Initially, they didn't have any immediate openings, and I was worried I'd be dealing with the issue all weekend. However, Patty promised to call me if a spot opened up. Just as we were losing hope, she called back to say they could fit us in that afternoon! ​Their pricing was actually one of the most affordable of the 5 or 6 companies we contacted. Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough.
