This review is a bit overdue, but a recent bad car wash reminded me of my experience here. I've visited Eco Express Shine Auto Detail twice, and thankfully, never again. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On my second visit, I was charged $15 instead of the advertised $10.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Before paying the inflated fee, I asked twice for my car to be thoroughly dried. The cashier (the man who took my payment) said yes both times that my car would be fully dried. It was not. When I began drying it myself with my own microfiber towels, the workers, including the cashier, laughed at me and watched. Later, the cashier said that customers aren't allowed to dry their own cars, which would've been fine had they done what he said they would. Twice! When I reminded him that I had asked twice, been told both times that they would fully dry my car, paid the inflated fee, and the job still wasn't done, rather than apologizing or making it right, I was badgered to leave. To top it off, the cashier took photos of me and my vehicle without my consent. I don't leave negative reviews lightly. I was polite, I paid, and I clearly communicated. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I went yesterday and my car looks like they didn't even bother washing it. These are pictures from right after the wash. A gas station car wash would've done a better job. They have you stay in your car during the wash and then knock on your door to pay. I think they do that so you don't notice they only pretended to wash the car. read more

I wanted to know the price for an inside and outside wash and before I could even get out of the car they started wetting and putting soap on my car. When I asked the price they said just do it the car is already wet and I again pushed for a price. The price was fair so I said ok and had me get back in the car. What upset me is they used a power washer to wash the car and kept getting very close and it made me very nervous. When I got out I could see a ton of new scratches that were not previously there. When I told the worker these were not there before he said it would be 100-200 to fix. I tried to explain that it was the power washer and ask to next time be careful be cause I was a bit upset and he just kept saying the car isn't new and it's my fault. We have some prior scratches but these were new and are all over the car. I would have been content with an empathetic response and apology but jumping straight to telling me it was my fault and I don't take good care of my car made me quite upset. Been seeing the signs for a hand car wash here for $6 and then $8 post-pandemic inflation hike. Found it too incredible but decided this weekend to give it a shot cos my baby had a lot of rain dirt and brake dust. So yeah it's not 100% hand wash because there's a guy with a big broom brush to get the grime off. But the other guys all had regular cloths. What's impressive is they all pounce on the car and literally in a couple minutes they are done and you're off to the drying bay where another bunch of guys with lots of cloths pounce on it super quick. We opted for the Full Wash ($25) for the interior vacuum and wipe down. Once again -- you got it -- a bunch of guys pounce and done super quick. So yeah it's not immaculately spotless but for those prices it's an incredible value and it's done quicker than I've ever experienced at any car wash! Beats the auto ones any day, you know the ones which break your side mirrors with their humongous brushes! read more

One star less because they're washing cars after cars with little downtime, so the towels aren't super dry so depending on how busy they are, you may have water marks still. They scrub it down with barely any soap and when you tell them half the dirt isn't gone they try to charge you more, I initially wanted a more expensive car wash but it seems that they just want quick $10 car washes because it's so efficient since they don't use soap so if you want a cheap car wash with no soap and a job not even done feel free to come here paint scratches included. read more

They will miss some spots and do not vacuum the middle of your car, and spoked wheels will be dirty in between spokes. But for the price and fact that it's a hand wash I would return. It's about as good as taking your car through a gas station automatic car wash, which is sad because if they just spent a few more minutes cleaning obvious dirt, I think their service would be perfect. I've been there twice and both times I was underwhelmed. I suppose if you want something fast, this is for you. But so is an automatic car wash. Found my new car wash place! I was in and out in approximately 8 minutes. $15 for an exterior wash only for my large SUV. Didn't even have to leave the comfort of my car. The man came to my door to ask if I wanted inside cleaning as well but I told him no. Paid the man cash when they were done and was on my way. My car had a lot of writing on the windows from my son's graduation celebration announcements and they quickly were able to wipe it all off. They did a great job! I will come back here for sure and will also be bringing my husband's truck for a wash. read more

Service was very fast but they pretty much missed everything inside, they did not wipe down all of my windows, vacum was done very poor, lots of dust on my dashboard, outside was done poor as well in all sides. I had to wipe down everything they missed. If you want to get a car wash in less than 10mins inside and out this is the place. They must have finished washing my car (inside and out) in under 5 minutes. I paid $25 including tip. Amazing! No, but it was SO much better than it was before. My backseat survived both my kids and my spilled paper shredder. I also hadn't washed the outside in forever because of all the ash. I got there at 4:35 and they were finished in less than fifteen minutes.
