Stopped in on a whim last week and had a great experience. I happened to be at the wholesale club next door, and forgot that Long's was right in the same drive. I've been researching a possible timepiece purchase, and thought this would be a great opportunity to see some of them in person. From the friendly doorman, to the knowledgeable sales staff, everybody treated me very kindly and professionally even though I'm in the beginning stages of my research. My husband and I special ordered and purchased a fifteen year wedding anniversary ring from Long's. We waited the ten weeks for it to be delivered to my local store. When it came in, I received an email letting me know. The email not only got my first name wrong, but included three pictures of my brand new ring, that I already purchased, on someone else's hand. I went to the store to pick it up today and showed the employee at the customer service desk, asking if this is normal practice at Long's? He agreed it that it was strange, but no apology or anything. I also had to ask for all of the packaging, travel case and cleaning cloth that normally comes with a purchase of the dollar value from this particular brand. Needless to say, this was a very strange experience for a multi-thousand dollar purchase and we will not be going back to Long's. read more

This was our first time looking at engagement rings. I chose Longs because it was a well known chain that I was familiar with because of their watches. store was pretty empty but we were not immediately greeted, took a couple minutes for someone to come help us. At first, the associate felt a little impatient but my girlfriend and I both felt things improved after a bit. In total she spent about an hour with us, showing us all the different settings. We got her business card after and I reached out. First time took her 9 days to respond, said it was because she was on PTO. No big deal, said she would get me information Friday. Information never came, I followed up the next day but still no reply after a week. While I do appreciate the hour she spent with us, respectfully will be taking our business elsewhere as trying to buy an engagement ring should not be this hard. read more

My fiancé ordered a custom setting for my engagement ring. When he received it, Long's apologized for its "weird" design and lack of resemblance to the picture my fiancé had sent. Every employee I spoke to said it was "bizarre" and did not know why it would be designed as such. They also didn't know why the setting was chipped and scratched when I received it. They said they would change it, but the ring would have to be sent away for two months. Upon me asking, they said they could take the diamond out of the "weird" setting and put it in a setting in the store within the hour. Note, they never suggested this solution, insisting I had to give my new engagement ring back for two months in order to fix it. After waiting an hour and returning to the store, they told me the setting style required another day. However, they knew the setting style before they had me wait. Haley, the Nashua store, was helpful and kind. Everyone else couldn't be bothered to fix the "strange" and beat up ring THEY designed and sold. Long's made every step of designing and buying my engagement ring MISERABLE. PS: When I went into the store to get rid of the setting they designed, I said "I'm here to change my ring setting." Multiple employees said no we don't do that, even though, they had previously discussed correcting the "odd" design and chips. Then, they said oh yes are you Heather?... I don't know a Heather. Did they design a weird and damaged ring for a "Heather" too? On a call about fixing the ring, they asked if the order was under my name or Sean's. I don't know a Sean. Did they screw up a ring for a "Sean" as well? How many engagement rings did they mess up recently? read more

