Went for a celebratory dinner. Started off good, bread, soda, and salad were all tasty. Service quickly became non-existant outside of a large table next to me. Had issues getting refills or even another napkin- their fire roasted corn was extremely messy and extremely poorly cleaned of husk and silk. I understand the look they were going with it but when the kernels have lots of silk and husk pieces between them... The potato was a potato but needed more butter (couldn't get) and the chicken was insanely over seasoned. And unevenly seasoned, it was super salty. Server saw I wasn't eatting it and decided to cash me out for his tip, so he asked if I wanted a box then argued the sauce was what was salty- I regularly ate this at other locations. He ended up getting a manager who offered to remake it and get me a drink refill and extra napkin which led to the server throwing a wad of paper towels on my table. Five Stars My fiancé and I had an absolutely amazing dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse last night, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible waiter, Muhammad. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, genuine, and truly made us feel welcomed. His kindness and attention to detail were outstanding--he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. We cracked some jokes back and forth too and he is hilarious! It's rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at their job but also genuinely cares about creating a great experience for their guests. Muhammad did exactly that, and we are so thankful for his outstanding service. LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have him! We'll definitely be back and will be hoping to have him as our waiter again. My daughter and I visited this Longhorn last night for dinner around 8pm on a Friday evening. There was no wait to be seated and our server, Trenden came to greet us at our table within a few minutes. He was very attentive from the very beginning and offered suggestions and was just overall a great server. He ran his own food to our table including the appetizers! He constantly checked in with us if we needed anything but not in a pushy way. Any requests that we needed he was very quick with getting to us. I absolutely will return back to this location to visit. The food was HOT and my daughter's steak came out perfectly the first time, medium rare and melted in her mouth to perfection! My recommendation is to ask for Trenden if you would like to have an extraordinary dining experience. I took a friend to celebrate her birthday at our local LongHorn. We went during lunch time and it was not crowded at all. As usual I ordered the half strawberry salad. I've tried this in multiple locations, I feel that our local has the best. Everything in the salad was so fresh, including the fruits, veggies. I've had it before that the grapes inside were almost rotten... My friend ordered the half rack baby ribs. She's so happy that the portion was enough for both her lunch and dinner. After lunch, when the waitress came to suggest some dessert, I asked if my friend wanted something for her birthday, but she said no. While our waitress was so nice that she offered a free scope of ice cream with a little candle on it. We were so happy. Big thanks to outlet waitress! read more

