Loved her personality, she was Attentive, personable, friendly and made our dining Experience very Enjoyable!!!!! Food: Spicy Chicken Bites Lemon garlic chicken Longhorn Salmon Food-!All 5+ stars!!!! The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly, 7 oz perfect size, could only finish half, rice pilaf and Asparagus-Yum!! We took leftovers home! Great food and drinks but slow service. Have come here a few times with a group or by myself. The food and drinks have ben really good each time I come in. I've ordered steaks, chicken, soup, and of course, the delicious bread! If it's happy hour, I'll get a drink or two too off of their special menu. Service can be pretty slow though, especially at lunch. A half hour lunch can turn into over an hour which I can slightly understand due to the lunch rush that can hit here but I've been here when there's only like 20 people eating in here and it's been painfully slow. read more

this is the best chain steakhouse I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. I work close by and I have been here at least a dozen times. The 20 ounce ribeye is my go to medium rare. I have never had a Steakhouse so consistent on their preparation and quality. The staff is awesome as well. My family took me out for my birthday yesterday and I was so excited. It's was so crowded. When the food arrived my salmon was not cooked properly. When I asked for them to remake the salmon I was told that they would take the salmon I tasted and put it back on the grill. That was disgusting. He said that's what they always do. Idk what's going on at long horn in Allen park but the service is getting worse and worse and the manager destiny doesn't make it any better. We waited an hour for our food and our for my water. Then when I say never mind where just going to go you suddenly tell me the food is ready. Comes out all wrong. Then catch an attitude with us because we telling you it's not right we waited all day to receive anything. And destiny say you can go you can leave ok bet. Ashley was out waitress, and she was amazing. We were a party of 3 and our food was amazing. Ribeye was excellent and perfectly cooked. Strawberry salad was delicious. I had the grilled corn on the cob and I ate the whole thing, it was so good. And finally desert, we had the lava cake with vanilla ice cream and that was so good. I'm a SW and so I sometimes eat out for my lunch breaks. The restaurant was somewhat busy considering how early it was but the food came out super fast and it was all fresh and hot. I also got the Parmesan curated chicken which is not pictured. I opted to remove some of the crust from the chicken as it was overbearing considering I also ordered the dip. But the chicken and loaded mashed potatoes were great. I also enjoyed the spinach dip, I prefer tortillas chips over pita but it was still good. read more

The food is good but the restaurant is dirty. There was a picture on the wall of our booth with crud on it. I asked the waitress for wipes so that I could clean it. She brought us dirty bread plates. We had to send half of them back. I won't even get into what was on the floors. read more

Me and my family loved the ambiance of the restaurant with a low lit dinning area that had a cozy effect. We went here on New Year's Eve which probably was mistake in the first place. It was very crowded and when we finally got to sit down all our silverware was dirty so we sent it back. To only be given dirty silverware with dirty napkins. I ordered a drink from the bar which took almost 30 minutes and it was awful and I had to send it back it was nothing but sweet and sour mix and that's it. Our steaks we ordered to be medium came to the table well done but it took almost an hour to get them so we didn't want to send them back. My salad was swimming in ranch dressing it look like Ranch soup. We asked to see the manager who kept walking past our table but I think at this point he had a bunch of other fires to put out. It seems there were complaints at just about every table. So he finally came to the table and offered a discount and I told him no I don't want a discount I don't want to pay for this overdone steak. At which point he offered to remake it but it took an hour to get back so I didn't want to wait that long. So he just gave mine free but gave the others at the table that had overcooked steaks a discount. Our waiter was very nice and very apologetic even though it was not his fault. Longhorn is not a place that I frequent just because I never knew what to get and there aren't a lot around where I live in Chicago. This is my best friends favorite restaurant and we saw that one was close by the hotel we were staying at so went on ahead and tried it. We were greeted when we walked in and sat down immediately. Upon looking at the menu my best friend noticed that they didn't have the Pair combo that she normally gets when she goes which she was looking forward to. Our waitress was great. I ordered the Redrock Grilled Shrimp, Lobster, Mashed Potatoes, and Broccoli. I loved everything I ordered and ate everything on my plate which is rare. My favorite was the Mashed Potatoes they tasted homemade, and they didn't taste like most boxed Restaurant Mashed Potatoes. The price was average and customer service was good. read more

