Lopez auto glass hooked me up with a windshield last summer, and guess what? During the winter, I had this annoying leak. I thought it was the windshield....But you know what's amazing? I went back to them, and they were so cool about it. They told me that all I needed was to flush out the sunroof pockets where the water was getting trapped, the dealers don't tell us about this, and it can become a problem for a body shop . They tried to help me out by flushing them, and so far, so good! Now, my ride is back to normal. I had just purchased my used Jeep Wangler in Sonoma. immediately getting on US101 in Santa Rosa on New Year's Eve, a rock hit the windshield. I then noted a small star crack believing that crack was caused by the rock. I was heading north so I stopped in at Lopez Auto Glass. It was 2:30 pm and they were closing at 3:00 pm. The owner looked at the crack and said it could not be repaired. He further said if he drilled out the center of the crack it would destroy the window. I am of the belief he was closing in a half hour and didn't want to epoxy the crack. I pleaded with him. No dice. So when I got home I went to an auto glass shop I can trust. One of their youngest employees looked closely at the crack and in less than a minute said he suspected the crack has already been epoxied. He took out his pocket knife and gently scraped the center hole confirming it had already been repaired. So the owner of Lopez Auto Glass stated he could not fix a star crack that had already been fixed. i recommend you take your business to another auto glass business in Ukiah. read more

Took my car in to get my front windshield replaced on 08-09-22 and when I picked up my car the airbag light was turned on and hasn't came off. I'm not sure what was done to my car for the airbag light to come on. Called and got no help resolving the issue! read more

They quoted me a fair price and knocked out the job in an hour...increadibly fast! He even took it on himself to try to diagnose a lead I had to make sure it wasn't the windshield or door seals, which was really appreciated. Miguel is super friendly, takes pride in his business and stands by his work. My first glass replacement I had done at his shop on my previous car was easy. My second one was not. The manufacturer had produced 2 defective windshields that unfortunately could not be detected by myself until after installing. Miguel went out of his way to take care of me and ensured that I ended up with a perfect replacement. This is a rare and unfortunate case, of a defective product, that was not the owners fault. So I have just left my home 60 miles from this business on a long road trip. I am 10 miles from this business and an apposing truck slings a rock my way and puts a bulls eye chip with a runner or two in my windshield. Dang, new truck. So I find Lopez glass on the internet and gave him a try. Friendly lady at the counter comes out and thinks they can handle it. Short time later the owner comes out and agrees. While working on another car he balanced the two of us. Start to finish maybe 30 minutes and we were on our way. Friendly guy and handled our issue very efficiently. Highly recommend! read more

This place is great! I drove up with a small pebble crack in my windshield. I didn't have an appointment. He said he was really busy but when he looked at it and heard that I lived in Hopland he said he couldn't let me drive with it like that. He immediately took it over and had the guys set up the repair. 20 or so minutes later, they were finished! He only charged me $40! read more

This place is the best. We pulled in with a rock chip and it was fixed in 20 minutes for only $35. The service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. The windsheild was pitted from many miles and he gave us reasonable prices on replacement with manufacturers/aftermarket prices. No pressure, just happy to help when we were ready to replace it.
