I'm so sorry my daughter bought my gift from A&M. She bought it with cash and with a gift receipt so I could return it if I wasn't happy. However without the original receipt they will only give you a gift card EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE GIFT RECEIPT and I even had the original tags and bags it came. When I asked if this was the best they could do they only had a policy without genuine customer care. I will never use the $100 gift card. What a waste! read more

I have a ton of clothes that I love from here. I'm not really a fan of some of the crazy patterned stuff, but their basic shirts, skirts and cardigans are grat. The quality is kind of inconsistent. Sometimes things last many washings, sometimes they start to look dingy and worn quickly. You can even buy the same shirt in two different colors and they can fit and last totally differently. If it wasn't so cheap I'd detract a star for this but I know you generally get what you pay for, and they do last longer than clothes from places like Target while being the same price. So I'm a fan. read more

Wow, since H&M is a mass chain in CA it came as a surprise to me that this is one of the newer H&M's built in AZ-this location being the only one in Southern Arizona & 2 being in Scottsdale. It seems none of the H&M locations get the benefit of the designer collaboration collections though... SAD FACE. Of all three of the locations, i find the most pieces at this location. This one being housed in one of their older malls, it has a nice modern layout with a full clear glass window on the second story of the mall which is where the ladies section is. Of course the clothing is schematic by type of wear like most H&M's but this one is separated by walls & a square walkway with enough breathing space to shop even when its packed. I found a dress i decided against due to a minor tear in the fabric, which the employee brought to my attention she would bring it down a percentage if i decided on it. Nice. Still i managed with a few items sans the 'shoppers guilt'-H&M is cheap & chic...which i can appreciate. The only thing is hunting down those shoes that I'd see on display-they seem to be hidden in multiple display crevices here. Other than that, if I'm doing H&M in AZ its at this location. read more

I have been shopping at the store at the Tucson mall since they opened. I love the clothing well made and good prices. My family and friends know I love to buy there in style clothing because I always tell them I bought my outfit there when they give me a compliment. So it was no surprise my boyfriend and my secret Santa bought me h&m gift cards. I held on to them till the right moment which was 1/27 buy one get one free sale! I went as soon as I got off of work spent 2 hrs strategically got 8 items that were on my budget. Some items were missing tags and On the sales rack so before I decided what was going to fit my budget I ask the prices. Everything was perfect till I wanted to pay with my gift cards. The gift card was down explained the rep. I ask him to hold he items he said he would and to call before I came in to make sure I didn't go back and the gift card thing would be down. I called Saturday and it was still down Sunday up and running! I ran down to the store excited about my stuff. I went in ask for my items and the guy started to ring me up. The prices were ringing up not on sale I stop the guy who was ringing me up and questioned the prices. He called a manager she came over and he asked about the item without a tag without looking up the price she said " the item had been put in the wrong spot and she wont give me the price the previous rep told me". I looked at her in shock if I was able to use my gift card on Friday I would have gotten the items at the price he initially told me. I saw the reyp on Friday look them up on the computer how could he told me the wrong price. I told her I would just go to the other store in tears and she told me thank you have a good day sarcastically :( I told her your not welcome... I will never go back to that store after spending so much time and money and to have left so upset. I ended up at the store at park place they didn't have all my items but the ones I did have were on sale! The cashier was very nice at the park place one of the items I got was hiding underneath another and she thought I only got an odd number and recommended me getting another item. I showed I had the right amount to take advantage of the sale. I thanked her for being so helpful. I realized that some stores just have better customer service then others. H&M at the Tucson mall customer service is almost non existing example: for my birthday I wanted to get an outfit my arms were filled with clothes and instead of being offered a store shop bag I had to ask the cashier if they had anything I could use. I got really sick from being in the store so long and it being so hot in the store( my b-day is in may). I could eat my bday dinner because I was so nauseated. read more

Cute accessories for very reasonable prices. Ladies bigger than size 12 will not find any clothing for them in the store but the accessories are worth a browse. The sales associates weren't overly friendly or helpful but when asked a question they are pretty happy to be helpful. read more

The sales clerk, Aaliyah, is incredibly rude and complacent. I am one of 2 customers who walked out without buying anything because she was so unfriendly. There was no one else in the store, yet she acted like having customers was a huge imposition. To be clear, this teenager is a sales clerk at H&M in a mall in Tucson. What's with the attitude? Even salespeople at Saks and Bergdorfs are better-mannered. read more

Went shopping with my niece she was trying to look for The Weeknd Icon clothing . & the jacket that she wanted wasn't available. So she asked if she could take the one on the mannequin. He said no which I understand. He saw me with an XO hat and thought it was for me , turns and looks at me and says "Are you aware that it's a medium ?" It was a guy with a beard. I don't give a fuck if you slim or over weight you don't SAY THAT to anyone. He pissed me off. And when I said "Oh it's not for me" he was like I can call the mall at Phoenix to see if they have anything they can send over here. read more

H & M happens to be one of my favorite stores. However, the one located at the Tucson Mall is in desperate need of a good customer service training. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, no eye contact, no greeting, and if you need help, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. I have been in several times and have always been ignored. I was in last week and was helped by a sales clerk that never once smiled or even greeted me. When I needed to do a simple return the manager showed up and I understood why the cashier looked like he did. He offered me the same poor customer service. My advice to this store? Smile and maybe offer a friendly hello, or a simple thank you when someone spends their money at your store. read more

Employees are nice and not pushy at all. Selection is nice. My only complaint is that it is ALWAYS FREEZING in there!!! Be prepared to wear a full winter coat as you look around. I'm always too cold to even want to try things on in the dressing room! read more
