Mac and cheese, lightly breaded chicken tenders and honey roasted Brussel sprouts.
Deb

Got to town late and was so glad they were open. I ordered lightly breaded chicken tenders with macaroni and cheese and honey roasted Brussels sprouts. Oh my gosh it was delicious! My Brussel sprouts were light and crunchy and so flavorful. The chicken tenders were nice and moist and the Mac and cheese was quite flavorful. The portions were very generous and I took home enough for a second meal. The ambience was nice and the service was fantastic. This was my first time eating there and I would definitely come again.

The place is nice enough, I come in and sit at the bar. I order the same thing everytime. 6oz sirloin, medium rare with mashed potatoes and which ever greens they have. Mostly it's broccoli. I've been here several times, but the last two or three times the steak has been cold. I get having to let the meat rest, but management, get it under a hot plate. In my opinion, I think it's a five star place if the meat would come out hot or at least warm.

Safe. Easy. Simple. Relatively Affordable. To me that's the perfect way to describe a visit to pretty much any LongHorn location. Early afternoon on a cool overcast weekday equaled almost no one in their large parking lot and decent service due to our server only waiting on us the entire time we were there. Fried Pickles Steakhouse Burger (lunch combo w/potato soup) Sirlion Parmesan Crusted Chicken Grilled Chicken and Strawberry Salad The upsides to everything were that again because of how slow everything was our wait times were minimal. Water glasses were refilled near instantly, the food was very fast to hit the table and the steak was cooked perfectly as ordered. The downsides were that the first booth we were seated at was dirty which is beyond stupid when the hostess had 95% of the place to choose from yet chooses a booth with food all over the one bench seat. The vinaigrette for the salad is way too sweet especially when paring it with as much fruit that already comes on the salad and the potato soup had to have been microwaved hard because nothing should come out that hot that it was steaming ten minutes later even while constantly getting stirred. Door to door we were done in about an hour flat and everyone left happy. Sounds good to me.

This is one of my community's two, dedicated "steakhouses." It's the only one I eat at, the only chain I eat at, and the only place where I eat steak, other than my back porch. But today I wasn't in a steak mood, so I got their strawberry/grilled chicken and pecan salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Absolutely delicious. Our service is always good, the food is always cooked to perfection and the price is right. Like I said, this is the only chain restaurant that I eat at.

We visited this location and were talking about our wedding this next Saturday. Our waitress, Abigail surprised us with this at the end of dinner! Highly recommend!

My husband ordered a Porterhouse and was served a T-bone. The waiter insisted it was a Porterhouse. The food is usually good.

First, the hostess places our menus down, breakfast side up & even though the cutoff was 11, we arrived shortly thereafter so I had hopes that perhaps I could have breakfast vs lunch. I was promptly shut down by our server. I settled on fried clams that came with fries and butter beans. The butter beans had to have been straight out of a can as they had no seasoning or meat flavor. Even after I salted them, they were still flavorless. Our server was kind enough to remove them. The hush puppies and my bestie were the highlight of my lunch. Especially after hearing our server tell Bob's wife that she would see what kind of breakfast she could get the cook to wrangle up for her. Now, don't tell me no and yes to a regular because they threatened to "go somewhere else." That is a direct quote from the regulars (I could hear their conversation because the restaurant wasn't that busy.) Because my fries were under my clams they were soggy and I only ate 4 of them. It pains me to give them such a poor review but neither of us were impressed enough to even want to return. I do commend them for being so community involved & charitable to our western neighbors after the storm. Just wish we had had a better experience.

Outstanding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed what I tried. This was my first visit and I will…read moredefinitely be going back. Ambiance was very nice, relaxed, and clean. There were very few customers and only one guy who seated and served everyone. Very friendly, and professional. I ordered fresh spring rolls as an appetizer and tried to make a decision for my main course from the very bountiful menu. I chose the small Bun Bo Hue (Hue Beef Noodle Soup). My spring rolls came and they were stuffed with the freshest veggies I've ever received in a spring roll. There was also shrimp and pork, but the star was the veg. The peanut sauce was excellent but I would have loved about a teaspoon more of it for those 2 plump rolls. The main course arrived very quickly and it was much larger than I had pictured. No way I could eat a large portion. It was accompanied by a plate of shaved onion, jalapeños, and bean sprouts and an impressive amount of fresh Thai basil. It was all very good and I can't wait to go back and try something new. Leaning toward the Shrimp Udon. The menu has been updated since the pictures on this site were taken and has more selections.

Unassuming signage and location, the blackout windows are deceptive because the interior is spacious and clean. Quick service by the attentive staff. Huge portions that reminded me of home. I tried the spring rolls and beef pho. Bean sprouts and lime to accompany the meal, along with sriracha and hoisin sauce to add more flavor to the nice clear broth. Great texture for the rice noodles, and tender beef pieces and meatballs. The spring rolls tasted fresh, as well, and the peanut sauce was good. Once our food was served, I heard nothing but slurps for like 10 minutes straight.

Floyd's Restaurant Review - (4/5) Floyd's delivers exactly…read morewhat great Southern comfort food should: generous portions, rich flavors, and dishes that are clearly made with care. Unfortunately, several sanitation observations during my visit kept an otherwise excellent meal from earning a higher rating. The dining room was noticeably warm throughout the evening, making it somewhat uncomfortable during the meal. On the positive side, every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We also had the opportunity to meet the pastry chef, who was personable and clearly passionate about his work. The meal began with the house rolls, which were outstanding. They were warm, incredibly soft, buttery, and practically melted in your mouth. The Shrimp Napoleon was an excellent appetizer and easily one of the highlights of the evening. The shrimp were well prepared, the flavors were balanced, and the dish had wonderful depth. I'd rate it an 8/10. The deviled eggs had good flavor overall, although the filling leaned heavily toward mustard. The egg whites were somewhat firm and gave the impression they had been prepared well in advance and refrigerated. While enjoyable, they weren't nearly as memorable as the other dishes. The meatloaf was exceptional--without question one of the best I've ever had. It was tender, flavorful, and complemented perfectly by a rich, savory gravy. The green beans tasted remarkably fresh and were cooked beautifully. I added a side of cheese grits, which were creamy, cheesy, and absolutely outstanding. Portion sizes throughout the meal were generous and represented excellent value. Dessert finished the evening on a high note. The Key lime pie was outstanding, with a perfectly balanced tartness, smooth filling, and excellent crust. It was one of the best restaurant desserts I've had in quite some time. Where the experience suffered was in several sanitation and food-handling observations. During service, I observed an employee visibly sweating, wiping away perspiration, and then continuing food service. A fly was also discovered in an iced tea, and from my seat I was able to observe that the tea had been poured from a communal pitcher that was being used to refill multiple guests' glasses. One observation was particularly concerning. While seated near the service area, I watched an employee package a guest's leftover meal. During the process, the container slipped, partially opened, and the food fell onto the kitchen floor. Rather than discarding it or replacing the portion, the food was simply picked up, placed back into the container, and boxed as though nothing had happened. As someone who pays close attention to restaurant operations, moments like these raise legitimate concerns about food handling standards and overall sanitation practices. Floyd's has all the ingredients of a destination restaurant. The food is genuinely excellent, the staff is welcoming, and several dishes are worth returning for. However, consistent execution extends beyond the plate. Food safety and sanitation are just as important as flavor, and the observations from this visit make it difficult to award a higher score.
