John and Lorena cleaned my house yesterday and their work is superb. This is the fist time I've hired a housekeeper except for move in cleanings and I think I'm hooked! They were so thorough and worked hard the entire time. Both of them had friendly personalities and were very calming for my cat. Usually my cat hates the vacuum and will disappear if he even sees one out. After about 2 hours my cat was comfortable walking around the house, and trying to interact with John and Lorena. So I told the guy I wanted a deep cleaning. He was very nice on the phone. He quoted $225. I had to work so I had to leave them there. When I got home they didn't even clean in the oven. Are you serious??? Didn't clean the inside of my sliding glass door, fridge or mirror on the wall. Didn't move anything to dust. Certaintly wasn't a deep cleaning. Was a regular cleaning at best. Gisele and Fabio did a wonderful job sifting through the dust of a newly remodeled home. They were efficient and thorough with their time. They were careful with new floors, counters, tile and porcelain- all surfaces. They used my products as instructed and also had products of their own that cleaned the many surfaces. They were detailed oriented as well, especially the tracts of new windows, slatted doors, walls, and kickboards. The new white surfaces gleamed and the dark surfaces shined. Looking for housecleaning in Pacifica, I saw their reviews and decided to call them. I left a message, and John, Lorena's husband, called me back within a couple of hours. We discussed the "move-out" cleaning job, and he offered me a VERY REASONABLE price. They were able to work on the EXACT day I requested with just a week advance notice. As a courtesy, John called about 30 minutes before arriving. They did an EXCELLENT job! All the standard cleaning (including all the blinds throughout) AND they swept out the garage, cleaned the inside windows, the shower fan on the ceiling, and the VERY GREASY stovetop fan. They actually took it down/apart, cleaned it, and came back and put it back up the following AM!! Of course, he gave me another courtesy call to ask permission to do this and just to check in. They ARE TRUSTWORTHY, as we left a hidden key and cash on the counter (they do accept personal checks also) for the job. I'm just sorry they don't cover the East Bay for regular scheduled housecleaning now! read more

Lorena and John have been cleaning our house for many years now on a weekly basis. And, quite frankly, I'm not sure what our family would do without them! They leave our house looking, smelling and feeling sparking clean. Our bedrooms look like 5 star hotel rooms with the beds perfectly made and pillows arranged with care. The kids toys are neatly arranged and put away and our bathrooms look brand new. They just have a way of making your house feel like a palace -- which is remarkable when you have 2 little kids running around! I would - and have - highly recommended them to several people and they have always been as equally impressed and satisfied as we have been with this hardworking couple. I also don't recall them EVER not showing up or cancelling on us. They may have switched the day or time that they come once or twice...but that is over more than a 4 year period! I am a first-time customer. When I called I said, "So, you're the perfect cleaning service?" John replied humbly, "That's what my clients tell me." Great answer! From scheduling an estimate, and my changing the date many times, and then actually showing up for the job, John has been very responsive and flexible. I had a very extensive job (being the tail end of construction) and they cleaned everything thoroughly. It took ten hours! They even came back to finish up a few things that they felt they should have gotten to, and they didn't charge me. Attention to detail is their forte, and they really do live up to it. This company follows the age old rule: treat your customer as if you want their business. It's hard these days to get such honest and responsible and reasonably priced service.
