    I wish I could give more than five stars! This is by far the best Toyota dealership I have visited. I came in for a recall service and was helped promptly and efficiently. While I was waiting outside, a sweet and kind employee named Francis came over to check on us and ask how we were doing. We had a wonderful conversation, and she noticed that I was there with my two daughters. She took the time to talk with us, made sure everything was okay, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. As we were talking, my daughter mentioned that it was her birthday. Francis kindly went back and had the Longo team sign a birthday card/gift card for their birthday, along with giving her a coloring book. She truly went out of her way to make my daughter's day special. The gift meant so much to us--not because of the items themselves, but because of the kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care behind them. Francis's kindness, professionalism, and warm spirit made our visit truly memorable. Employees like her are rare, and she is a wonderful representation of Longo Toyota. Francis deserves to be Employee of the Month! Thank you so much, Francis. You are truly appreciated, and your kindness made a lasting impression on our family.

    Love this dealership on how they believe in selling their cars at MRSP and no markup compared to other dealerships. I worked with Shawn Castillo on buying a new Toyota Camry. I scheduled an appointment with him and he was very welcoming and answered all my questions. Being a previous Lexus owner, I wanted a car similar in look and color, Shawn answered all my questions and was super transparent the whole time. Although they didn't have the specific model I wanted at the dealership to test drive. He still brought out a similar car to show. I ended up reserving the exact car I wanted, a Heavy Metal with Metallic Black roof Toyota Camry XSE premium package with red interior. Shawn was very communicative on text and would highly recommend working with him on your deal. As for the dealership, its huge with Lexus on one side and Toyota on the other. They have your service, parts, used and new cars sales and more just like any dealership just bigger. There's a Starbucks inside and waiting area if you wanted to stick around. Will be back for service or recommending family members to come back.

While some of the specific numbers or details may not have been recalled with perfect precision, the substance of my review is truthful and accurately reflects my experience at your dealership. Your response indicated that you were unable to locate any corresponding interaction, I am happy to provide additional information. I was there on Saturday, May 23, 2026...arriving at 4:25pm. The gentleman I referred to when I first arrived--the one who pointed toward the vehicles and simply told me to look around--was Sam Halawai. The sales associate who assisted me afterward and informed me that there was nothing available within my budget because the least expensive vehicle was approximately $28,000 was Bryan Garcia. I find it disappointing that, rather than addressing the feedback itself, your response appears to question whether the experience occurred. The inability to locate a record does not mean the interaction did not happen. At this point, I do not feel the need to spend additional time discussing the matter by phone. I shared my review to provide honest feedback based on my experience. My hope is that the dealership views this as a learning opportunity and evaluates its customer service practices so that future customers receive a more welcoming and helpful experience. I have since purchased my Honda elsewhere and am very happy with my decision. I wish your team the best.

    I brought my recently purchased 2013 Prius V to Longo Toyota for its first service visit, including a tire rotation, inspection, hybrid battery vent cleaning, TPMS diagnosis, and battery test. The positive side is that the inspection was thorough, the technician reviewed the vehicle's maintenance history with me, and I left feeling confident about the overall condition of the car. They identified a failed 12V battery and TPMS sensor issues, and I appreciated having those items documented rather than discovering them later. My only complaint was the amount of time the visit took. My appointment was at 11:30 AM, I arrived early, and I didn't get back into my vehicle until 4:15 PM. The paperwork showed a promised completion time of 3:00 PM, so the process took considerably longer than expected. Communication during the wait could have been better, as I had to reach out myself for updates. Overall, the quality of the service was good and the staff was professional. If Longo can improve communication and reduce wait times, the experience would easily be a 5-star visit.

    I wanted to share my experience because this was honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Even though I work in the dealership business, I've always dreaded buying a car myself due to past experiences--both from working in the industry and as a customer. Historically, I've stuck with Hyundai or Kia, partly because of my Korean background and wanting to support those brands. But this time, after doing extensive research, I decided to go with a Toyota Camry SE. From start to finish, Mike Hao made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was understanding of my financial situation as a full-time single dad with a special needs son, and the entire Longo staff was very accommodating--especially with my son, who was excitedly jumping in and out of the showroom cars. In just about two hours, I was able to complete everything--from trade-in to final paperwork--with zero stress. There was no high-pressure sales environment, no uncomfortable finance office experience, and no pushy upselling. I was simply presented with options like GAP and extended warranty, and I chose what made sense for me without any pressure. I had always heard that Longo Toyota was one of the best, and now I understand why. Mike Hao and the Internet Department truly delivered an exceptional experience. It's also worth mentioning that I live in Victorville and made the drive to El Monte specifically because of the strong recommendations from family and friends--and it was absolutely worth it. Decided to take it in on a Friday in the morning. Checked my wheels and told me I just needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced. The back was still good. Sigh of relief somewhat. They were able to get the pads and rotors replaced for little under 3 hours. Time went by and they were updating me during the whole time. Great service and team here. Will definitely bring my car back in to get other services done. No issues whatsoever with the new pads and rotors.

