The employee admitted over the phone that they had made a gallon of Alfredo sauce and gave it to other customers at tables. I asked them, "It's Sunday at 8pm, why do you have no Alfredo sauce ready? And why would you not put some in a to go cup for me?" They were unapologetic, and just kept asking if I wanted a gift card or to wait for my order. I told them if it was going to take alot longer, I just want my money back. They ended up bringing my order out within a couple of minutes. At this point, it was after 9. From order to pickup, this all took an hour. I also took a photo of their deserted parking lot when I left. Man... I didn't realize a tiny cup of Alfredo sauce took 40 minutes when you're SO busy.
