I highly suggest! I brought my 15 BMW M4 in for a full repaint and dent removal. Of course the timeline of repair is long due to a very big job but I can tell you this shop knew what they were doing. When I asked the woman why the estimate was a higher I was told "All car places do this" Not the most friendly person. When I refused to have my car fixed they left me with the $100 part that they can't return because they get a "re-stock fee" How about I pay the restock fee which I'm sure is less that $100? I took my 2021 Lexus RX350 in for some paint repair damage which required removal of driver side door and front quarter panel and drop the front bumper. Needless to say I was- a bit anxious wondering if paint would match and car would be put back together correctly. Well they did an amazing job and I could not be happier. Went in to get new front and rear bumpers painted. Did a really good job and very nice and communicative. I really wanted to love this place. But after paying thousands and after 6 months, the new paint started flaking and chipping off all over and they refused to fix it. They blamed it on the primer that was on the bumper. Any good paint shop would have re-primed it. Their site claims to have warranty on their paint work and they still refused to fix it. Would not recommend any paint work done here. Go to someone that knows what they are working with and warranties their work. read more

This review is a tad overdue but I had a pleasant experience here. Obviously everything would be less expensive if you bought parts and did the work yourself, or a friend did but I try not to think like that. Automobiles are not my area of expertise so although I think it was expensive to get the work done, it had to be done and they made it a seamless process for me. I called on a Friday re: brake, rotor, caliper issues and they got me scheduled right away Monday morning. I live and work out of my vehicle so repairs can always be a bit challenging to navigate but they were incredibly accommodating in that aspect. They allowed me to stay on the property Monday night while they waited for more parts to arrive on Tuesday. All in all, I would recommend them for service and I would go back. read more

If I could give more stars I would! Even at the time of my estimate, they were very descriptive on what they would have to do to fix my forester. I dropped it off on a Sunday night expecting it to be done on that following Tuesday. I was given a call on Monday saying it was already done. They did an excellent job to this car and a previous outback that we took to them a little over a year ago. EXCELLENT customer service and keeping me informed and updated. Got my car back from them today after them having it for a month. They left my convertible outside w no top on it and it was filthy. Have paint chips on my trunk that we're not there before. Scratch in one of my windows. The hood is not on correctly and not lined up. So disappointed. read more

First of all the owner and the girl that work at desk are a joke . How are you in business. Rude ass girl . Finally letting this out now after a month they fixed what they needed to . John said he would do touch up my front bumper . But when it came time to bring it in my girlfriend asked him about it . His words was I don't remember saying that and that he didn't recognize my car . When my girl told me that I called him right away. Asked him why the change . He said he needed to bill insurance or me ... That pissed me off . Then next day I get told that my insurance didn't wanna cash me out because the girl at front desk told them that all we wanted was the money..?!WTF. So what . And what gets me is that it went from 2400 to 32 something. I can't cash out but you can charge my my insurance more . And this was for a back bumper on a 2015 is F Lexus . I had had some insurance work done through Victory Lane a few months ago after an accident with my wife's Jeep. It was done quickly and professionally with no hassles. When I had mechanical difficulties with it this month, Victory Lane was the first place that I thought of. Throughout our recent repairs, John provided us with updates and was never too busy to let us know what was going on. When one of the parts that was put in ended up being defective, he got a replacement and put it in on his own time in order to get our car back to us as soon as possible. Generally when working with auto repair businesses, I feel like I am only an invoice to them and am treated accordingly. Not with Victory Lane! I brought a trunk lid in for these guys to paint. Most of the places I went to didn't even want to talk to me because the job was so small. The guys at Victory Lane took interest and treated my small job with the same respect I assume they treat every job. The turnaround time on the part was lighting fast and the paint job was flawless. I hit a deer in 2010 and had the damage repaired at Victory Lane. Several years later, places on the hood had started to crack and peel. I took my pickup and a copy of the original insurance estimate (State Farm) to John at Victory Lane and asked him if he would share the cost of strip and repaint. This was a 10 year old warranty issue, but he said that it looked like their fault and that they would cover the total cost; which they did. Awesome service! Called to make an appointment to have a broken alternator belt and the possibility of other problems fixed. I was able to drop the car off same day instead of needing to make an appointment for a later date like most auto repair shops. We had a big problem with our 2012 black Tahoe it got the paint burned by car toys who decided to wax it with the wrong product so John at victory lane and at the time Stacy did a lot to try and help us to fix the problem But with lots of false promises we would call and they would say our Tahoe was going to be done within 24 hours which a lot of times would turn to another week or 2 it was a 3 month process it was all going well until the end when warranty was still on the Tahoe for a part in the back it was not put on correctly after the paint job so we went to see John and he told us it was not under warranty when it was. So we called him to show him it was not attach correctly we went in to have him fix it he said he ordered a part so we call to have the part put on in he said it was no longer under warranty and he told us on the phone we will beginning to piss him off which was so unprofessional we were nothing but kind to John I give them a one star because of the way we were treated it was very unkind and unnecessary we were lied to about them ordering a part they never ordered I do not recommend them they take forever to fix your car and in the end when it should be under warranty and we were told it was it was not under warranty and there are few parts on the Tahoe that after being taken apart never were put on correctly. read more

The holidays were approaching so I was anxious to find a local place that could do the work before everything shut down. Victory Lane was not only happy to help on short notice but they also offered insight over the phone over what might have gone wrong as well a quote within a few minutes. After I dropped off my car there that evening, the place in LA that had done the work offered to send a Washington-area technician out for free to fix the issue. I called Victory Lane to see if they would mind having the other technician on the property to save me the trouble of having to arrange to move the car to somewhere else. They were so accommodating and even called me after the other technician left to let me know that I was clear to pick up my car. I was so grateful for their flexibility and willingness to assist me in a pinch.
