There were multiple diagnostic visits but eventually the issue was properly determined. Service was friendly and informative each visit but the run around with visit 1 and 2 were annoying. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the techs that visited my home. The prices were reasonable and competitive for the services performed.

After checking on the inside of the house, Hogan the AUX Plumbing Technician checked the yard. He found the leak was coming from the pipe link just next to the meter. A steady stream of water was shooting down into the earth is the reason we didn't see water puddling up. He did a great job of repairing the problem. Really professional, friendly and courteous service. He was also knowledgeable of his craft. I definitely recommend him and his company if you have any Plumbing Work that's needed.

They even delivered red dyed diesel, and we caught it after the handle was leaking and who knows how long that was going on the past year. There are many other companies that offer this service and have better pricing with way better customer service.

They quoted me an outrageous price. When I told them it was 50% more than what we had budgeted and I was going to call my spouse to talk about it, the technician IMMEDIATELY dropped the price by $250.00. Like before my husband could even answer my call. He knew that his quote was outrageous and that my husband would say absolutely not! but felt I may be gullible. I know that I am a girl, But that doesn't mean as a company that the first thing you try to do is price gouge me. Shame on you. The workmanship is fine, but I am very displeased about the quote process.
