Excellent customer service. The appetizers and entrees are so delicious! The Wild West Shrimp is my absolute favorite. The portion size is great for multiple ppl and it's very flavorful. I didn't care too much for the wings. The steak is always very delicious!!!!! The Texas margarita is my fav!

Where do I even start? The place was not giving clean. Tables sticky, crumbs still on the booth and floor. I was side eyeing my napkin like, should I be wiping things down myself? Then the food came out and whew, somebody got a little too happy with the salt shaker. I'm all for flavor, but this was a full on sodium situation. Now, shoutout to our server. She was the real MVP. Sweet, attentive, and honestly the only reason this isn't a one star review. She did her best to keep things positive, but everything else just missed the mark.

Was in Maryland and looking for a quick dinner and decided to try another chain steakhouse. Some people have said this was better than Texas Roadhouse so I came to see if they were right. Started off with some salad and wings which were both pretty standard as far as chain restaurants go. Their steak was definitely their strong suite - tender beef with a good fat ratio. Not the best steak I've had, but for a chain restaurant it is solid. My only complaint was this specific location had no bread and had very slow service. Came here for lunch and I can't remember the last time I've been to LongHorn restaurant. Our server was really friendly, greeted us right away. We did have to wait a little longer for our food but our waiter kept us informed and brought out the bread and drinks. When we received our food, it was delicious. Pleasantly surprised! The food was well seasoned and we didn't leave anything but crumbs when we left.

Server was awesome and the steaks were cooked perfectly. We ordered them medium and medium well. My margarita needed a shot, for my taste. Love ordered an old fashion and he said it was strong. He liked it though. Wasn't too busy in there. We stopped by on a Friday after work, around 5:30. Will definitely be back.

This Longhorn steakhouse is not too far from my home. I lived in the area for over three years and this is the first time that I visited. There is ample parking outside. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. We stopped in for dinner around 6 PM. We ordered the lobster combo with sides. We tried the broccoli, garden salad, baked sweet potato, and I had a glass of wine. All the items were made to order and delicious. I also ended up ordering the wild fried shrimp appetizer, which was also delicious. The service was a little bit slow, which is unusual because the establishment was not full. However, I still give it four stars and I will return.

My husband and I were in town for the Commanders game a few months ago. This spot is one of our go to places for dinner since it's only minutes from the hotel we typically occupy during game day weekends. This time we dined at the bar after waiting to be seated for 25 minutes. On this Saturday night, the place was packed and we had time to wait for seating. While keeping our eye out for bar seating as well, two bar seats became available while waiting for a table in the main area. Come to think about it, the seating isn't plentiful like back home (757) so all LongHorn's are not created equal. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait and we love the service and quality this restaurant provides. The service is always on point and I always order the same thing and they have not steered me wrong - knock on wood. I am a salmon girl and blackened it please. The cocktail, old fashioned is my go to - very good. I will get a glass of red wine from time to time, but LongHorn just gets it right and if they don't they try to get it right. This time my husband tried something different and he was pleased too. Plenty of parking, but do pack your patience because this place fills up fast. Have fun and enjoy life :)

I love how fresh the ingredients are on the salad and the ranch is always the best.

This is one of my favorite spots in the area. The salmon with a bourbon glaze is top tier and the size are always very complimentary. Also the honey butter brussel sprouts are literally five star!! My only issue is when you sit at the bar, if they're really busy it takes some time for them to get to you. But we had to wait about 10 minutes to have somebody acknowledge us which was not cool and I had to speak up in order to get them to acknowledge us. Still the great experience nonetheless.

During football season, I visited this Longhorns location after watching my Washington Commanders put the Tennessee Titans in their place. Tired as all get out, we ended up at Longhorns and sat at the bar to avoid waiting. The waiter wasn't a talker and he didn't have much personality, but he was polite, quick, and got our orders right. That's all I really ever hope for. The salad was bomb per usual. If you're a blue cheese lover like me, they never miss! I opted for a side of broccoli with my renegade steak while my husband ordered double potatoes with his ginormous steak. Pretty sure he lost 5 pounds while eating his food and I gained 3 just looking at mine...ugh. Anyhow, it was a great experience. Busy atmosphere, good music, delicious food and drinks. Perfect ending to a perfect day.

Bad customer service all around. I didn't expect much from this location to begin with due to its location, and just as expected, I was right! I have never had a server give out plastic utensils like the ones you see in the images to customers. Let alone in a so called steak house. To add more: we had go ask for utensils.

