor and not too spicy. I really liked the served it with wonton chips too. The melt hotdog 5/5 - o loved the hotdog... the sautéed onions and crispy bun put this one over the top. Overall: I will definitely be back!! Lots of other menu items I need to try!!!

So I gave a review many years ago on all Long Doggers in the county. Since then, I go almost exclusively to the Palm Bay location. I'm not sure what they did to change but their food is delicious. They have daily specials for lunch as well as drink specials and other finger food specials after 2pm. The service is great and my drink of choice is waiting for me when they see me arrive. They have indoor or outdoor seating. They have added automatic shutters for inclement weather and heaters for the few days a year when it gets chilly. Robbie is the GM and I applaud him and the staff for making casual dining a pleasure!

We had the Mork Dog, onion rings, bonsai shrimp and poblano soup. As always the onion rings were very good. The hot dog as well but the shrimp were severely overcooked, tough and chewy. The poblano soup was excellent! Actually took a bowl to go! We do like coming here for a quick lunch. They always have good specials.

There were a few standout dishes at Long Doggers, including the nachos and the blackened mahi sandwich, were delicious! However, there's room for improvement. The clam chowder was too watery, and the Florida Reuben was overly breaded, making it difficult to taste the mahi. The local moco wasn't a true Hawaiian loco moco. It should be kept simple and affordable: rice, burger, gravy, and an egg. The addition of broccoli, cornbread, and strawberries felt unnecessary. If anything, the only extra side should be tuna mac salad. I also tried a hot dog, and while the meat quality was decent, it didn't particularly stand out. On a positive note, the service was excellent. It was a cold night, and the staff kindly turned on the heaters when we asked. The food came out quickly, and the place was well put together with great decorations.

We absolutely LOVE this place The service has always been great. We love the ability to eat inside or outside. They always have the shades down if the weather isn't great. The food is great! There is definitely something here for everyone. Fries? Burgers? Hotdogs? Seafood? The sangria is so good! They have red and white. They also have online ordering or call ahead. They have a drive up window so no need to even get out the car. 10/10. Seriously go here!

Conch was their specialty for the day so I had conch soup.

Out of all the Long Doggers restaurants located along the Space Coast, the one I've been to more times than the others is the location near the Palm Bay Rd/Minton Rd. intersection. I have eaten so many of their meals and enjoyed many of their specials, it is a damn shame on me that I haven't given them my rare five-star rating. So here is me finally getting around to remedy my lack of review of one of my favorite restaurants here on the Space Coast. First and foremost, I must stress that ALL the Long Doggers restaurants I have been to have been phenomenally good. I expect no less from the local restaurant chain owned by the same people who own the most popular restaurant in Historic Downtown Melbourne, Meg O' Malley's, as well as one of the best Key West/Cuban hybrid restaurants around, Hemingway's Tavern. If you ever been to any Long Doggers restaurant, they all have the same theme of looking like surf shack on the beach. Despite this, you get your shading, sun blockers, and air conditioning so no worries for you all who have a weakness to the Florida heat... despite you all living or visiting here. Over the course of my many visits, I have enjoyed their iconic hot dogs, in which their restaurant is named after, their version of a Reuban sandwich which is a whitefish fillet (I think) with cole slaw all on a Hawaiian bun, and their specials as pictured in this review (conch soup and fish tacos). If you want a real sweet deal on ribs, go on Thursday. If you want 10 percent off your entire meal, wear a Long Doggers t-shirt on Tuesday (I have). And to show how long I've been going to Long Doggers, they used to have a special for wings on Wednesday in which it was 49 cents per wing. That doesn't exist anymore though. Anyways, Long Doggers in Palm Bay has been consistent in their food, their staff, their cleanliness, and everything else in between. Ergo, they recieve and DESERVE my five-star rating. As a matter of fact, I am missing their food so I know where I will go soon!

This place is a casual family friendly restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This location in Palm bay always seems to be busy so we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. The server was friendly and the food was pretty good for a chain restaurant. We didn't try the hot dogs but it's what they're known for and they have a variety of toppings. I'd say long doggers is worth trying if you're in the area but not sure what the hype is all about...everything seemed pretty mediocre.

Excellent Smoked Wings and Great Happy Hour Spot…read more Stopped by Broken Barrel Tavern at Palm Bay Road and Babcock and had a great experience. Service was prompt and friendly, and the happy hour specials made it an even better value. I ordered the wing basket with 8 smoked wings and onion petals. The onion petals were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the spicy remoulade sauce. For the wings, I tried both the Carolina Vinegar and the Hot Garlic flavors. The smoked wings themselves were outstanding, and the Hot Garlic sauce was especially memorable because it featured real garlic, which added incredible flavor. These are definitely wings I will come back for and highly recommend to anyone visiting. My partner ordered the BBQ pulled pork quesadillas with seasoned fries. The fries were more like freshly cut chips, nicely seasoned and delicious, and the quesadillas were excellent as well. Overall, Broken Barrel Tavern delivered great food, quick service, and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're in the Melbourne area and looking for outstanding smoked wings, this place is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