We walked into the restaurant for lunch and was immediately seated in a booth table. The table was clean and tidy. Our waitress was excellent. She catered our needs excellently. We had some bread with butter which was amazing. The bread was nice and warm and was amazing. Then we had the Texas Tonion which was amazing with the sauce. It was nice and crispy and came out pretty fast. The food came out also fast right after we finished our appetizer. The sirloin was good and was cooked to a perfect medium, and the loaded baked potato was great and a good size. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked to medium. The sweet potato had perfect texture. The shrimp was seasoned and juicy was so good. The rice matched it perfectly with my meal. The sweet potato was perfectly executed with cinnamon sugar and butter which was out of this world. Visited this location on an EXTREMELY BUSY Saturday night. I think there were a few major events nearby so this location must have been close to all of the action. When I say the service was IMPECCABLE despite the restaurant being PACKED, I mean it. This is experience alone will have me return. JOIN THE WAITLIST ONLINE OR BY PHONE. It will save you so much time. When we walked in, someone was complaining that she walked in before some people and about 10 parties were seated before her. The attendant explained that they either joined the waitlist online or called in which saves the time you spend waiting to be seated. There were least twenty people in the small waiting area with some people trickling into the dining area as the waited, the bar area was packed to the point where there wasn't really any standing room. There were also people waiting outside of the restaurant and in cars as well. If I was alone. I joined to waitlist from home and by the time we got to the restaurant, we waited about two minutes before being seated. To know me is to know I do not typically eat out on weekends or when restaurants are packed because to me, the quality of the meal and the experience are just not the same since staff are running around to tend to everyone. Based on the service we got, you wouldn't even think this place was packed to capacity. Our waitress was Cindy and she was AMAZING! She greeted us as soon as we were seated and checked on us throughout the night. She made sure things came out when they were supposed to and when there were a few hiccups, she instantly had them rectified. She was upbeat and super personable the entire time despite what the restaurant looked like. I kid you not it was a zoo. There were kids apart of a larger party throwing food at one another at some point. She made sure we enjoyed our experience and even went above and beyond for the little people at our table (which they truly appreciated). The manager on duty was Jesus and he could be seen moving around cleaning off tables, walking guests to seats, bringing out meals, etc. We had someone with severe allergies at our table and he came to make sure we knew nothing in this persons meal came into contact with ay of those allergens. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. There are very few occasions where I am not happy with my meal from Longhorn. I was so sure something would be bad because of how busy this place was but nope. Everything came out hot and just the way we liked. From my salad to my wing app to my Outlaw Ribeye, everything was sooo good! Everything was seasoned so well! This may have been my favorite Longhorn meal EVER and I have visited locations all over the country. There were picky eaters at the table and they were extremely happy with their meals. I would definitely return to this location especially if Jesus, Cindy and any the staff who worked this specific night are there because even the host at the entrance did a great job of staying organized and navigating the crowd even though some people were becoming impatient. I ordered takeout at LongHorn Steakhouse and shoutout to them for the decent sized portions! The White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms were COVERED in cheese but they were sooooo good. I had to stop myself from eating all of them in the same day. The Redrock Grilled Shrimp with the mashed potatoes were also pretty decent. Now onto the bread, which I am always a huge fan of. I was SHOCKED with the big loaf of bread they gave for free. It lasted me 3-4 days lol. The only downside was the mushrooms were doused in cheese. I did feel somewhat sick the next day but I think that's my own fault for microwaving the shrimp the next day...... don't do that people! Lol read more

10/13/19 Around 4:45 pm Corinne took great care of us at dinner tonight. I haven't been to a Longhorn Steak house in quite a while. I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin that came with a crispy generous salad and a side. I upgraded the side to steakhouse Mac and cheese and that was a great decision. YAY ME! The sirloin steak was very good, and I enjoyed the Mac and cheese immensely. It was creamy and had some tasty bacon in the bottom and a crumb style topping. The bread loaf they serve is almost like a sweet wheat. It's served warm. For desert I tried the mini chocolate peanut butter jar. I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter but this dessert looked very appealing. It was rich and delicious and I would definitely get it again. It was a creamy choc peanut butter mousse on top of chocolate cake crumbs/pieces. The service was friendly, quick and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I were in the area. It seems to me that this restaurant executes very well. My daughter has visited on multiple occasions and has never had a bad experience. I find Texas Roadhouse to be less expensive but Longhorn has amazing desserts, and that fabulous Mac n Cheese so I'll continue to enjoy both. read more

Its always busy parking lot when we ride by. So I figured it must be good. We gave it a try and so glad we did! All 3 of us had an amazing me! My cocktail was only $12.50 and was enough to make 3 glasses, it had Patron in it. Was delicious. They accidentally brought us broccoli instead of brussels sprouts we said it was OK that we would eat the broccoli but they ended up bringing us brussels sprouts anyway and said we can keep them. All three of our dishes had so much food. We all had leftovers to take home. Service was great, we never sat at the table, waiting for someone to come over the waitress, came over to A. several times to make sure everything was OK and if we need anything which I really like. The restaurant was packed so I thought we would be sitting there for a while waiting for a waitress and are our food however it was not very efficient I was surprised how good the food was. I had the ribs and spaghetti squash with asparagus. It was awesome! Ribs were perfect and spaghetti squash was delicious! Can't get that many places! Also the asparagus was great! We also ordered the 6 oz steak and sweet potato which was super yummy too! They served us a delicious honey wheat loaf of bread right after we sat down. Heads Up! I eat here at 4:00 PM right after work once in a while. The place is dead at 4:00 as it should be - its 4 PM! There are a few retired folks in the place because it is close to a large retirement home. The waitress is ALWAYS awesome. Always happy and always has just the right amount of interruptions. I order steak (its a steakhouse after all) mashed potatoes and house salad. All very good. The seasoning on the steak if used too heavily will ruin a steak so as for it to be light. All in all a great place to get an affordable steal meal in an area that ultra high-end steak houses have all but taken over. One thing I wish they had was a happy hour drink menu. read more