I just left my uncles wake and this was the service I received. The manager definitely needs a better attitude because I was not trying to get anything free. We had zero refills on water, all neighboring tables being served. Asked for at least our side salad, didn't receive till maybe 20 mins later. Finally we received our dinner 2 hours later, steak was well done when we ordered medium rare and super salty. Will never return here again. We were very patient and didnt bother knowing they were busy. But 2 hours is a bit much. Loaded baked potato was wrapped in foil and toppings were in separate container which actually kept the potato foiled hot. Great packaging. Fresh homemade warm bread with every order. Birthday free dessert, I ordered chocolate lovers cake which was so rich and delicious with different layers of cake and mousse and chocolate topping served with cup of vanilla ice cream and fudge topping. Delicious. Best packaging for Togo orders. Omar was the customer service person. He was so welcoming and efficient while waiting on customers, greeting each one with a friendly welcome. Food was good. Took my wife here after her hospital stay. Server was the bartender and possibly manger and was the best We usually eat in the Longhorn in Canton/Westland. I have higher expectations for Long Horn unfortunately. Sunday evening with a group of 7. I won't go into the little issues but my 9 ounce filet was thin and overcooked. It was like a dry sirloin. I've been going to longhorns for a while now. My girlfriend and I went there and we were very disappointed. It was busy as it usually is and I always like the look of Longhorns Steakhouse with its rustic wood and feel. First, our waitress was great, she just seemed overwhelmed at the time. We both ordered the ribeyes with baked potatoes. Our salads were drenched with ranch. It was like eating ranch salad soup. The baked potatoes were ok. I also had French onion which didn't really taste all that great. Now to the steaks... Not sure if they made a mistake on seasoning, but all I tasted was pepper. The whole steak was just pepper. It was cooked medium rare which we ordered, but I really couldn't eat the steak. I have it 2 star, cause the last time I came here, I felt as if it got worse. On July 29 2025 I went and our waiter got almost all or food wrong twice then we all realized that her person and her breath smelled like pure alcohol then we had to split the bill with three people and we told her who is who and she got it wrong three times then she did not make no sense and then we had our re wrong 4 times and we had to get a refund and we got no refund receipt and when we asked she gave it but it was soaked with something from the back to the front over all horrible do not recommend only go if u want a waiter that is drunk. read more

Went in today and ordered the parm crusted chicken my two sides were the Brussels sprouts and the smokehouse Mac and cheese. I ordered my Mac without bacon, get home my Mac has bacon. So I take it back and they apologized. Gave me another one . Get home the second Mac has bacon. Now I'm very frustrated because the manager herself said that she packaged it herself and couldn't understand how it was mixed with the Mac's that has bacon because they're pre packaged. I'm not sure if was was because Mike Bell was there, I'm assuming it's some big wig because they were tripping over each other to pls him. My customer service was very poor and I won't give them another dollar. Considering the area I live in, you would think they would be more cautious with the food prep. Very disappointed Saturday afternoon, my wife and I were out shopping and stopped at Longhorn for lunch. We asked if we can be seated in the bar area, not a problem. The table we were placed at was so sticky, my sweater stuck to the table. After 10 minutes and no server in site, we moved to another table. Moved to another table, another 10 minutes go by and by this time I'm furious. Finally a server comes by to take a drink order, my wife orders a water with lemon and I order a martini. Another 10-15 minutes go by and my wife finally breaks....she says to the girl at the bar if she can get some water, she got attitude from the girl and says the server will be right with you. We can our waters with no lemon, I still did not receive my martini. Another 10 minutes go by and my martini comes what looks like a shot glass & not a proper martini glass. I had enough told the server to cancel our order and got up and left. Never go back! read more
