Because of COVID-19 I understand the capacity of customers within the store has changed and sometimes you'll have to wait outside but this petite blonde female worker decided to lock the door in front of us as we looked inside. Loved the entitled vibe she gave. Once we got inside there was this skinny dark brunette older female worker who practically shouted at this foreign family for wanting to try on a pair. She told them not to touch the glasses because she would have to disinfect them. I was in there for 3 minutes before deciding to leave after the snobby stares my boyfriend and I were getting from the workers.

Yes Dr. Levinson is wonderful, however, there is something very special about Dr. Fong. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything to you so that you understand what's going on. When staff returned they looked at the glasses and said they don't see anything. I said it's very noticeable in the sunlight. I was then told I have to come back another day to talk to the manager. They have terrible customer service and do not stand behind their products. I will never purchases glasses from them again. I never had this issue with prescription sunglasses I purchased from other retailers.
