An employee called me at 8:34 and said they were making more sauce and it'd be 5 minutes. I ordered 30 minutes ago, so this was already annoying. We sat and waited 20 more minutes and watched several parties leave. At 8:57 I had to call a second time (after being placed on hold for 8 more minutes) and asked what was going on. The employee admitted over the phone that they had made a gallon of Alfredo sauce and gave it to other customers at tables. I asked them, "It's Sunday at 8pm, why do you have no Alfredo sauce ready? And why would you not put some in a to go cup for me?" They were unapologetic, and just kept asking if I wanted a gift card or to wait for my order. I told them if it was going to take alot longer, I just want my money back. They ended up bringing my order out within a couple of minutes. At this point, it was after 9. From order to pickup, this all took an hour. I also took a photo of their deserted parking lot when I left. Man... I didn't realize a tiny cup of Alfredo sauce took 40 minutes when you're SO busy. Lolol This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. We tried it a couple of months after it opened, and swore we would never come back at that point. It had been enough time, I thought we could give it another try... I regret it. I would rather drive 20 minutes across town than ever deal with these people again. I hope it closes due to poor service (and food quality).

One thing is that they forgot someone's steak and we had to wait until they brought it out. It took about 15 minutes for it to come out and when it did it was raw. Overall I'm not complaining for a comped meal but if i was paying i would probably not come back with how expensive this place is for what you get. The service was not amazing but I would cut them some slack being that they just opened and we were a big party. It was all good but not anything special compared to other steakhouses I've been to.
