Love the atmosphere. We feel very fancy and rich when we go. My son calls this "the fathers day restaurant ". The service is the die for. The waiter has a little crumb knife thing and will come by to sweep away your crumbs. They give you a warm wet towel to clean your hands.! No need to get a ton of sides they are very large. I'd make a group decion on one or two max. Put focus on main course. Complementary warm cookie togo! 10x better than Ruth Chris!

We have been wanting to try Prime for months now & finally made it! We already are talking about our next trip back. Walking in the front door you're greeted by their dry aged meat coolers. The restaurant is cozy & clean. Our server was attentive and detail oriented. After coming to the agreement of splitting the large charcuterie board we also ordered the beet salad and french onion soup. The beet salad was good, it came out with spinach instead of arugula which was a bit disappointing since arugula is my favorite but it was still good. I would order it again if they had arugula. The french onion soup was a 10/10! The charcuterie board had a great array of local & world wide cheeses & meats accompanied by their homemade fig jam. There were so many other great things on the menu & we cannot wait to go back!

Excellent place for a very wonderful dinner! The service is top notch, with very knowledgable servers (of both foods and drinks). The restaurant is simply decorated with classic elegance. The food is very well prepared. We went during their Sunday specials, choosing from 3 entree options...and also from the main menu. We had the lobster bisque, the king crab stack, the sirloin, a ribeye, and the lobster parmesan mahi. Everything was deliciously prepared. We were celebrating a birthday and they even gave a small gift. What a wonderful touch! This is a perfect place for a more upscale yet relaxing evening. Well-done, Prime!

This was our first dining experience at Prime and I am sorry I didn't get our waiters name but he was simply fabulous. It was my daughter in laws Birthday so we all went to dinner including my 3 Grandson's. My 4 year Grandson was sitting going on that this is the best Restaurant ever. Our waiter brought hot chocolate chip and my Grandson lost look they even made cookies for us. Our waiter actual sat down next to him to listen to my Grandson tell how wonderful everything was, pretty impressive for a 4 yr old. So moving obviously we were very impressed with the service, knowledgeable, attentive and thoughtful service. The food was very good we had the bone marrow which was excellent Appetizer, blooming onion ok, bbq Shrimp ok, my main was the 14 ox ribeye was cooked rare as requested, my wife had the Grouper and she absolutely loved (that is rare). The Ambiance was upscale, clean, neat and done well our drink and wine was all good. This was a very pleasant night and the staff was amazing. Great Job Prime Bistro, Great Job.

Make a reservation now. You will return again and again. Our server was Sean, who was superb, but his entire team was first rate. Now to the food: The 5 of us followed other reviewers' leads and Sean's guidance and enjoyed the scallop appetizer, scallop main dish, pork chop, crab cakes and grouper. We ordered more asparagus and rolls. This restaurant is special from the food, service and decor. You will feel special too.

Really yummy dinner ! To start, the bistro rolls were AMAZING. I absolutely regret not getting a second round of those. We also did the chefs tour charcuterie which was very good. Our table tried the prime ribeye, filet flight, and the flat iron. All were very good. The blue cheese crust on the steak was my favorite of all the toppings and sauces we tried. Will definitely be back!

I made a reservation for my bf's birthday, and we each got the filet flights. I had mine medium and his was medium rare, both were cooked to perfection! The butters to dip in complimented the steaks well. We also got the mac and cheese to share, also delicious. The star of the night was not the steak or the mac and cheese, it was the bread! GET THE BREAD it was the best bread I've ever had! We ended up paying about $175 with tip. Was it worth it? Sure, but it's probably a one time place for me. It was a nice experience.

We were down there on overcast chilly Sunday about 11 AM and there wasn't much going on, when we entered and went upstairs, it was quiet and that's what I was thinking the place was going to be dead, but as soon as we opened the door upstairs, you could tell it was a fairly busy place that has some good music and a fun ambience that seemed to attract a variety of people types and ages. It was a little different than I expected since it turned out to be more of a pizza place than a bar, but I had a great time and the food we had was very well prepared, flavorful, filling, and I was blown away by all the different types of breakfast pizza options they had as well as some sandwiches and some quality sides. The staff was very pleasant and super efficient and on a warm day in the summer they would have all of their windows open so you could get a natural breeze and airflow, and I'm sure it would be quite the fun time. Once we were finished, we went downstairs to the lower section and while there was nobody in there and it was dead, you could tell this was the party place during the summer or evenings and weekends, so I will give it another shot when I'm in town next time.

The bartender was busy working and singing in between taking orders as she prepared drinks for customers. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and offered the specials before we placed our order. We love to sample the menu when we travel and the vast menu of tapas gave us the perfect opportunity to try just about everything. They had a smaller wine selection, but there was something for just about everyone. Our waiter was very attentive and offered suggestions on what to try if we were torn between several menu options. The Spanish lamb meatballs, truffle honey pork belly and rosemary beef were the tapas that stood out as the most flavorful and making us each want just one more bite. The Spanish meatballs were glazed with sriracha which caused me to pause before ordering. However, I'm so happy that we gave them a try. They had a bold flavor, but the whipped feta and cilantro were enough to balance the heat. The truffle honey pork belly was sliced differently. We have only had this cut into cubes at other restaurants in the past. The way that they slice the pork belly is so much better. The pork belly was served with cheese grits. We don't even like cheese grits, but could not get enough of these smoked Gouda grits. The rosemary beef with asparagus and mashed potatoes was perfect. The beef was tender, the asparagus cooked to perfection and who doesn't love mashed potatoes. We visit the crystal coast about twice a year and always try a couple of new places. We ordered the Half Chef's Tour, which is their charcuterie, and it was honestly one of my favorite parts of the night. Great variety, really well balanced, and perfect for sharing. It set the tone for the whole meal. The scallop nightly special was perfectly cooked with that golden sear and super tender inside. The rosemary steak had so much flavor and was cooked exactly right. The Brussels were crispy and savory, and even the potstickers were a standout. Nothing felt like an afterthought. Service was perfect for the tapas setting too. Not rushed, we didn't feel over bothered, but not neglected either. Overall, it felt elevated but still comfortable. A great experience without feeling over the top. We'll definitely be back.

I think we had about 6 flying around our table by the time the entrees arrived. It's something to keep in mind. It was also pretty hot in there. The food was pretty good, though improvements can certainly be made. The hushpuppies were a bit dry, though I liked the corn in them. It was a neat touch. I got the rasta pasta. For the most part, it was tasty, although they didn't remove the shrimp tails. I can't say I'm a seafood connoisseur, so I dont know if that's normal for pasta dishes, but it's something to note. The Mahi Mahi and blackened tuna got positive feedback. We also got an appetizer of bacon-wrapped scallops. They were alright, I liked the touch of barbecue. Service was rather slow. The drink refills took a while, but both the sweet tea and lemonade were good. Overall, this felt fairly average, which I wouldn't say is necessarily a bad thing. I'd go for the sunshine grilled Mahi. Can't comment on dessert (I would have tried, but I was too full.) And I really do reccomend the lemonade, it tasted nice and freshly squeezed. Hope this helps.
