My only negative thought is that I had to wait for more then half an hour after being seated to have been asked what I wanted. Service: good when available which is like 50% of what anyone would expect to receive at a restaurant of this scale. Plenty of order errors: my salmon was supposed to be the large size and when received it was very small. When complaining my appreciation was correct. I asked for cheese over my broccoli and they forgot. So after asking again for cheese they brought in cold cheddar cheese. After the food was served, the waiter seemed to have disappeared or vanished. No drink refill at all. Even people sitting in the table across was also shouting for a waiter to give them their bill and to pay it. If I was somebody else I can say that I could step out of the place without paying soo easily, cause waiters were vanished. Experience: My salmon tasted great but given the errors (in size and side options) was 2 stars. The other two plates were good - 4 stars judging the empty dishes. Floors were dangerously slippery, I would not bring my elder parents and risk them falling in the greasy floors. Overall (being excessive): 2 stars considering this is an upscale quite expensive restaurant (approx $30-40/ person), I would expect much much more. read more

Well I guess it was our place to go to enjoy a good meal. But recently we have visited the restaurant and meat always came out raw or medium well when asked well done. Well today was worse the two steaks ordered came out raw. Of course after two times and the cook bringing the second steak twice someone could assume something was going to happen with our ticket when paying. Wrong! Courtesy was the only thing going on and a sorry gesture. Well I can't say that expected less but at least half price or manager saying sorry. But everybody just stood there and did nothing. Visited Wednesday 8/12/20 around 5:30 pm. Gave 2 stars for the bread. Bathrooms are nasty, a lot of accumulated dust over lamps and fixtures, seems the last cleanup was before hurricane Maria. At one moment I bumpeded the lamp in my table with my elbow and it dropped so much dust that it didn't get on our food because we already finished it. Steak potato soup was microwaved, meat was gummy and surface had a oily skin. My burguer had no taste, bacon undercooked and fries were so salty that I had to wipe them with a napkin. Got the Key Lime cup ($5.69) and it was so small in comparison to the photo that it was ridiculous. Way overpriced for so-so food. It doesn't matter if the staff wears masks, if the place is not clean. At least, the waitress was friendly, only reason I left a tip. Change the name to ShortHorn so it fits better. read more

I thought it was really cool that they had churrasco steak here because in United states they don't have that on menu. Service was extremely slow at the beginning unfortunately, and they weren't busy at all. Half the restaurant was empty. I had the churrasco and I definitely dont recommend ordering it medium and up. I ordered it medium rare and it was very very chewy and rough and harsh to cut. I should have ordered medium well to cook the fat out more. Also the mashed potatoes are quite nasty here. Not anything you're used to getting when you order mashed potatoes. They have a red tint to them and taste as if there are beans in them, like a smooth pasty texture. They also put cayenne in them I believe, the server said they are kind of spicy. Just dont get them if you're expecting regular mashed potatoes lol. Overall the meal was subpar, the service unfortunately ruined it. Definitely go to metropol or pirilo for a nice churrasco. read more

Horrible customer service. We went to dinner tonight and as we were served, my son complained that he was cold. My husband went to the car to get a jacket for him, and they wouldn't let him back in. They said that its restaurant policy that if you leave and don't return before it closes, you can't come back in. Nobody alerted him before he left that he couldn't get back in. It took him literally two minutes to go to the car to get a jacket. Manager was rough and showed a complete lack of customer service. When a server came to tell her a man was outside claiming he had been eating in the restaurant, she ignored him. Didn't move a finger. It was not until I went to talk to her that she agreed to make an exception. I mean really, if I hadn't been inside to talk to her, she would've left him outside. Imagine, if he had been there alone with my son. Who would've have taken care of the situation. Please don't sponsor this place. The new building looks great but the service is awful. The waitress was insanely slow (we arrived at 5:45pm and didn't leave until 6:30) and never around despite not having many tables. Sodas were wrong and never refilled. No plates for the bread. Salad came after 20 minutes. Food came obviously reheated. My mashed potatoes had a weird skin on the outside, the inside was cold, and the outside hot. Shrimp was barely warm and my steak was insanely peppery (and I like peppery). The managers were chatting amongst each other rather than walking around. There are plenty of other restaurants, chain or not, where service and quality are better. read more

I cannot beleive an american steakhouse could kill a burger, but they did. I was informed that they can only cook the burger medium because of bacteria. I was insilted by this cocksmamie explanation, I wonder if it is because of the qualitu of meat they buy, as everyone knows a burger at most should be medium rare, even worse what came to my table was a lump of coal, I must been really naughty this year.