Great hostess. Her name was Rebecca. I along with 12 others had a lunch there. She was a little overwhelmed but she did a surprisingly great job.

We rolled up during happy hour and the bar was already three deep with concert goers, professionals still in their work clothes, and a few locals holding their usual spots. There were no open tables in sight but that didn't matter. We found our corner of the bar fast, and honestly, that ended up being the best seat in the house. A band played soft in the background. Servers moved through in outfits that said upscale, not sports bar. The whole room had that pre-show buzz, dressed up but not stiff. We blended in well. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip on a local's recommendation. It came with warm chips, sour cream, and a house made salsa that quietly stole the entire appetizer. I wanted a bowl of just the salsa. Our server, who clearly knew the menu inside and out, sold us on the smoked salmon, and we added a side of bacon mac and cheese along with the cornbread. The salmon looked right, cooked medium with real smoke on it, but the smoke won the fight against the fish. Mushy inside, more fishy than smoky should allow. The sauce didn't rescue it either. Sautéed spinach on the side needed salt, plain and simple. Then the cornbread and mac and cheese showed up and reminded us why we came. Rich, comforting, with the kind of flavor that makes you forget the salmon happened. When I'm back, I'm ordering both of those twice and calling it a meal. Drinks were the real win. A Saratoga sparkling water kept things clean between bites, and the Peartini was one of the better cocktails I've had in a while, balanced, not too sweet, actually worth the price. The seat beside us turned over twice during the meal, first someone who went to the concert a few days earlier and wanted to talk about it, then someone else who slid in for a quick drink while waiting on their table. Both ended up in easy conversation with us, no forcing it. That's the part I keep thinking about, not the salmon. Copper Canyon got the room right, the drinks, the starters, the easy conversation with strangers. Some nights the food is the headline. This one, it was the people and the vibes, making it a great after-work or pregame pitstop, and that's always worth gathering for.

Going on a Friday night I just knew it would be packed, but surprisingly it was easy to get a spot at a table near the bar. The wait for a table in the main restaurant was running about 40 mins, but would have risked not being seated before the kitchen closed. Despite the bar being busy, we were greeted and served pretty quickly. The DC tap water is my go to drink and you definitely get your moneys worth. My husband ordered the hurricane and was very satisfied with the amount of liquor he could actually taste. For meals I had to get the tiger wings. I love that sauce so much and wish they sold the sauce by itself. Also got a side of the greens which were tasty and not overcooked, I just feel like the flavor is something I would get tired of after a while. My husband ordered the jambalaya and it was also good. When we lived in the area we used to frequent the restaurant for happy hour. They have remained consistent and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the DMV.

The buffet didn't disappoint with everything from the omelette station, carving station (roast beef and turkey), pasta, jambalaya, fried chicken and all the breakfast favorites. The restaurant is very spacious with lots of levels that are 2-3 steps up or down. Be careful to catch them all and not stumble. The service was my star deduction. The wait was 1.5 hours (added our names remotely) but upon arrival there seemed to be confusion. A server never came to take drink orders or provide silverware. We even got our first plates with nothing then had to ask the manager. She had someone come by but it was strange for such a busy day to forget us or not have assigned servers. Overall, the food was inconsistent. Some things were bland and others seasoned very well. The turkey sausage was mid and grits had no flavor - cheese grits at that. Maybe ordering off the menu will fair better. Great value for the price!

Horrible Customer Service -- Very Disappointed…read more My daughter and I come to this Outback almost every weekend, so unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. We waited approximately 30 minutes just to be seated. While we were still waiting, two customers walked in and seated themselves. After we were finally seated, our server greeted us, but before taking care of us, one of those customers approached the bartender, Chris, to complain that they hadn't been served. Chris went back and got the server who was supposed to be taking care of my daughter and me, and instead of prioritizing the customers who had already been properly seated and waiting, she went and took care of them first. At that point, we decided to leave. It is absolutely unacceptable to wait that long, finally get seated, and then watch our server prioritize other customers over us. I've been coming here almost every weekend with my daughter, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I didn't even feel like I was wanted there, and the lack of customer service was enough for me to decide that I won't be returning anytime soon. I would rather drive farther to another Outback where I know I'll receive better customer service. Management really needs to address how customers are being treated because this was unacceptable.
