They provided me with a lot of relief which I loved. I've had a few family members also try out this location and enjoyed it. However, having said that, it just didn't have the complete 'spa' feeling to it - the aromatherapy, comfortable chairs, music, etc was great but there was alot of light coming through the windows which didn't make it very relaxing.

One the man was hurting my feet so bad by pushing so hard but not in the right spots. Didn't feel well trained. I kept saying ow and pulling my feet back and he'd smile and nod but then do it again. The next two times I had two different women but they both spent most of the time rubbing my shins (not even my calves). The Long Walk Feet is still opened but it's no longer they same owner or staffs. It was sold to one of the customer's before with other hired staffs since the customer (now owner) knows nothing about the actual massage business. The original owners just moved not too long ago, so if you once went and didn't hear about them moving and disappointed that they closed down, don't worry this is the spot. There's a few street parking and a parking lot behind Long Trail Wellness (in the plaza). Reasonable prices and good service. Great attitude, nice people, and usually there's just two (husband and wife) but the daughter's there too. The daughter have a license so it's a bit more expensive but if you need a professional, there's one here that's good too. Bathroom is very clean. Husband and wife prefers mandarin and daughter is fluent in English. When you make an appointment both languages would work. Highly recommend, almost don't want to post in case it gets too busy that my family can't make an appointment next time. Worth it though, you won't be disappointed.

A few months after my last review, I decided to give them another chance and things were going well…read moreuntil I made an appointment here to treat myself for my birthday. Secretly my partner went in the day before and paid for it plus left a tip, telling the guy to let me know afterwards it was taken care of. I attended my appointment, the foot reflex good but decided I would not do a massage again. The beds are separated by curtains so you hear everything others are talking and it's not very relaxing. On top of that the lady didn't understand English very well and didn't have good technique. After my appointment finished I paid for it and went to see my partner. He asked how it was and I let him know it was ok. He asked if there was anything more. I said no I had my appointment, paid and left. Then he told me he actually paid for it even left a tip! I immediately contacted the establishment and the owner/manager looked into it and said oh yeah sorry about that and actually laughed. I was furious! I let him know it wasn't funny and would be coming back to get a refund since they double charged me. When we showed up the owner/manager said he could just refund my card so I didn't need to come back. My partner let him know that they ruined the surprise and it was bad business to double charge customers. The owner/manager apologized but didn't really seem to care. Sadly this was the last straw for me. If a business tries to pull one over on a good customer that attends each month and try to get away with double charging then not be sincere or even attempt to rectify an upset customer, well, they do not deserve my business. I frequent reputable places that treat their customers with respect and consideration.
