This is a great place to get your car maintenance supplies! I've been a regular here for years and have never had any issues with their service nor parts! Prices here are very reasonable! So if you know what part you need, this place will probably have a great price on it. Or even if you don't, they can probably tell what the part is if you give them a general description. The employees here are extremely knowledgeable so even if you don't know much about cars, they're great with tips and recommendations! Sometimes you walk in and you might feel a tense air; I assure you that is most likely not the case as the people here are just busy with a customer on the phone or something else; just walk up to a desk or wait for one of them to call you over. I first heard of this place from my brother who's all up about DIY car maintenance. They practically have everything and if they don't will track down the parts for you and let you know when they have in on stock. My most recent purchase was some brake pads and DOT3 fluid. Seriously whole time there was less than 10 minutes, even with a customer ahead of me. Just call ahead and place your order beforehand by phone to save time. Can't recommend this place more for legit parts and the workers really work hard. Always call before going to pick up your parts, things happen, stuff sometimes doesn't make the truck. It's not their fault! One other thing, if paying by card your card must have a chip. My last review was removed because of the petty car broker who has too much free time reported my reviews to get them removed. He has too much free time and because his feelings got hurt, he had to get my review of this place taken down. Not that anyone is gonna read my review and said "nah dawg, this guy online said this place sucks so I am going to take my business eslewhere" People are still gonna come anyways because they need whatever they need. I'm not going to rewrite word for word on what I said last time, but let's put it this way. The people working here could not care less about serving you. The first bad experience was when I stood there for 10 mintues while they didn't even acknowledge me so I just left. The second crap time was when they screwed up on part in which they assured me it would fit my car. When I did arrive at the mechanic shop, I was told it didn't fit. I phoned back E-Auto to be told it was THE right one, hell they insisted it was. When I went back, I was met with snide looks and negative things said about me. I can't prove it but it was pretty obvious. The part in question that they did give me was for another make and model and not even close. No apology but a refund they were forced to give. I'm not supporting this local place anymore because the quality of service is absolute garbage. read more

While they're usually last call I still give them plenty of business, not sure why people feel the need to compare them to the big three but I will say this they're definitely cheaper but you won't get that life time warranty read more

I come here super often for all car parts (German/Japanese) and the guys here always hook it up. If they don't have it in stock here, they'll usually pull the merch from another warehouse nearby and have it to you same day or first thing tomorrow morning. Prices are super competitive and super low (lower than eBay). I've bought brake rotors, pads, unpainted fenders, coolant, radiators, air filters, etc all for cheap prices. Never had problems with quality either. They also have really good priced Mobil 1 Full Synthetic oil by the quart here too. Horrible customer service. I ordered a hose and it was btoken. I reordered it and called before picking it up to have them check if the hose was not broken, they told me it was in good condition. When I got there to pick it up the hose was broken again. I asked them to deliver it to me since I had to drive out there twice and they said no. They did not once try to take care of me as a customer. All he could do was return it or reorder it. What a way to take care of loyal customers.
