We all got the 12oz ribeye. All were cooked correctly. I really like the steak flavor and it was very juicy. The sides were all good and everyone was happy. I was impressed with the service and food. Ate here today for lunch (05/27/2026). The meal placed for my aging mother included a raw steak and room temperature fries. My mashed potatoes were also cold. Nice service but unfortunate response by the manager (Cody Golden). Our server (Akista Warlick) on the other hand was polite and displayed more manager skills than the manager. I ordered the 12oz ribeye and was sorely disappointed. I've never ordered a ribeye from a "steakhouse" before and seen such a thin cutlet of meat come out. I ordered medium rare and the steak was definitely medium to medium well- although it was difficult to tell, being as the cut was so thin. Overly salted and peppered and improperly cooked, the steak was forgettable. Other steak cuts ordered at the table were fine, so the ribeye might just be a poor option to choose. read more

We went on Wednesday, 12/10/25, at 1:30 when there were few guests there. No one greeted us. A young woman finally came up, grabbed menues, and walked around to a table hidden by a post and some plants and called to us. We knew it was a booth so we waited. She then came back to us not saying a word. We requested a table. Not saying anything again she lead us to a table. We have never had this happen ever. Perhaps she needs lessons in how to greet guests. But we didn't notice her socializing frequently with a server eating their lunch. Management needs to address this. read more

Our first time at this Longhorn, and we were slightly disappointed. We came in pretty late on a weeknight, and there was no wait. The service and ambiance were great, the only thing was our steak was not seasoned well. Last time we checked out a Longhorn it was great, so this time we were not impressed. - Outlaw ribeye (3/5): it was cooked well, but just not enough salt or seasoning. Food was okay at this location. Service was once again sub-par, with having empty drinks glasses for 10-15 minutes without receiving a refill. We didn't receive our appetizer until our entree was almost finished. The waiter wasn't even listening as we were ordering, and assumed that we wanted something else. Our family eats at Longhorns Steakhouse on a regular basis. We love it. The food is typically great, always good service and for the most part that would apply to today's visit also, with one exception. The 12 oz Ribeye's that both myself and my ex had were both so salty they were practically inedible. Even my son who salts everything couldn't eat it. In fairness, we did not send the steaks back. Apparently I have been sleeping on this place. It was one of the few places I have not checked out. They provided bread while you wait, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was a wheat loaf which seemed to have some types of seeds in it. Needless to say I ate the whole loaf. My entree was ribeye steak medium rare , baked potato that was really rich and fluffy with green onions!! And the fruit salad.... Wow. If you drink, get a mango martini, flavors are spot on. Party of 9 for a coworkers Birthday celebration. Seating was adequate and cozy. We started with all the appetizers and had a delicious tasty lunch and all ended with scrumptious very large desserts! I had a salad, and a ribeye with a sweet potato. Only ate 1/2 of my meal and had the rest for dinner. So good and cooked to perfection! The service from Logan was OUTSTANDING! Then a female "managing partner " came out and told me my steak was medium and that the hair on the potato was from corn, our table didn't order corn at all. She was very obnoxious and treated me like I was a liar. I was completely appalled by her attitude and unprofessional arrogance. My server Riley was absolutely amazing and was so apologetic. Unfortunately we are sitting at a high top table when we hear a sever come by and said to the bartender "I have to get my table a f'ing free ice cream Sunday for a birthday". We've been to this Longhorn Steakhouse many times, and each time, including last night's visit, the food has been amazing. Our steaks, Flo's filet (6 oz filet mignon) are so flavorful, cooked exactly to order, and cuts like butter. We had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, always delicious! And we now get the broccoli as our side dish because it's SO good: They cook it with butter and a touch of lemon, it's nice and firm, never mushy nor bland. Their loaded baked potatoes are downright sinful they're so delicious! The service is quick, friendly, accurate and efficient. Longhorn is the staple steak restaurant of Columbia! If you want a reasonable meal and a good drink this is the place to go. I ordered the 8 ounce sirloin medium with a side of mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. As usual, it was cooked and prepared to my Exact specifications. The wait staff was fantastic. The beer selection is very limited but, still worth grabbing a couple good glasses of Boulevard. It was a fantastic Easter dinner. I recommend this place all the time. read more

When we took it back because you couldn't taste any alcohol, he stated the only alcohol in it was peach schnapps. WRONG Vodka! That's why it only tastes like a fruit drink. We pigged out on date night and ordered the shrimp appetizer plus the stuffed mushrooms which were awesome. He had the filet with their macaroni and I had the salmon with mashed potatoes which were both great as well! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the shortage of some of the supplies.
