At the consultation, I was told they'd check their schedule and get back to me that evening. I even said that if it ended up being the next day, that was completely fine. Instead, I didn't hear anything until I followed up, at which point I was told there wasn't anything available for at least three months but that they were still trying to find something. After waiting another week, I followed up again and never received a response. I completely understand that you're busy and that your schedule may be full. What I find disappointing isn't the wait, it's the lack of communication. As someone who was prepared to invest both the time and money into this service, I expected the same level of professionalism and follow-through that was asked of me. Being left to repeatedly follow up without a response feels disrespectful, and unfortunately it has left a poor impression of the experience.

I made an appt online for a new client cut that came with a complementary hair mask. My appt was with Jade. She was fantastic! The place was clean and modern and the vibe was relaxed. I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. As a mother of a special needs kiddo it was a much needed reprieve and she gave me the pampering I needed! Will definitely be back if I'm still in Roseville the next time I need a hair cut.

I take extremely good care of it, and I went in with healthy hair and a very obtainable goal. I showed Diana exactly what I wanted, a highlight with lowlights/paint between to blend my greys. Simple. Achievable. Nothing extreme. My hair looks NOTHING like what I asked for and it is absolutely FRIED. I am disgusted, if you can't do something to someone's hair..DON'T SAY YOU CANNNN. I even asked her if she used 40 volume bleach because I could literally see the bottle when she poured it. She told me no, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, especially because when I called beforehand, the owner assured me I was "in good hands." Clearly I was very wrong. There was NOTHING good about this experience. Honestly, I should have gotten up and walked out the second she started foiling my hair because the entire process was chaotic and careless. There was absolutely no respect for the condition or integrity of my hair. As a cosmetologist, the #1 priority should ALWAYS be preserving the integrity of the client's hair. PERIOD. And it got worse. When she did the paint between, she MATTED my hair. Not a little tangled... MATTED. I could physically feel her ripping my hair out while taking foils out at the shampoo bowl. It was completely unacceptable. I was supposed to get it cut but at this point I just had to leave. On top of that: - Before my service even started, she used a bleach/color bowl that STILL had leftover color from another client in it. Huge sanitary violation. - During the service, she knocked over her entire tray, bowl of bleach, color, brushes, EVERYTHING onto the floor... then picked it all back up and CONTINUED USING IT. I am absolutely mortified. I cried to my husband over this because that's how devastated I am about my hair. It has taken me YEARS to grow and maintain healthy long hair, and now I'm dealing with severe breakage, frizz, mushy overprocessed pieces, and damage that could have been completely avoided with proper care and professionalism. Due to the extent of the damage and the corrective services now required, I will be exploring my legal options, including filing a small claims case for damages and repair costs.
