After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again.

The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do.

They have to be the single most amazing autobody shop…read more Someone hit my car when I was parked on the street, and my front bumper was about 1/3 disconnected from my car. Ultrashine arranged for a tow truck to come pick up my car, called me when the car got there, and continued to contact me every step of the way. My car was ready in just a week--the last time I was in an accident, it took the autobody shop almost 3 weeks to fix a dent in my back bumper. My front bumper looks spotless, and they also cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car! The office staff are so polite and helpful. Phone calls and emails were always answered in minutes. I've seriously never expected such amazing customer service. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!

I received my car back and it was incredibly dirty on the inside. It appeared as if they sanded with the door open and didn't put plastic down. My car was cleaned the day before it went in for work so it's even more frustrating. Another issue my car had an intense paint smell on the inside for about three days that was unbearable. Any professional and reputable business that received a car cleaned wouldn't send it back dirty. I called the Autobody shop to bring it to their attention and give them a chance to make things right and the girl that answered the phone couldn't care less. She put me on hold a few times and said sorry for the inconvenience. She didn't deny they sanded with my door open and didn't put plastic down and I said how could you give a car back looking like that when it wasn't sent to you that way. She didn't care and said someone would call me back. It's been 15 days no one called. I didn't think they would. Don't trust them with your car!

joe's is the only place i will ever bring my car for any body work my car, period…read more joe's auto body is a small shop but i can't say enough about the quality of the work that was done, as well the ease of communication. joe took care of all of the insurance paperwork. when the insurance appraiser came, they wanted to do almost nothing to fix my car (a 2009 subaru outback that had a minor fender bender), joe was able to get them to adjust their pitifully low estimate and all of the work that needed to be done was done. i didn't have to deal with the insurance at all once i dropped my car off, and i appreciated that the car was done on time. i really like that joe's auto body is a local "mom n' pop" business and i know that when i get work done here, i am putting money back into the local community that i live in rather than some shithole like maaco where they do mediocre/poor work. the other thing i really really loved about joe's was how CLEAN it was. it's not another grossy greasy garage. when you walk in you can see his shop and you can tell right away how clean and organized he is by the way he takes care of his shop, which you don't always see if you are using a local auto body shop. you can tell joe takes a lot of pride in his work and his business and he was so nice and took care of everything. i have recommended him to friends and family and would without a doubt go back if i needed any work in the future.

Looked and asked around about a good place, then my friend recommended me about river street so I went there. I left the car that was ready day after, they scrap the other paint job (Craigslist) And redone everything, color is perfectly match no way to know it's been an accident I will keep there contact and that's my auto body shop from now on.

Second, the issue again is service. Your staffs service was the issue which I believe I clearly articulated. I would hate for that to get lost in your response for others as they are making their own decisions about patroning your auto shop. Please note, Yelp is a space for the consumer to share insights not engage in a debate with ownership when their is no accountability or direct addressing of the post. So to be clear, my issue is the service when I arrived and as I was interacting with Mike and I in no way indicated your service was poor. Now your comment stating that I wasn't spoken to "how I would like" implies zero accountability for the customer experience. I would like to have questions answered and be able to discuss the work done on my car as would anyone with the person reviewing it. Your message fails to address that sole issue. Again, best of luck with your philosophy and business approach, as it clearly works for others and not for me. I would just would review, if this is your approach, your Yelp history description where you explain that treating people well is a priority. That must have changed. I am off for parental leave and just in survival mode as one tends to be in the first weeks and was not wearing my executive suite or clothing, so unfortunately no one would not know that I run a small organization. Apparently that determines the service because when I arrived for an estimate, I was excited because this auto shop comes HIGHLY recommended. I was going to spend several thousand dollars to fix a small fender bender and then ask about detailing services. However I will not be engaging with this organization again because I was treated with such indifference that I can't imagine patroning this organization. When I arrived, and was assigned someone to draft the estimate, I approached this staff member, I believe his name was Mike, and asked questions because I had already gotten a quote. He would not look at the other estimate I had and didn't discuss anything with me. I was told that the price will be the same as the other shops and that I should just check my email for his estimate and we can talk then. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions BEFORE and AFTER I received their estimate. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This individuals quote came 12 hours later. Their work is probably great, but their treatment of me as a customer was disappointing given how much work I was intending to pay for. In my opinion, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price" according to their rep. Fun fact, their quote was the most expensive quote. Go figure lol Update: The response was "I am sorry the estimator did not converse with you the way you would like." Again, customer service appears optional. My response was as follows when the manager referenced their reputation as well: "I actually came because of the reputation, including the fact that I was looking for detailing estimates as well but I never got to that.