A classic steak chain for the steak lover My family and so came here for Father's Day on a Tuesday night and it was great! We were welcomed by friendly staff and taken to our seats. The restaurant is a good regular size and is pretty spacious. Our waiter was so great and made sure we were okay and helped us with ordering as it was our first time at Longhorn To start we got the Nacho fries which was SO GOOD! We loved it and killed it! Then for the entree we all ordered some sort of steak/meat in medium rare and it was perfectly done. The filet was our favorite!! It is really so tender and soft, it cuts like butter!! All entrees also came with a side salad and 2 sides of your choice. I got the Mac and cheese as a side for a little extra and it was so worth the extra $2! Wow I've always gotten great meals. Except my last time. We got take out. It was a wedding gift. Was really disappointed in our food. First didn't get the broccoli at all. The Asparagus was really bad looking. Where did they get it from? Garbage. Broccoli that I got was overcooked not bright green. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken. So, my boyfriend doesn't particularly like steakhouses but one of my favorite places to go is LongHorn. It was after his sister's dance recital and his mom wanted to go out to dinner to celebrate. Well, the boyfriend wasn't hungry and opted out of dinner for the night. So me and his sister sat on the couch pondering where to go for dinner. "Hmmm, where is the one place we can't go when he's around?" LONGHORN. We were so excited because we knew we were going to have a good dinner. We arrived and were seated right away... which was fantastic because we were starving! Every time I get the chance to go here I ALWAYS get the Parmesan crusted chicken. It's so delicious that I feel that I would miss it too much if I were to get something else (although I am sure everything else is just as delicious!). I usually get a sweet potato with the brown sugar and cinnamon, I am salivating at the thought of it right now. I also usually get the asparagus but that night the grilled corn on the cob caught my eye so I decided to be adventurous and give it a try. To be honest, I kind of missed my asparagus I guess I wasn't into the corn as much as I thought I'd be. Everything else was phenomenal as always! Oh, and the appetizer... so. so. Yummy. Why didn't I take a picture of it? Because once it hit the table, it was gone that quick! What was it you may be wondering? Fried green tomatoes sprinkled with feta and drizzled with red chili ranch. I could've ate them all night. Seriously, they were that good. To go with my meal I also had a watermelon margarita. I love watermelon anything so I was super excited about this! It surely didn't disappoint and definitely the drink I needed after the week I was having! Most importantly, our service was phenomenal. Philadelphia and cheesesteaks, yup it's a must try. Longhorn is one of the popular outlets in the Norristown - Philadelphia area. Finding this place is easy on the GPS. There was abundant parking available at this outlet. Because it was winter and it was freezing , the inside looked deserted so we got seated the very second we stepped in. Ambience was light and nice. The booth was a little patched but I don't if it was a design. We ordered for some margaritas like the watermelons and mango for drinks along with some good steak. The steak was a bit heavy as expected and the chicken was tasty. Even though the food was good in taste, it was a let down on the margaritas. They were more of juice than alcohol so we got the staff re-do it for us. Sadly even that did not help. The staffs were good and friendly but she kept coming on and on to check on us which was probably a little disturbing. On the whole, this place is worth a visit but don't shoot for your margaritas please !!! read more

I had just recommended this restaurant and location to a friend, however today my wife and I picked up a curbside order and when we got home, we were a bit disappointed. Her burger was far under cooked and had the wrong ingredients on it - wrong cheese, missing ingredient, and had bacon. Obviously they didn't read the order. My steak was a bit overcooked - but still good, just not the great I have come to experience. This had become a new favorite for us until this disappointing experience. We actually decided to try this restaurant again after a long break from steak because we received a coupon via email for a free appetizer or dessert. The order system said the coupon was invalid although we checked it several times and entered the code exactly as needed. Another disappointing aspect but we still decided to order anyway. read more