    PROBLEM: ALIGNMENT ISSUES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ACCOUNTABILITY…read more When I first tried to leave a review, my account was somehow blocked from posting specifically for RTM, while I could still review other businesses. I contacted Yelp, and by coincidence, the representative I spoke with was also RTM's Yelp rep. He said it was strange that I couldn't post only for RTM. After I explained my situation, he advised me not to leave a review and instead take the matter to small claims court--which I did. During the hearing, the judge seemed to understand my side, but the ruling ultimately favored RTM. Despite being advised not to post this, I'm sharing my experience here because the situation still doesn't sit right with me--especially given Yelp's controversial review practices. On 10/1/25, my rear right adjustable control arm snapped. My car has aftermarket wheels, tires, and suspension components, so a precise alignment is critical to ensure proper fitment without rubbing the fender. I initially went to TM Auto (located across from RTM) for the control arm replacement. After installation, TM took my car to RTM for alignment. I specifically asked them to match the rear right alignment to the rear left, which was set at -2.8 degrees. When I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed the rear right wheel did not match the rear left. The camber was visibly off. I pointed this out to the technician, but he insisted the alignment was correct and that there were no machine or human errors. After repeated requests, they put the car back on the rack, but instead of rechecking, two additional technicians came out and dismissed my concerns with questionable explanations: "Toyota made the fenders uneven." "Your control arm is made in Taiwan/China--what do you expect?" Despite putting the car back on the rack, they never rechecked the alignment. They simply removed the car and stood by their original claim. With no resolution, I had no choice but to drive the car home. Because the alignment was incorrect, my tires rubbed against the fender the entire way. The next day, I found heat damage, paint cracking, and visible wear on the fender. I came back the next day to talk to Richard (the owner) hoping he would recheck everything, but it was apparent he was "too busy"--despite clearly having time to talk with other customers and then continue working on another car, while ignoring me. I waited outside RTM for over an hour trying to speak with him. When the TM Auto manager asked if he had seen the damage, his response was, "Yeah, so what?"--with no concern at all. After is when I left, and was forced to go to another shop to realign--more driving, more damage done. I used a camber gauge and measured -2.8 degrees on the rear left and -2.0 degrees on the rear right. To confirm, I took the car to my trusted shop, Chewerks in La Habra, where they verified the rear right camber was indeed -2.0 degrees and did not match the left side. Their measurements matched mine exactly. Because RTM refused to recheck or correct their work, this improper alignment caused damage to my car. The rear left side tucks properly, while the rear right sticks out about half an inch, which led directly to the rubbing and damage. I had clear documentation and evidence, but the court still ruled in RTM's favor. I chose not to appeal to avoid spending more time on the matter. A nearby body shop, Cenco Auto Body, quoted over $1,800 to repair the fender (with another shop giving a similar estimate), confirming the extent of the damage. What could have been a simple recheck turned into a costly mistake. Despite everything, RTM did not offer any compensation or attempt to make things right. Seeing RTM's highly rated Yelp profile made their response even more surprising. They're quick to take your money with a smile when things go well, but when issues arise--as in my case--they deny responsibility and make no effort to make things right (In my case, they didn't take money directly, but a receipt was given to TM Auto, and I had to pay TM Auto--which is the same as paying RTM directly). TM Auto went as far as offering RTM to help cover the repair costs, but RTM still refused. TM Auto didn't have to step in for someone else's mistake, yet they still tried--that says everything. Richard (the owner) had my contact information through the small claims process, yet he never made any effort to contact me--even before we went to assigned court date. After what happened, I'm relieved I didn't bring my other cars first--especially since those cars are of higher value. It seems RTM has many satisfied customers, along with a smaller number of unhappy ones. Hopefully, you don't end up in the latter group like me. FWIW: Following the incident, I contacted Hunter to verify when RTM's rack was last calibrated. Abel (rep) advised that its calibration was set to expire later that month. This raises the possibility that their rack may have been out of calibration.

When I pulled my car in, they told me to wait on the side. I was a bit confused at first, I thought they had to ask me what I was in for. But then I saw them bring my car into the lift, and when I saw and heard the mechanics, who are like your average Asian uncles, I knew my car was in good hands lol. Not sure if they remembered I was coming in or everyone who comes in just gets full synthetic oil changes, but I confirmed with the uncle and he said "Yes yes I got you the good kind" I realized I also needed a tire rotation so I asked him if they could do it and they said no problem 25 bucks. And I said ok no problem. Everyone was super nice and friendly, and Tony was very informative. As soon as my car was lifted, one mechanic worked on the tires and one mechanic worked on the oil change. My car was back on the ground in 10 minutes. I've never had an oil change done this fast. Not sure if I actually even waited? Lol Everyone was very quick and efficient and I loved it. I don't live in the area anymore, but live about half an hour away. but I would definitely come back for my oil changes now.
