The first day they had moved out, I decided to give Lorena's Perfect Cleaning a try. I called the number and John picked up. I told him I needed my house cleaned within the next few days and he was able to send a team of two the very next day. The cleaners arrived about an hour later than I was told to expect. The second they arrived, they went straight to work. I was very impressed with the work they had done. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, and a dining/living room. It took them about a total of 4.5 hours to get the job done. There were little things here and there that they missed (chandelier lights, residue in the freezer, etc) but overall was very pleased. My refrigerator hasn't been that clean since it came off the truck! Wow! We have hired several different house cleaners over the years and I have to say this has been the most thorough cleaning we've ever had. We have three dogs including a very large one and Fabio and Giselle didn't leave a shred of evidence of that - not one dog hair! The attention to detail was much noticed - from the fancy towel and pillow case folds to the paper rose left on my paper towel holder. They don't joke around about their deep cleanings. They were pretty thorough and did the deep cleaning that I desperately needed and stayed as long as was necessary. Every now and then there is a company that did such an outstanding job that I want to be able to give them ten stars. This is such a company. They have a customer for life. The day before the cleaning service was performed, the owner came out to my house. He was quite professional and looked carefully at our home. Frankly it had not been cleaned in over a year. We are both busy professionals and don't have much time for house cleaning. Complicating matters is the fact that we have two dogs-one is 95 lbs.He told me that it would be an all-day job and quoted me $400.00. I knew that it was high but I trusted the company after all the five star ratings. The next day a man and a woman showed up on time at 9:00 AM. They were professional and organized. I was working in my home office. They spent most of the day working on other parts of the house so that i could continue working. Literally a lot of time was spent on the kitchen. They finished at 4:00 PM. The house has never looked better. I'm so impressed!!!! I recommend this company for anyone needing cleaning services. read more