Went for lunch on a Friday and they had two servers and only one working the dining area. We sat in the very dark dining area. Every surface was painted black. Lighting was pretty poor and it was hard to read the menus. Ordered a pulled pork platter and a pulled pork sandwich. They both came with "fried chips" and the platter had another side and we chose beans. Bourbon Bbq sauce was our choice. The pork was good. Good portions on both sandwich and platter. Beans had some "heat" which I don't favor but my son really liked. The chip fries or fried chips - whichever they call them were seasoned with a garlic salt it tasted like. However they could have used about another minute I the fryer. The bigger ones were raw in the middle. May have been a byproduct of a large party in their event room throwing off their timing. But if cooked a bit more they would be a unique side for the area and good. Server was stretched thin. Freshens my son's drink but not mine until he brought the check. By then meal was over. I had water. Not difficult. Rib special looked good from a distance and I heard they are known for wings. Maybe next time. Noticed there is a private room for events that most restaurants do not have. So a point to consider.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Buffalo Wild Wings (a.k.a. B-Dubs which I will shorthand Buffalo Wild Wings to for the remainder of this review) is currently a sports bar establishment... well... pertaining to those that are "corporate." B-Dubs has been in its current location for more than a decade. Through its time, I have been to B-Dubs simply for the food, but mostly to watch football games, MMA fights, and wrestling PPVs. Yes, there is a lot of history when it comes to my time spent at B-Dubs, but unfortunately with so much time spent, I can say that over the years, B-Dubs has progressively gotten worse. Every now and then, they have a favorable spike in their quality, but overall, it is like New Found Glory: All Downhill From Here! Though an address is provided, B-Dubs has been in the same place it has always been: the northeast quadrant of Palm Bay Rd. and Norfolk Pkwy. If it helps, it is a standalone building within the Hammock Landing plaza right next to El Pollo Tropical. On the outside, B-Dubs looks like almost all other B-Dubs looks like: a sports bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. Upon entering, you get the overstylization of a local sports bar with sports paraphenelia plastered on the walls. Depending on the locale, certain teams will be highlighted more so than others. For this B-Dubs, we hafe more Florida teams such as Gators, Seminoles, Dolphins, Buccaneers, and Jaguars. We even have Magic and Heat, too. In its heyday, the seating was a-okay, but you can definitely feel that some of those booths' cushions need a recharge. After more than hour, I can tell you my tailbone was starting to hurt me. As for the food, it is... okay... too. Maybe back in the day, my taste buds were not so mature and I didn't mind food that was too salty, too hot, too bland, too covered with too much flavor to hide the bland taste. But now, I can tell. Sometimes the cooks get it right, but overall, it is just forced peddled bar food. As a matter of fact, the last thing I ate from them were street tacos. Overall, they were okay, but it should not be too hard to mess up street tacos, right? Well... I did get messed up street tacos before, but fortunately for B-Dubs, they did not mess up. Not the quality like a real Mexican restaurant makes or even Taco Dive, but okay. The wings are still poorly cooked, as in overcooked and dry, something they probably hoped I would not notice with all the sauce they use. And as for the restrooms, still a travesty whenever I step into them. At least that every single time I went, our wait staff has always been kind. Maybe at times they are stretched thin and they can't be as attentive as they want to, but they are always kind. Ultimately, I purposely avoid eating at B-Dubs as of late. However, my friends during my Bible Study might want to go there simply because it is an easy-peasy place to eat and enjoy communion with others in the group. Outside of that, there are far better options for whatever it is B-Dubs has to offer. Miller's Ale House and Hooters does a better job with the sports bar theme, Frankie's and Wing Stop have better wings, and so on and so forth.

There was nobody at the door and nobody behind the counter and a sign that said order at the kiosk. It was a little odd it really gave ghost kitchen vibes. What's the order was entered into the computer and paid somebody came out from back of the kitchen and began to make my food. I'm not sure if he even said hello to me but he did his job perfect. Once it was done he put it up in the window and I was able to take it. The store is a great paint shop inside it's just so weird that you can't sit there and eat your sandwich. Now the chicken sandwich itself seemed like it was massively over size. I had chicken breast hanging out both sides of the bun. And it wasn't a crappy Patty that you're used to at normal fast food places. It was pretty good a nice juicy and a Buffalo wasn't too spicy it was great. Only question is that these chickens at their serving up have such big boobies that I'm wondering if this is a Turkey breast. Of course it's not a Turkey but it's so big it'll make you think it was. Service: packed decently, but they need to either wait until the sauce is cooler or get better containers for the Marina sauces, because both were melted to the point the lids were misshapen and not even on top anymore. Also, took longer than said, but they were probably busy since it started to rain. Food: we ordered the following... 1. Pepperoni pizza: 3.5/5 it's was ok... but on the bland side. It needs salt or spices or something. 2. Specialty pizza: 2/5 it was a meatball, mushroom and extra cheese pizza. It doesn't look to have much more cheese than the pepperoni with normal cheese and we paid extra for the cheese. But the worst part about this pizza that just sunk my heart when we opened the box... I still took a bite to make sure, and yes... they used canned mushrooms. Yuck!!!!! Who has a wood fired traditional Pizza and puts jarred mushrooms on top??? Why not fresh mushrooms?!
