Our table ended up taking a bit longer--about an hour and fifteen minutes--simply because the party seated before us had finished eating and paid but lingered for a while. Honestly, we weren't upset at all; things like that happen, especially on busy Sundays. What stood out was how the staff handled it. The team was incredibly apologetic and attentive the entire time. Before we were even seated, the manager personally came over, apologized, and offered to cover two appetizers because of the extended wait. We repeatedly told them it wasn't necessary, but the gesture alone spoke volumes about their leadership and care for guests. Our server, Kendra, deserves special recognition. She's only been serving for two weeks and was clearly under pressure--she had just dealt with a large party before us and then was seated with our group. Despite the stress, she handled everything like an absolute professional. She was thorough, kind, apologetic (even when she didn't need to be), and genuinely attentive. We made sure to tell her multiple times how great she was doing--and we meant it. It was a hectic day, but every staff member we encountered went above and beyond.
