Horrible Customer Service -- Very Disappointed My daughter and I come to this Outback almost every weekend, so unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. We waited approximately 30 minutes just to be seated. While we were still waiting, two customers walked in and seated themselves. After we were finally seated, our server greeted us, but before taking care of us, one of those customers approached the bartender, Chris, to complain that they hadn't been served. Chris went back and got the server who was supposed to be taking care of my daughter and me, and instead of prioritizing the customers who had already been properly seated and waiting, she went and took care of them first. At that point, we decided to leave. It is absolutely unacceptable to wait that long, finally get seated, and then watch our server prioritize other customers over us. I've been coming here almost every weekend with my daughter, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I didn't even feel like I was wanted there, and the lack of customer service was enough for me to decide that I won't be returning anytime soon. I would rather drive farther to another Outback where I know I'll receive better customer service. I came into Outback since they had space at their bar and was playing the Pitt VS Bmore game as in awaited our table to be ready across the street. The bartender was very friendly and engaged in some playful competitive banter about their team and ours. I had not ate yet so didn't want something crazy heavy but they didn't have much to offer as a first meal to break my fast so I ordered hot water because they also didn't have tea bags. Welp I have not been to this location in almost a year. Outback is one of my favorites, however, I believe it's just this location when it comes to curbside orders that's bad. I ordered wings and side Cesar salad. I ordered mild wings, nope they were spicy, and asked for extra blue cheese I got ranch. My Cesar salad I asked for extra parm cheese and croutons, I had 5 croutons and no cheese. So called "quick" lunch turned into FIVE hours of relaxation! Our server, Shelby, took excellent care of us ... despite the fact that he had wayyy too many tables to cover this afternoon. We have NO complaints about our food, drinks or service. (Shelby even gifted us cheesecake!) IMHO, this location is wayyyy better than the Oxon Hill, MD location so I'm not sure why they are only averaging 2 stars. Check out the pics and when you go there ... MAKE SURE you order the Wallaby Darn! However, ALL of their Margaritas are GOOD too! I don't remember the last time I've been here but had a nice time at the bar last night. Turn up Tuesdays! Was meeting up with a friend and ending up chatting with others and we all had a great time. I tried the spicy mango margarita and let me tell you it was spicy. Usually these types of drinks aren't spicy at all, but the ones Stacy made were great. I ended up having two! Nice and strong. Once at the bar, it was a bit hectic ...more so slow but still hectic due only 1 bartender being onsite for the entire restaurant. - This significantly slowed service down for everyone in the restaurant as the other workers were either not old enough to work behind the bar or...just disinterested (there was a manager on site who came out for a quick second to do bottle counts). Though the service and ambiance were undoubtably questionable, the food was actually good. Steak was cooked medium as requested and the pork chops were seasoned well. - the cocktails could use more umph I will unfortunately never return but may go to another outback to grab a to go order of the pork chops. read more

Worst restaurant and service!!! Went a couple months ago and server was so slow. Brought one entree 20 minutes before other one. Gave it another chance tonight and it was so much worse. Tables, plates and floors were filthy. The waitress sat down everytime she went to a table to take an order. My husbae and I visited this location last month. He was in the mood for a steak and this place was nearby... Overall, the meal was great! We were super hungry and the food being on point was a plus! Had to ask for my order more than twice because he forgot. I've been coming to Outback for years and this by far was the worst experience I had. Review for Outback Steakhouse I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service felt sluggish. Our server seemed overwhelmed, and we quickly noticed that we were not offered the complimentary bread that Outback is known for. After waiting for a while, we had to proactively ask for it, which was a disappointing start to our meal. When the salad finally arrived, I was taken aback by its appearance. It looked rather unappetizing - wilted greens and an unbalanced dressing made it less than appealing. As for our appetizers, we found ourselves waiting an excruciatingly long time for them to arrive, further adding to our growing frustration. Overall, our experience was marred by slow service and lackluster food presentation. While I've had better experiences in the past, this visit left much to be desired. I hope they can improve on their service and food quality in the future, as I would love to give them another chance. This will be our last time eating at the largo location. We will drive an hour away for better service. If I could give them negative one star I would do so. read more

Everything needs to be reevaluated. Service is a disgrace and the whole place smells like urine. Corporate needs to make a visit on their own and see what's going on.
