I wasn't sure what was included in the full inspection and Gus didn't hesitate to answer my million and one questions. Throughout the day he kept updating me on the status of the inspection and called me once it was complete, giving me peace of mind that my car was sound. What a solid guy. He also goes above and beyond for customers. I messaged him during the day to get a photo of my registration from my vehicle and he didn't hesitate to help me out. He was swamped with customers and still managed to get the information I needed even though my car was nowhere near his office. When I arrived, the car attendant told me there was no appointment scheduled for my vehicle. I explained that I had received text message confirmations and reminders, but he seemed skeptical and even asked to see my app, like he didn't believe me. That didn't sit right with me, I didn't just show up randomly, I had proof of my appointment. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one available because it was the weekend. That was surprising to me, I feel like there should always be a manager on site, especially to handle situations like this. Instead, he said he would get a service advisor to help me. That's when Eric came out, and honestly, he completely turned the experience around. I showed him the same text messages, and without questioning me or making things difficult, he immediately took care of everything. He got my car checked in right away, arranged a ride home, and made the whole process smooth and efficient. Technology issues happen, and I understand mistakes can be made but how they're handled matters. Eric handled it perfectly. What started off as a frustrating situation turned into a great experience because of him. I recently had a frustrating experience here at the wholesale parts department at Century BMW and I feel compelled to share it. I was quoted an additional bogus $300 fee for key "programming" that, as I later confirmed with 4 other BMW dealerships, was never actually required for the replacement parts I ordered. The charge felt completely unjustified and, frankly unprofessional, as well as misleading. When I questioned it, I was met with unjustified resistance rather than a clear explanation and stalling. The representative I dealt with, Angela, had an off-putting tone and demeanor from the start. She made me wait without any communication and handled the interaction in a way that felt dismissive. Most concerning, she kept my sensitive documents longer than necessary--documents that she definitely she should have handed back herself. There was no apology or even a simple excuse-yourself moment, which added to the overall sense of unprofessionalism. Overall, the experience left me feeling uneasy and undervalued as a customer. I expect transparency and professionalism when dealing with a brand like BMW, and unfortunately, this interaction fell well short of that standard. Everyone at the dealership is welcoming, courteous and professional on all levels and throughout the entire buying experience. My salesperson, Nadine, was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. I must single out Lennie, the General Manager for specific, very high praise. He was outstanding. He was friendly, warm, courteous, respectful and understanding throughout the entire negotiating process. There was never any pressure and he would listen to all I had to say and did everything he could to make me happy with the car and the price. This Alhambra BMW dealership is the worst I've been to. My family has owned Alpina 7-series, X5s, and I currently drive a 4-series and have had 7-series models--normally I use the Glendale or Lankershim dealers. The only available loaner was at this Alhambra location. The service rep, Eric, repeatedly and accusatorily asked if anyone had "touched" or "tampered" with my nearly new lease (2-3 months old). I denied it each time and explained the car is only washed by my detailer. Eric later called to say it's an oil leak, parts ordered, and it would be fixed by Tuesday, May 9. When I told him I didn't appreciate the accusatory questioning, he offered no apology and rushed off. When returning the loaner they accused me of leaving a bad odor and threatened a $250 cleaning fee. The loaner clerk claimed she, another coworker, and Eric inspected the car--though Eric never entered the loaner yet insisted from inside the dealership that I (and therefore the car) smelled. I work in the legal cannabis industry; my personal scent doesn't prove my car smelled. I asked for a manager, waited over 10 minutes while the manager (in BMW polo) lingered with another employee, and was dismissed. The loaner clerk later told me they wouldn't charge me but that I could no longer get loaners. Terrible customer service: they accused me from the start, offered no apology, and mishandled a manufacturing defect (oil leak). I'd give 0 stars. Train your staff to stop accusing customers and handle issues professionally. read more

While you wait in the lobby they have leather chairs, beverage machine (coffee, hot chocolate, iced coffee, hot water, espresso, etc), complimentary water bottles, and vending machines. There is also a tv, chargers, and outlets. ::Process:: As I pulled up to the dealer, I was greeted and told to wait for my Service Advisor in the lobby. Kevin called my name and greeted me. I've been a long time customer with my mother here and we just received an oil change service for our bmw x3. Once my mother received her car back from service, she noticed that the windshield wiper was broken. She doesn't speak perfect English but she's been an extremely loyal and long time member here at New Century with Sidney as our Service Manager. Now that Sidney is gone, it seems the customer service has gone down immensely. The service person that assisted my mom denied to her that the windshield wiper was ripped by them and told them that it was packaged by warranty. However, warranty should not matter because this is not something that she broke, but rather it occurred during service because the damage was not there before. New Century BMW Collision Center While driving to work on the 210 Freeway, a rock was kicked up and hit my windshield - leaving a chip and crack in the windshield glass. I went to AAA insurance and they were insisting that an after-market windshield be installed by Safelite. I was requesting that a genuine BMW replacement windshield be installed. Both George, the manager at New Century BMW Collision Center, and Jorge, the service writer, were instrumental in gaining approval from AAA insurance to install a genuine BMW windshield. Not only did they successfully handle the negotiations with AAA, they had the windshield installed and my vehicle back on the road within two days.
