Aspen Tree Services of Long Island came and removed several trees from our Suffolk County property…read morein June of 2024. The company came with a large team of both male and female workers; it was evident that the team works like a "well oiled machine" as all team members were actively playing a role in ensuring that safety took precedence and that our property was respected and kept tidy. The team members diligently removed the tree parts and debris as soon as the remnants of the trees touched the ground! We received estimates from 12-15 companies, but Aspen had the most competitive price(s)! Ralph is the owner and he was an amazing, dedicated man. He stayed until 7:30 at night to ensure that ALL of the multiple stumps had been grinded down on the same day that the trees had been removed. We would absolutely, without a doubt, hire this company again: if we need additional tree services! Please note that the company willingly shared proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) and proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, which eased our worries as customers! His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. My boyfriend had trees cut down at his house and told me how excellent this company was so I gave it a shot. Not only was their price excellent but they did tons of work in less than 2 hours and you would never even know they were here except for the improvement. I'm a tree hugger so this was hard for me to do but the wisteria next door was coming through and wrapping around my trees. They cut down a big oak, took out giant box woods that got out of control and trimmed a bunch of trees. I can not believe how fast this improvement happened. I can't recommend them enough. He had a worker that with him that first agreed with what I said about the agreed work then when Victor gave him a look or realized Victor was not on the same honest page as him, he changed his story and acted like he wanted to get physical then when and got back in his truck.