They now sell pre owned Rolex and sell them way above retail prices. Absolutely ridiculous. A Rolex 116500 black dial for 32k used from 2020? You can buy bnib for 25-28k why buy used for 32k? They are worse than the grey dealers. Real pieces of shit. Horrible sales people who think they are the gate keepers of Rolex. They are salesmen hahahaha. I made the unfortunate mistake of working with Timothy Driscoll at this location. In December of 2022, Timothy worked with me to place an order for 3 different Rolex's, hoping to get one as soon as it's available. I waited and waited before making another visit months later to check on the status and was told that all I can do is continue waiting. Months go by, and I continuously make occasional calls checking the status, and each time being told the same thing, keep waiting. For the last 3 months, I made no effort to follow up and decided to wait patiently as that is what I was instructed to do numerous times, specifically by Timothy. Today, I was in the area and decided to check in to see how much longer I should expect to wait as I have already been waiting 11 months and was becoming impatient. As I entered Long Jewelers, I approached Timothy and asked him how much longer I should expect to wait. Timothy pulls out his phone and attempts to find my phone number, but has no luck. I was told very nonchalantly by Timothy that my name was not appearing in the system and there was nothing they could do. I was shocked, how could all these check ins, visits, and calls have led to my name mysteriously not appearing in the system. I ask Timothy how this could have happened and he calmly replied, "the system sometimes gets messed up", he had zero concern that I had just wasted 11 months waiting for a watch that he failed to properly log into his system, and now as a result of his mistakes, I have to go to another Rolex retailer and get on another 12 month wait list. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated as to how this was handled by Timothy and Longs Jewelers, his reaction, his uncooperative attitude and his response. I will go out of my way to make sure none of my friends, family, or even customers do business with Longs Jewelers as this encounter is a clear and evident reflection of how Timothy and the staff at Longs Jewelers treat their customers. I spoke to a salesman and made it clear I wanted to spend $10-15k on a Rolex. He couldn't have cared less. I wanted to give him the exact specifications - but he didn't want them. He wanted to get off the phone as fast as possible. I was pretty shocked. Perhaps if people see who they are dealing at Long's and a little softening of the market - these salesman will be chasing jobs somewhere else. Guy was incredibly rude, condescending, oddly aggressive and wouldn't let me explain which specific watch I wanted; I simply wanted to know if they had it available in store because the model I want is currently backordered. It seemed he was annoyed that I didn't want to come into the store to look? I have a feeling their Rolex collection is very limited and he wanted to try and sell me on something I didn't want.. Promptly ended the phone call, called another store and bought the same watch somewhere else.. luckily they had it in store! Just bought a super cool watch today that I'd been stalking for about 8 months a Tudor Pelagos FXD. It's a highly sought after watch, for good reason, and I've not been able to find it anywhere, until I happened to go to my local Tudor AD at Longs Jewelers in Nashua. Tim was my sales guy and while he didn't have it available when I first walked into the store some time ago, it eventually came available and I just finished closing the deal today. Tim was absolutely super in both demeanor and in his professionalism. He wasn't pushy, nor did he attempt to sell me anything I didn't want. Just noted it was for a birthday in 2 days but the timing was understandable. They texted me that night ring was ready and the jeweler was able to squeeze it in at the end of the day. I picked it up with my daughter and they gave her a toy light up ring which was a great touch. Ring fit perfectly, work done looked great. Just an example where they could have gone through the process and gave me ring in 2 weeks but they saw an opportunity and went above and beyond. Alex was a blast to work with -- he was very responsive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I called the store to inquire some information about a watch, rolex perpetual31. The lady who answered the phone was not knowledgeable at all, insisting giving misleading information, and not polite of course! When I asked her whether the watch I am interested was carried in stock, I read the item number from the rolex website to her, she said YES. They SHE asked me: how much you saw this online? I feel very strange of being asked about the price since I was just inquiring about the watch model and some functions, I reported her the number I saw from the rolex web, and she said that would be the number we sell? A very funny street shopping type of feeling... Another interesting point: I asked what would be the difference for this watch manufactured from this year versus the same watch perpetual31 manufactured from maybe 2 years ago? This is a technical question I am curious, and I did saw some previous posts/reviews other customers inquired for the same information. INSTEAD of answering the question, she said this is impossible of selling a watch manufactured from 2 year ago. I got confused and asked: so all the watches are made to order from the manufacture? She said NO. Then I asked how would you know it is not possible that it is manufactured from 2 years ago? She said IMPOSSIBLE! Then I asked: but how? Is there paperwork showing the manufacture date for each item? She said NO. Then why you are so sure about it? Then the conversation ran into a dead cycle. read more

Brought my wife's ring to get the diamond adjusted after 3 years (it got loose). Called Burlington multiple times and never got a human. Nashua picked up my call immediately, provided the hours a jeweler would be onsite, and prioritized fixing the ring in time for the event we had at night. I was researching Rolex watches for about a month or so and when it came time to go into a Rolex authorized dealer and look, try them on, etc I decided to go to Longs in Nashua, NH. Mike B. Was the one who helped me out. The watch I was sure I was going to buy, when I tried it on it just didn't do it for me. I thought it was too small, it was only 39mm. So Mike suggested I try on the next step up and as soon as I tried it on, I knew that this was it! I bought a Date Just II 41mm with a black dial. Mike has been working there a long time and he knows Rolex inside and out. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will be back in 1-2 years for another Rolex, a sport watch next time. read more

