We had originally gone to another pizza joint but it was really busy. We landed this place through Google search and it did not disappoint. The service was quick. They have a big selection of beers. We sat outside in their patio, it was a very nice day. Their patio is dog friendly and they had two musicians playing music. We enjoyed our pizza! It was crispy and cheesy. The bartender/server was wonderful. The beer was nice and cold with a great variety. The pizza was delicious The caprese salad was awesome and plenty to share. The pretzel was big and delicious! Stopped in for drinks with friends after having dinner nearby. Service was super friendly and accommodating. Located in a strip mall with a decent amount of parking. Our group of 8 adults were pretty squished sitting at the high top table, so the bartender put 4 tables together for us without us having to ask. So nice! The inside is pretty small overall. There's a large wraparound bar with plenty of seating. They have a couple tall 2-top tables, a couple tall 8-top tables, and about 6-8 regular size 4-top tables. They are all spaced fairly close together. The establishment was clean. It gets pretty loud when at about half capacity. They have a few large flat-screen televisions, and a super cool Metallica pinball machine. We will definitely return to try some of their food options. Their beer was liked by all. read more

Came here for lunch with the family and got a variety of things off of the menu to try out. Everything that we had gotten was tasty. Caesar salad is huge, it's a fork and knife salad. Pizza was good, I was a fan of the smoked pork on it. Grilled cheese was cheesy and good with the soup. The croquettes were a fun way to eat chicken pot pie, the mashed potatoes and gravy were a nice touch with it. Nothing disappointed. Service was good, bartender was friendly. Food came out fairly quick which is a plus! Indoor/ outdoor seating. Family and dog friendly. read more

lol wits makes some truely yummy beer. This place also serves decent food. Usually you can find a good pairing of food and beer at one place. The outdoor seating is spacious and dogs are allowed out doors. The service was great and prompt. I'll be coming back again. read more

I'm not sure if I just happen to show up on "off" nights but the 2 times I've visited Ole's Outpost, I left feeling underwhelmed particularly by the service (or lack thereof). My first visit was in October, we were there to participate in Dine the Couve; the food was pretty good, the beer was ok, but my partner & I felt pretty invisible. It took a long time to get any attention and we were seated at the bar, with the bartender in view for a good bit of the time. We came back again in February, stopped in to have a beer and we were again faced with the non-existent service. The bartender seemed to be preoccupied with other people at the bar, same scenario as last time. There were only a few other people in the bar so I'm not sure why we were left out :( we tip well, we are fun, friendly, easy going ladies. We won't be returning or recommending people here. read more

Always love finding a dog friendly location. They have an oversized dog friendly oasis. Bark chip floor, covered area to protect from the elements and even beautiful flowers. Expects plenty of fur babies. Excellent beer selection. Husband even bought extra to enjoy later. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Food for me is what bummed me out. We ordered pizza and garlic bread. Crust was uninspirational, sauce was chunky (not my jam) and cheese was cheddar and unmelted Parmesan all very strange choices for a pizza. I like gooey cheesy goodness and this wasn't it for me. I'd come again and try their sandwiches. I don't drink so often judging tap houses and breweries on their food. For me this place is 4-5 stars on ambiance and beers and 2 star on food. read more

Worst pub food ever. Hubs got grilled cheese with tomato soup. After a lonnnngggg wait -- Bread was toasted and cheese was cold and congealed. Soup was more of a dipping size and stone cold. I ordered the chicken croquettes which weren't bad but nothing to brag about. I originally asked for a cup of the tomato soup and was told they couldn't ring that up without the cheese sandwich. Bartender came back later and said I could get it so for an additional $6.50, so I added it to my order. My soup (delivered with my croquettes) was stone cold. Barkeep took both soups back to the kitchen and after about 10 minutes brought them back hot but -- just blech-- not good tomato soup. I left it on the table after a couple of tastes. Canned tomato soup would have been better. We were the only two in here eating any food. Barkeep was apologetic. Cook acted like she was annoyed or p*ssed off the whole time we were here. Can't believe this place has a single good review for their food. We won't bother coming back. read more

Having only been to this new location once, I'll stick to 4-stars for now. We're big fans of Loowit's beers, food and the staff at their downtown Vancouver, WA and we recently visited this new location for them. It's quite large inside, with bar seating, high tops, and some regular tables, and they have a big patio outside as well (but it was cold & rainy when we visited, so we stayed warm inside). For decor and overall atmosphere we prefer their other location, but this place is quite good and has a lot of potential as they settle in. The beertender was great! (Loowit is great at always hiring fantastic people!) They have a large variety of their beers on tap along with some cider, wine, etc. And the food menu at this location is different and everything sounds delicious (both locations have great food, and it's nice for variety to have a different menu at each). The Hubs had the Turkey Dip and I had the Cubano sammie, both of which were generously portioned and delicious. The sandwiches don't come with a side though, and for the price it would be nice if you got some potato chips, but like I said the size of the sandwiches are a decent size. We also tried their Brie-Stuffed Apricots wrapped in bacon, and while they were very super yummy, they are quite tiny and you get 6 for $10. I'd have liked to get 8 of those little pops of delish for that price, but understand food prices are up at all restaurants and they're a small independent business trying to remain profitable during challenging times. Happy to have another Loowit in town and look forward to visiting them more in the future! read more

Came in on a Sunday to check the place out with my wife, we were greeted with a smiling face and great service. They have a broad selection of beers on tap as well as some grab and go beers in the cooler. We tried the campfire crust appetizer and loved the romesco dipping sauce. The music and energy of the place made for a perfect atmosphere. read more

We discovered this place during Dine the Couve and it's been a regular spot since. The service is always great, food comes out quickly and is always amazing. They recently changed the menu, I'm a huge fan of seasonal menus. I can't get enough of the boiled peanuts and tried the Cottage Pie Empanadas and they had me doing a little happy dance in my seat, I've never had anything like them. Can't wait to eat through this new menu and see what comes next. Unfortunately I've developed a bit of an allergy to beer but they have a seltzer and ciders on tap, something for everyone! There's also a pinball machine and some games if you want to bring kids, very family friendly. read more
