Wonderful people, Transparency of full costs is a little shifty however. Was told 6/22/26 that the FLAT TOTAL RATE of the TOWING on a Sunday after hours would be a 450$ fee for a 1.4 mile tow charge including storage fees. The very next morning I called back and was told that the full payment would be 750$ due to "labor" charges that were not brought to my attention even after asking multiple times about hidden fees and surprise charges. These are very professional people who were able to explain to me the undisclosed costs. But if you are going through this company I would highly suggest you PUSH for every SINGLE fee and the out front price they are trying to charge you or they are going to push that extra couple hundred onto you the day you are ready to do something with your vehicle. read more

Came to tow me at 12:30AM on Sunday after an accident. They towed my car sideways out of a field left side 15 northbound after my tire blew. Horrible sounds came from my car as he did this. He got me onto the shoulder in the left lane, 70 mph zone, unhooked me and said his job was done and he had another tow, sorry! Supervisor said the same thing when he called ME looking for him! My roadside assistance covers only 1 tow service in a day 2 per year. I had to pay almost $300 for a tow home from a wonderful company. The horrible noise I heard was my tie rod bending as well as other important things in my suspension. I'm filing in small claims court. If you had stranded one of my kids like this with nobody to call just waiting for someone to blow into them doing 90 in a poorly lit area on a curve and they had to also make the decision between paying rent or their safety this would be a far worse situation for you. read more

I was riding by on my bike today it was pretty hot but I had to make it to Portland. Unfortunately I got a flat tire on my bicycle and had to walk for a while, you could believe I was felling blessed when I seen your shop. The too young men that were helping me were perfect examples of what humanity should act like the other jentalman and you all know who you are there's no reason to say names. Had a lockout with the keys stuck in the trunk with no access to the rear right before my flight. Roadside assitance sent a locksmith and he couldn't get the trunk open. Roadside then sent Garza and he went through every possible way to get my trunk open and eventually was able to help me get the key out of the back. He was quick with it and helped me make the last flight out! read more

This company suppose to tow me estimated time 2:10-2:40 they didn't arrive at all it is 2:50 already . my bf called them for me to see where they're at he was told it will be 2 more hours cause the person who is coming is from somewhere and they hung up on him for being called out and won't pick up the call. 0 communication at all. Once they arrived, the two gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. They quickly loaded up my car and secured it to their truck. They offered to drive me home, but I explained I had a ride coming. I told them to go ahead and leave--my ride would be there soon. They refused to leave me alone and stayed with me until I was safely picked up. They were friendly, respectful, and very kind. They dropped off my car, filled out the paperwork in order to drop my key into the overnight box, and assured me my car would be fine. UPDATE: We had the car fixed by the dealership after our horrible experience and the dealership said there were metal shavings in the engine oil. Garza Auto Repair was careless and reckless and caused the car we spent hundreds of dollars(cash) on, to be unsafe to drive. I would not be surprised if they put the metal shavings in there intentionally, so that we would have to keep bringing our car back to them. Manipulative and disgusting. We've used them once before a few years ago and were happy with the service, but something must have changed with who they've hired now or their basic morality and empathy is just gone. They were not forthcoming about our van repairs, lied about how long it would take, never followed up within the timeframe they say they would, didn't seem to know what to look for when diagnosing the vehicle, straight up lied about how it drove. Ultimately, their lack of information left my 60 year old mom stranded in a car that wouldn't go over 49 miles an hour and jolted her backwards every time she took her foot off the gas. The next day when I called to find out if they could fix what they messed up, I was lied to about what was said to my mom. They told her the vehicle would be fine on a 1,000 mile drive when really it couldn't even go on the highway without putting my mom's life in danger. I would never ever bring another vehicle to them. They don't check for recalls until they keep your car for longer than they said and whatever they tinker with makes it worse. They'll tell you about codes and what your car says but unless you know exactly what they're talking about in detail (most people who take their car to a mechanic don't), they'll lie and say they mentioned it. Their practices are unsafe and they offered no resolution. I asked for a refund on some of the labor because their labor put my mother's life in danger and I was told I would be called back within 30 minutes. 2 hours later I got a call back and it was too late by then. I'm sure that was by design. We trusted them and they destroyed that. We'll never use them again. read more

The owner himself came and provided a tow, tried to find a tire place that was open (however none were), then towed my little truck to my home, which was a fair distance across town. I had an O2 sensor that I took to honest 1 auto care and they kept my car for 5 days charged me over $900. A month later my car is starting to over heat and I took it to Garza and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue. They said my fan was never plugged back in. And I was relieved that it wasnt my water pump! They charged me $211 about to diagnose which they said it was $55 to find out the issue. So I was upset that they charged me that much to plug my fan back in. read more
