My experience in longo Lexus dealer was all good from the beginning to the end. They were very friendly and was able to test drive all three different model and was able to pick a car at the end and purchased on the same day. My sales person Leo was very professional and super friendly and explained all the features about the car and even help with BMW that we own. We could not have ask for better sales person and we would go back to him if we ever need another Lexus and would recommend to our family and friends. The also have many inventories to choose in terms of color, options and models. Please go there if you are thinking about purchasing Lexus. You will not regret. The only drawback was the hot drink was weak and no snack to eat but other than that all was good. read more

While I didn't pay too close of attention to the pricing of the services, my impression was that it wasn't cheap even for changing the window wipers (especially when tagged along with the complete service package). The customer waiting area offers water, soda, and cappuccino machine, but they hardly bother to refill the snacks, which is very disappointing compared to my own experience at BMW auto centers. read more

I'm very impressed with the customer care, service from everyone there, and the facilities! Everyone was nice and professional. They took care of my car in a timely manner and kept in contact with me before the appointment and while my car was in for repairs. When I called, they gave me updates and finished as soon as possible. The main lobby itself was very impressive! They have lots of creature comforts, luxury in there, and amenities that even take care of the customer during these repairs. From when I walked in the door I was greeted by Francisco M sales consultant and I told him I don't have mush time !!! I need to know if I can get a gift of a deal I shopped around other dealers and I can't make a deal I'm happy with .so I told him the price I wanted to be around I looked at the car by the way the under ground show room is Lexus quality !!! We went back up stairs to there nice looking business center he took my offer to the manager Kevin Holley and in about two minutes latter came back with a very generous offer !!! Longo Lexus has been a great dealership to work with. I have purchased 3 cars from Longo and I've always had the best service. The Takata airbag debacle has affected many people. For me, I was asked not to put anyone in the front seat of my car until the replacement for the recalled part had arrived. Possibly up to a year!! Longo Lexus was fantastic and provided alternative transportation for me to use until parts became available. The service advisor directed me over to the Enterprise Rent A Car that is on-site at Longo. This was going to be a long term rental and they didn't blink twice about it. Once the replacement part became available, I got a call from my service advisor, Kelly and he handled the rest. When I picked up my car, they had performed a multi-point inspection and washed it for me!! Somehow my car felt fresh! Longo Lexus is great at customer service!! read more

I recently purchased my Lexus IS 200t from Ed Perez, whom I must say has provided one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Prior to coming to Longo Lexus, I was just browsing for a car at Tustin Lexus to get an idea of what I want since I was considering switching from a BMW to Lexus. The sales rep at Tustin did not want to waste any time with me once he realized I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase a car that day. Even when I asked to test drive, he told me I would have to make an appointment. I never had to make an appointment to purchase a car in the past. Although the car that peaked my interest had a great deal, I was not willing to purchase it all because of the terrible service I had received. I decided to visit Longo Lexus next day, given they had a larger selection. When I met Ed, he was very patient, not pushy asking me a million questions, and allowed me to test drive whichever car I wanted. My parents wanted to wait until end of the year before purchasing a car for me, but Ed gave us a deal on a car that was hard to pass on. I feel so fortunate to have purchased my car through Ed because even after I had purchased my car, he was always accommodating and willing to answer any questions I had. After a week and half of driving my car, I noticed my tire pressure light came on and I thought maybe air leaked out since one of the screw cap for the tires was missing. I went to pick up a screw cap from Ed and he advised me to bring it to the service center to make sure my tires were okay since the light came on. Next day, I received an unfortunate call from the car service center notifying me that there was a nail in one of my tires that could not be repaired/patched. I was told I had to pay for a new tire since it was not covered under the car's warrantee. Luckily, Ed followed up with me asking if my tires turned out okay. I told him what the situation was and minutes later, I received a notification from the car service center stating that my tire was going to be replaced at no cost!! I don't know how Ed did it, but he somehow made it happen. I appreciate all the help Ed has provided and would highly recommend him!! read more

My elderly parents were ignorantly happy with the services they were getting from Longo until the day I popped the hook.... Here's the story. I was house sitting for my parents when they went on a month long trip. Wanted to make sure that their car would be in good working order when they came back so I opened the hook. The fluids were low and the coolant particularly was almost completely dry. My father is always diligent about taking his car for service on schedule so it was extremely surprising for me to find their car in the state it was. The low fluid levels by themselves would have been sufficient for me to think poorly of the service. But there's more. According to my father, they took their car for service at Longo Lexus not too long before their trip. They were quoted $200+ for the service initially and got a call later in the day with a list of things needed to be done for over a thousand dollars. After their return and the service that cost over a thousand dollars, their car wouldn't back up in a parking lot of a restaurant. The car was towed to a nearby shop and they were told that some parts were so dirty the connection was bad. The shop replaced a part and did the clean up for $80 and now the car runs fine. The car has very low mileage but it was older so I would give Longo the benefit of the doubt that some of the replacements/repairs quoted may have been necessary. Nevertheless, it is extremely surprising to find their car in such a poor state with regular service at the dealership. It does not appear to be the result of one bad service but consistent poor jobs over time. You cannot have the coolant to be at such a low level in a non-leaking reservoir unless it was neglected over a longer period of time. What a shame. The review is obviously for the service department. No inference or rating is made to the other part of the dealership. read more

