Different store but same chain and owner. Son took car to get car washed on 6/26/24. Car wash tore off driver side mirror so he filled out a claim form. Talked to manager who said all she could do was send the form to corporate and she couldn't do anything more than that. She couldn't provide a working number and the form said to talk to the store manager...... Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail. This is a nice place to stop by and pick up some treats while going on a road trip. This is exactly what we did recently. It is clean, well stocked, and conveniently located right off the freeway. They also had the set up for fresh food, which was likely temporarily unavailable due to Covid. What was odd was how the cashier treated me. First, he seemed to freak out the moment he saw me walk in. Maybe it was my creepy black mask as I still think we all walk around looking like bank robbers due to this pandemic. Anyway, I proceeded to ignore him and grabbed my soda then patiently waited in line for my turn to pay for it and hit the road. I think I was being totally normal and not suspicious at all. Then when I went to pay for the soda the cashier told me that it was $2.34. Since I was on the road for three days in a row and was so tired, I did not realize that I handed him only two dollars. I was patiently waiting for him to give me my change and he was patiently waiting for me to give him the extra money to finish paying for the soda. He repeated it's $2.34, and then my brain finally turned on and I took out an extra dollar. By the time I gave him an extra dollar, he had completed the transaction with only the two dollars. So of course I felt bad because I'm not trying to rip anyone off, so I left the extra dollar on the counter and asked him to use it towards someone else's purchase., I'm still wondering if this person thought that I was just a complete freak or if he thought I was someone dangerous. ‍ I didn't realize I look so much like a thug that I can get stuff on discount, especially in the South Bay! I still think they deserve five stars hence the top notch rating. I'm just hopeful that by writing this here, the cashier will read what I have to say and realize that we can't judge people by their appearance. The end! read more

Do not come to this loop for gas or a car wash highly unprofessional. Worst service I have received in my 25 years of life. I came into this loop car wash like I have since this loop opened. Since the car wash is fairly new I trusted them. I came in to get a car wash on the weekend as usual and when I came in I stationed my car in the car wash until the light turned green indicating that I was in the right position. When the car wash started and the brushes from the machine approached my car, the left blade didn't open up and got stuck and cut right through my drivers rear view mirror. When I came inside the store to talk to a supervisor or manager there was none. The employees that were working that day explained to me that I was the 6th person that has happened too that day. I was furious and asked why they hadn't told me that it was broken. They explained to me that the mechanic had just came to service that car wash and that it was working fine. I left angry and drove home with a rear view mirror dangling from my car. The next day I came back to speak to a manager she said they weren't responsible for the damages and I explained that they should be held accountable due to me being the 6th victim that day and them not closing the car wash. the manager gave me a number to the headquarters which I called and turned out to be a fake number. She also told me that someone would be in contact with me. It's been 2 months no contact has been made. I am telling all my friends and family to not come to this loop due to the unprofessional employees and customer service. read more

I love Loop car washes. Everytime I go to visit my daughter, I take her car there to get washed. For $11, it takes off most of the dirt and crud from the car. It is so easy to drive up to the entry way, put in your credit card and pull forward. I sit in the car as the squidlike "brushes" sway back and forth over the car...it's funny because the washer moves back and forth and it feels like the car is moving, After the washing and rinsing, they have you pull forward and a big blower blows the water off of the car. It's not perfect, but it sure does a great job! read more

Good car wash, the card reader doesn't work so you have to pay inside and select which wash you want. Since you have to go inside they give you a few mins for the vacuum for free with the same code from the receipt for the wash. read more

I love Loop! As soon as I walked in and saw they sell Alba sunblock, a really good brand of sunblock, I was pretty amazed. This is a nice 24/7 convenience store compared to a 711. Inside looks all fancy shmancy and there is even froyo!! Would recommend others to check it out :) read more

This place is great for gas and quick snack. Froyo is decent and I'm weary of trying the prepared food. There's a homeless man that randomly yells into the sky and attack whatever sign is out there(kind of funny). Oddly enough he's nice to people, he'll just ask for some change in a calm manner, wait like 30 seconds for you to walk away and continues his self-funded war on parking signs and any form letter to paper advertisement while showing you how loud he can yell. read more

This gas station has such great customer service! I was greeted as soon i entered, needed to use their bathroom since i was on a road trip to San Diego and passed through San Jose traveling south. The restroom and the store was very clean, the staff was very nice! Got a fresh cup of coffee, found out about the free loop rewards program and loved it! Signed up to earn those rewards! read more

This is a nice new gas station in the neighborhood thats the only reason i gave this place one star... I figured it was about time i washed my car so i wanted to try out the new carwash when i paid there was already a car in the carwash so i waited till they were through and waited for the light to flash green. I waited for about 5 minutes and i decided to go inside to complain. I told the manager what was going on and he told me to line up again and it'll work so i did but it never turned on. I personally think a customer shouldnt have to go through the same problem more than once so the second time i went back in to complain the manager i had spoke to the first time wasnt there anymore which leads me to believe they forgot about me. Great convenience store and the car wash actually cleans your car! There may be a long line on weekends to get your car cleaned but that is bc it's so popular and does a great job with cleaning. If you don't want to wait or are impatient, go on a weekday like I do! read more
