We went here for late lunch to celebrate our 47th anniversary on Monday the 14th! From the time we walked in the door, to our exit, the staff was exceptional! Very welcoming, attentive and very professional! Management was very visible! The restaurant was immaculate, bathrooms very clean! We ordered TBones and baked potatoes! They were cooked and seasoned perfectly! I failed to get the name of our waitress, and I apologize for that. She was so good! Towards end of our meal, she presented us with a beautiful cheesecake to share for our anniversary! We were so full, we requested a carryout box for it! It did not fail to disappoint later that evening! Was such a nice surprise! Thank you Longhorns Paducah for a great experience! We are not locals. Were camping at LBL for the week! Will definitely return here when in the area! I hope our waitress sees this review!

Waitress was really good tonight along with the food. Never had to wait long when we made requests. She was very personable. Not sure if her name. We dined around 4pm. I believe she was tending bar as well. My mom loved her big fried chicken salad and my dad loved his full slab of ribs. We all had enough food left to take home. We started with the Wild West Shrimp and I had a cup of baked potato soup. My steak was cook a perfect med rare. I'm always satisfied when I can get a steak cooked properly. Thank you Michael J Beal Clearwater, Florida

The outlaw ribeye was supposed to be well done not burned in the fires of hell! It's ruined! The porterhouse was supposed to be medium well and it's burned to hell too! The girl who walked it out for drive in pick up, first tried to give it to me without me paying and then when I paid, I didn't have change for the 20% tip, so I told her to get change and she brought out $28.00. A $20 and 5 and 3 ones. So, she ended up getting a 27% tip! It was either that or play games with her fat ass while my food got cold! Bullshit!

Hard to beat this place for a chain restaurant. They cook a good steak. I've always had great food and good service.

We showed up right at opening, five o'clock, and there was already a long line of people waiting to get in. Make a reservation. I'm glad we did. We had a party of four and was seated at a low top that had a view of the kitchen. Lively open space with an open kitchen you can see both the cook line and the prep area. The cornbread was the unexpected standout of the entire meal. Mildly sweet, savory, light and fluffy all the way through. I was not expecting a side dish to steal the show, but it did. We also ordered the double stuffed burrata, and the bread it came with deserves its own mention. Crisp, lightly toasted, with just a touch of char. It paired beautifully with the creamy burrata and the accompaniments on the plate. For my entree I went with the grilled Caesar salad and added shrimp. It ended up being the perfect call. The portion was generous, the shrimp addition made it feel like a real meal. The romaine had this excellent crisp char on it that added so much. The dressing was heavenly. One of the best Caesar dressings I have had in a while. My favorite parts of the night had nothing to do with what was on my plate. We got to watch chef Sara Bradley working the kitchen with her team during service, and it was clear why this place has the reputation it does. I'd love to come back and try the prix fixe tasting menu next time. Overall this was a great experience from start to finish. And a must stop or destination when driving through KY.

If you're worried about running out, oh well, at least match the size for the value. Salmon seemed fairly big enough for the $$. You're a good spot fr dinner, but have to do better. Hope you take to heart.

I'll give them 4.75 stars, but they did fantastic so I'll round up for this place. First, we walk in the door and Zack walked past and complimented the boss on her snazzy shirt and a few other staff were friendly too so the vibe was nice to start off. We were then led to our table to discover Zack is our server for the night. Another compliment on the bosses glasses, okay she did look great - Thanks Zack! Drinks come out super fast and we get our food ordered. Zack was great helping with Alpha Gal and later following up with the kitchen staff that they had in fact not put butter on my fish - another win. I ordered the red fish special (I think) with a baked potato and the boss got the Harris Platter. Zack recommended blackened and was so right, delicious! I tried her fired catfish and that was delicious too, but would have dipped it in hot sauce, but the cocktail sauce was so yummy with a nice horseradish bite - delicious and maybe better than hot sauce (slander I know). That 0.25 off - well the hushpuppies were kinda gross and bland. This is the south so quality hushpuppies are a must. Ask for Zack, you will not be dissapointed.

Still, it's never enjoyable to recount an experience that falls short at every turn--especially when the failures were preventable. My visit to Stella's, regrettably, was exactly that. From the start, it was clear that the staff lacked even a foundational understanding of Celiac disease. Questions about gluten safety were met with visible uncertainty and no real assurance that the kitchen could confidently prepare a safe meal. That uncertainty became reality when my entrée -- a steak and baked potato -- arrived with gluten on the plate. Not near it. Not questionable cross-contact. On the plate. Naturally, it had to be sent back. This misstep kicked off a cascade of delays that stretched my wait time to nearly an hour, even though we were among the very first guests seated at 5:00 p.m. Meanwhile, my dining companion's meal arrived correctly and on time. I insisted they eat, because by the time my corrected meal showed up, theirs would have gone stone cold if they had waited out of courtesy. The absurdity didn't stop there. The to‑go order I placed after we were seated--intended for someone else--was finished before my actual in‑house entrée ever arrived. Even the wine I ordered to accompany the steak made its way to the table long after the pairing was relevant, arriving more like a begrudging afterthought than part of a well-paced dining experience. When the final bill reached $250, it underscored the frustration even more. At that price point, diners are not paying for mediocrity. They are paying for competence, safety, professionalism, and a level of service that respects their time and their dietary needs. It is not unreasonable to expect top‑notch service when the tab climbs that high. And this incident is not isolated. Increasingly, restaurants in Paducah that position themselves as "quality dining" are missing the mark on training, pacing, and basic hospitality. Yet, as a community, we lack a consistent or constructive way to hold establishments accountable or to encourage them to maintain standards worthy of the prices they charge. If we hope to preserve both the integrity of our dining scene and the value of our wallets, we need better mechanisms for clear, honest critique -- and for restaurants to listen. Stella's, on this visit, offered little more than disappointment and a glaring reminder that good intentions are no substitute for proper training, coordination, and care.