We were a bit apprehensive at first due to our very time sensitive situation. We were assisted by Paul W. and he was a dream to work with. He is very knowledgeable and clearly understands that all customer needs are different. Paul was the least bit pushy. Instead of pushing us towards a quick sale, Paul worked with us mixing and maxing various bands to find the perfect fit to go along with the engagement ring we already had. I had such a wonderful experience at Long's in Nashua. The store is fairly new, and I've been dying to check it out. There are a lot of amazing things to say about this jewelry store, so my review is going to be lengthy. When my boyfriend and I started talking about marriage, I was eager to check out Long's. He asked me to go, get some information as to what I liked, and let him know. It was a rainy and damp Sunday, and I wasn't in the mood to dress up. I put on some leggings, a sweatshirt, and brought my 4 year old along (who has a history of being very patient and respectful :) ) In my very casual attire, I was greeted by a gentleman in a black suit, who was very warm and professional. I had spoken to a woman named Barbara Censullo on the phone, and she came out to greet me. The entire staff at Long's made me feel completely at home. They even offered to put cartoons on for my son, and offered us refreshments.. I salute Long's for mastering the art of perfect customer service. Barbara was amazing, down to earth, and most importantly has an impeccable eye for grasping the style of what her customers are looking for. The selection of jewelry at Long's is impressive and diverse. They offer everything from the very traditional to the very modern, and everything in between. The store is impressively clean. The bathrooms are even spotless! In sum, Long's is the perfect jewelry store. Long's is elegant, but without the stuck up attitude that some high end retailers convey. I have been looking for another rolex sports watch, understanding that inventory might be low due to thier popularity and or holiday season. With this in mind myself and a friend of mine decided to visit longs in nashua in order to see what type of selections they might have. Upon entering the store, we both were greeted by a nice gentleman. Ok, I thought...this was my first visit to longs, and this might be a worth while trip. Wow was I disappointed! Along with myself and my friend, we were only two of three patrons in the store. Hence there were more employees than customers. As we walked to the rolex counter, there were two employees standing in front of the small rolex display talking amongst one another. They never made an attempt to greet us. Ok, they were conversing...hmm While looking at the models that were abailable in the main display, another employee walked over and asked if we were all set. Upon informing him what I was interested in, he informed me Rolex has been slow due to the holidays. Ok, no worries....but....? I attempted to inquire about a possible wait list, but before I could finish my question he just walked away. I'm not new to Rolex by any means....ive owned a few. I must say, this certainly has been the worst experience I have ever had from an AD. ( Sales must be great). Upon walking to the exit / entrance, I decided to take a look at the Cartier....Santos. Again, standing at the display looking and talking about the Santos with my friend, no one attempted to assist us in any way. I tend to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I couldn't in this case. On a side note: I will take my watch buying and soon to be engagement experience elsewhere. read more

I know there's a Rolex shortage due to their popularity, but I know Long's sells them and wanted to stop in and see if they had any availability, as well as see what other watches they sell. My wife and I went in this past Thursday (12/9) and was set up with their salesman to discuss options. Immediately he was condescending and was not open to discussing what options are even available. I explained I was recently in Vegas and understand there's a supply issue as the Rolex store there was practically empty and that I've also been looking at Breitlings and other styles of watches. He just said "There's not a supply issue, there's a demand issue!" I asked what other watches there are and he pointed at another display case. Didn't ask what kind of watches I like or am interested in. I had to state I prefer Automatics and don't like Chronographs. We ended up looking at a few of the used Rolex watches, but I didn't like any. I asked about when they expect more Rolexes and he said "Come back in a few weeks, we may have some." I asked if there was a mailing list or alerts when more come in, or if I can call and he said "Just come back in a few weeks." I asked if he knew what they may be getting "We get what we get, I have no control." After we left, my wife and I were furious with how we were treated. I normally shop at Barmakian and have spent over $25k there and have always had an amazing experience with their sales team. After this experience, even if you get more Rolex or any other watches in stock, I won't be coming back. I've been to the Burlington location over the years and had a similar experience to this store and was hoping it was isolated, but looking at your other reviews, clearly it's not a rarity. read more

This is the exact same email I just sent to Long's Corporate HQ: I just picked up a Rolex GMT-Master from the Nashua store. It was brought in for an overhaul service by your watch repair department. Repair quality: "A" (so far - but keep reading). Customer service: ***F***. I was NOT handed the watch to examine before I was asked for payment. The watch was handed to me in a CLOSED "Long's" pouch. I had to open the pouch *after paying for the repair* to verify it WAS my watch. I was NOT told about any post-warrantee guarantees. I was NOT asked "do you have any questions". I was NOT thanked for doing business with Long's. Meanwhile, two other employees at the customer service desk were happily chatting with another customer. He was treated with respect and a friendly smile. Picking up my Rolex should have been a happy experience. Your employees made me feel... dirty and disrespected. Now, this memory will forever be with me: Long's *RUINED* my day. Yes, I called the store manager in Nashua - Michelle - and told her about this experience. She promised that she'd treat me right the next time I came in. But, to be quite honest, I don't want to walk into your store ever again. read more
