I was experiencing an antibiotic resistant bladder infection that progressively worsened over the course of three weeks. After an unsuccessful second round of antibiotics, I decided to take a holistic approach and urgently needed help. Each time I completed the antibiotics, blood in my urine would return almost immediately. I reached out to a number of Accupuncture offices in the area and Sandra was quick to return my call and fit me in. I described what was happening and she had an herbal tea remedy prepared for me to take home after our first session. So here's the thing. I'm on the other side of 40 and my body started to frequently remind me. I've been treated with acupuncture several times in my life, usually after rather traumatic accidents involving one or more broken bones. Ouch. After my last surgery to get hardware removed from my lower leg, I felt I needed some needle love to get all the blood flowing down there again and speed up the healing process.
