Mike & Robert were on point. Once a appointment was made, they arrived on time & the service was dead on. They power vac & scrubbed my pool till it was perfect. Since my friend is very meticulous about workmanship, I felt confident in contacting them. When I worked with Tom the owner to arrange for the job he was very friendly, helpful and professional. When I pointed to some imperfections on other parts of my 30 year old pool like the steps and skimmers, he did not try to take advantage of the situation and sell me things I didn't need, instead suggesting that if they were working fine, there was no need to replace them. When it came time to do the work last fall, Gunnar and his team were very professional and performed the replacement without any surprises. They also replaced the sand in my filter and opened the pool this year. I strongly recommend TC Pools and their team for pool construction and repair.