Everyone knows that shopping for a car can be very daunting and I am one of those people. My mom was ready for a new car so we decided to check out Longo Lexus. When we arrived we were greeted by Gabriel. He offered us water and asked about our day and that made us feel comfortable from the start because he didn't even ask about a car or what we were looking for. He then proceeded to ask what kind of car my Mom had in mind and she replied she wasn't too sure. He went over a few more questions to narrow down what my Mom didn't like about her current car. He suggested a few SUV's because my Mom didn't like how low her car was and the older she gets the harder it is to get in and out .... don't tell her I called her old lol. She ultimately decided on the bigger SUV, for work purposes, and she was so happy. With Gabriel we never felt forced or pressured and he made the process so easy and painless. I am writing this review for Narul Choudhury. I am sure it may be odd because I didn't actually end up buying a car from Longo. I was looking for an impossible-to-find used car and I was referred to Narul by someone I work with. My car search took 2.5 months and throughout it Narul followed up with me to reassure me that he hadn't forgotten about me and he was still looking for my perfect car. He was never pushy and always incredibly pleasant on the phone. Once I found my car (through a private party sale), I even called Narul to see if he had anything in stock. This review is solely on the theft of my gasoline!!! My husband took my car in for service and a warning light with a full tank of gasoline. I noticed now on my drive home that my car was returned without gas! Ive heard about this horrible practice happening at other shops but not at this reputable dealer! This not only made me lose trust in taking my car in, but i feel extremely dissapointed. Up to this moment I've had excellent service and we love our service advisor. Their online inventory search accurately reflected what was on their El Monte physical lot (secure underground garage) which was a fully loaded, gray w/ red interior, 2015 Lexus RCF. I had my numbers in mind and I was ready to walk if they couldn't meet my terms. It took all of 15 minutes to negotiate the deal and Anthony had me out the door in the coupe by lunch time which included a test drive Anthony wanted to complete in order to ensure I was happy with what I was buying. I bought a new car a month ago, but I was really disappointed because there was a part of the car that was damaged. I found damages at home on the day of purchased and went back to the salesperson, so I was so angry that I was not going to change my car. I was so angry at how to express it. Then I met the manager with the salesperson and promised to reconcile the broken parts and agreed. I went to the service department and met John Yang to discuss the repair and to coordinate the schedule. john guy was kind and easy to understand and calmed my hardship. This is mainly a review for Felix Giles :) My dad and I basically walked into Longo Lexus, not sure whether or not we were going to buy a car that day, but we were definitely highly interested in purchasing one soon. I had test driven four other cars that day...Toyota, Honda, and Hyundai, all which are in the vicinity of Longo Lexus but I don't think any of the sales representatives gave me as great of a service as Felix! He was patient with both my father and me as we searched around looking for the right color and right car model. During our test drive, he provided great information about the car, but also made the atmosphere really light and he was funny, which is always a plus in my eyes. Though we left the dealership car-less that day, Felix was very good on following up with us and managed to negotiate back and forth with my dad until a deal was met. He really is willing to listen to your needs as a customer and work with you so that you will be satisfied. When we finally purchased the car, he was very helpful in answering all our questions and made sure that I knew how to work the car inside and out before I left. I've been coming back to this dealership for both regular maintenance AND lease. Professional staffs overall and great services. I would like to praise Elise Fong and David Truong in both Finance Dept and Internet Sales Dept. Great professionalism and doesn't waste my time. I've known Elise since 2007 and have been back to the dealership since then to get my next Lexus. However, she was promoted to other department and no longer deal with leasing. But no worries, David Truong fills that void quite well. I will definitely come back again for my next lease (provided that the dealership has the car available). My personal experience regarding leasing time at the dealerhip is always less than 1.5 hours: from negitiating to driving off my car. I want to beat this timing tho =) No questions about my regular maintenance/service, I will always bring my Lexus back to their Service Dept. The Service dept can be VERY crowded, so it's best that you make appointment in advance. Note to Longo Lexus Management: Pls make the service appointment more efficient so that the services can be done in a timely manner. Too many customers at the same time. Sometimes, even with a service appointment, I need to wait for someone to process my paperwork for service. read more

It came down to an Audi A6 and the Lexus GS350 F-Sport. Ray set me up with the test drive and was meticulous in going over all of the amenities available on the vehicle. His knowledge of the product blew me away and you could sense his passion for the product. We initially met with Chris Wu who was great. He was very nice, not pushy and answered all our questions we had for the cars. As for inventory, Longo had the most and largest selection. So I took my Lexus to have some preventive maintenance done and was very impressed with their customer service ettiquett and satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. While I was there I was informed of a factory recall on my passenger side airbag and they offered to take care of it that same day so I wouldn't have to make an additional trip. Glad they were able to spare me the hassle and save me time. While waiting for my car, I bought some car accessories for my ride and the guys at the parts counter were super cool. I was happy that they gave me better pricing than their competition over at Lexus of Glendale. Over all, I had a good experience and will certainly be back in the near future. The only reason I didn't give them 5 Stars is because of the rather high cost of maintenance repairs at dealerships and their donuts and pastries were stale. read more

Ran into some warranty problems but Kelly helped me resolve everything (a different rep here was not very helpful and actually made things worse). I wanted to knock off a couple stars due to the horrible experience I had with the other service rep here but Kelly really made up for it. The service managers here were also very helpful. One of them personally helped look at the problem with me and contacted Lexus HQ on my behalf as well. Lastly, the parts department has been great as well.
