I ordered a $4500 Loop-Loc safety cover from one their approved pool company distributors and had it installed by the pool company according to Loop-Loc guidelines. Supposedly Loop Loc has the toughest safety cover in the industry. This was installed in November 2025. By January I began to see tears (not punctures) along the pool edges where the concrete coping is located. The tears run with the coping lines and are nowhere else. My pool company that installed came out and took pictures and sent in to Loop Loc for warranty coverage. Loop loc never sent out a rep to look at the issue and never contacted me the consumer. In fact Loop Loc as policy refuses to talk with me and will ONLY discuss with the pool company. Loop Loc never sent out a rep to verify the issue either. But because there was a dog in one of the pictures (not on the safety cover) Loop loc decided that the damage was caused by the dog and denied the claim. This is absolutely ridiculous. My dog is terrified of the pool and rarely even comes close to the cover so this claim has no merit. Even though Loop Loc claims that a baby elephant can be supported by their safety cover it will falter if a 40 pound dog is in the picture? Just be warned if you have ANY issues with a Loop Loc cover you better hope your pool company doesn't go out of business because they won't talk to you. Purchased a 10.5 grand Loop Loc liner a year ago and spent $4500 on this piece of crap cover in November. Never Loop Loc again! Yes, I did file with the BBB. read more

All, Take a second look when you are looking to purchase a LoopLoc cover. they were a good company but now they do not honor their warranties and you get better deals on other manufacturers. Poor response and the cost is all back to you! read more

Not an honest company. Their "20 year warranty" is all marketing and zero reality. My liner split less than 8 years after we had it installed, which Loop-Loc Director of Sales Jeff Duke supervised in person. Before even sending him a close up photo of the issue, Jeff said "the UV and chemicals have probably caused the material to become brittle," so I had an idea how this "warranty claim" would go after then sending him that photo. I pointed out that the parts of the liner with more sun exposure and tension had not split. I was then sent a claim denied e-mail with no name attached to it that cited their warranty as covering "seam weld separation and defects in workmanship." I'm not sure what you would call an area that splits under normal use other than a "defect in workmanship." It's also important to point out that if your pool gets sun/UV (all pools do unless indoor with no windows), or has chemicals of any kind in it (all pools do), then they use that as cause to completely deny your claim. And they are the sole decider of the denial. It also appears that this is an ongoing issue with many people reporting the same "warranty service" when their Loop-Loc product fails. I will never put another Loop-Loc liner in my pool and will definitely spread the word. read more

If you're considering a Loop-Loc "Luxury" liner look elsewhere! We had our liner replaced 4 years ago (it supposably had a 25 year warranty) costing $3,647. This summer the liner has holes throughout one side right down to the waterline. When reaching out to the manufacturer, Loop-Loc, I was told I had to go to the installer and they would have to contact them. I was not allowed to submit pictures or speak to anyone from Loop Loc directly. Today, July 24th, 2019 I received a quote for a new liner for $3,716. No one came out to look at the liner, nothing was mentioned about the 25 YEAR warranty. All that we received was a phone call from the installer that said they spoke to Loop Loc and there was no acknowledgment of the warranty and that we would have to take out the liner and send it to them for review. LOL! The pool is 30,000 gallons. You've got to be kidding! read more

BEWARE of this company! You MUST order their product from a dealer/installer. We did this and have had a complete nightmare experience! Our dealer/installer destroyed our deck and pool wall with rusting hardware, holes that were abandoned, and hardware that literally just pulls out of the wall and ground. Our cover has NEVER fit properly because of this. When we contacted Loop Loc about our $5,000+ mistake we were told that it isn't their problem. They will not back up any problems with their dealers/installers. We were basically told to have the same idiot come out to "repair" his mistakes, but we decided we were better off cutting our losses. So now here we are with an outrageously expensive cover that we can never use and Loop Loc washes their hands of it all... NICE customer service Loop Loc! Very disappointing. If you REQUIRE people to purchase from one of your "quality" dealers, then you need to be willing to take responsibility for them! FYI, pictures were sent documenting our situation.
