WORST EXPERIENCE! If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not fall for their trap! This car wash is an absolute SCAM, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their money or time. First off, they try to upsell you on services, promising a better wash and detailing than what they actually deliver. Management and workers are completely out of sync--what the manager promises is not what the staff provides. The manager assured me I'd get a high-quality detail, but instead, I got the bare minimum. If you're looking for a backyard car wash experience, this might be the place for you--but for $50, I expected far better. The staff's attitude was appalling, especially Alejandro, who was rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. He clearly has no interest in doing his job and belittled me by saying this was a "regular wash" after I paid for a detailed service. He didn't even try to meet the standards promised by the manager, wiping down surfaces half-heartedly and walking away shaking his head as if it was my fault I expected what I paid for. Alejandro's behavior alone is enough to ensure I never return here. When I brought my concerns to the manager, I was met with indifference. However, today the owner was not there, and unfortunately, the quality of service was significantly lacking. After returning from a brief meal across the street, I found that my car was ready, but the rims were not cleaned, the interior still had dust, and the windows on the inside were not wiped down. I get here and I'm in the lane parked ready to pick an option for hand wash service. For one no one came to me to write me a ticket for the package , I had to go look for someone. Then I wait there on my phone for about an hour and I see that my car hasn't even come out yet and they aren't even busy. Total of maybe 5 cars on the lot being washed. After an hour and 10 min I finally see someone watering down my car mind you I also picked the 39.99 package. So more work needs to be done. I came here about three times all this year. First two occasions my car was left in great condition and paid $35 inside and out. I was too lazy to wash my own car today, mostly because I like leaving it a certain way. Anyways, I came here because previous times it was good service and when the guy asked me what package I wanted I told him the regular inside and out. Which said $34 in the sign. But to my surprise he ends up telling me it's $15 EXTRA if you like your interior (dashboard, seats and doors to be cleaned) i looked and there is no sign that says its an extra charge for services that are always provided in every carwash i have been too. i mentioned to the gent that the previous times they have done it for the same price no extra. He replied with "maybe they just cleaned it with water and clean towel". Well, after paying $50 (w/tip) what do I find. My dashboard not clean, the vacuuming on my seat not done and some parts not clean. Car itself wasn't very dirty mostly needed an outside wash but this just served me as simple reminder somethings are better doing them yourself. read more

The first couple of times I went here, I was pleased with my wash and how they took their time to clean, even though I wanted an hour when I was the only car there. Decided to go this morning and on top of waiting over an hour, with 5 cars ahead of me, they barely even cleaned my car. I opted for a regular wash ($20) with an add on for an interior wipe (additional $20). I payed $40, not including tip to get my car back with stains and dirt on my white seats, dirt all around the car, my trunk and inside floors not vacuumed properly, my frunk, which I left open to be cleaned, looked exactly the way it did when I took it. I felt bad complaining on the spot because I felt sorry for the old man who cleaned my car and didn't want to get him in trouble. Now I wish I did. I came home and had to wipe down and vacuum my entire car. If I wanted water spot stains on my car, I would have gone to an express wash and payed $8 (SMH). I'm not even going to mention the Yelp check in to get $3 off. All I will say is, if you still decide to go here, that check in promo only works if you buy package 4. I've been coming here for years with the same car (it's lowered) and always got the same $19.99 special. Came today and now there is an upcharge for lowered car (all of a sudden) and up charged me for cleaning the floor mats. Ended up being a $50 charge for the exact same car wash I've always gotten! The lady explained that the management (mind you she's the owner, and the same lady I've been dealing with for years) changed the policies. I really wish they didn't just try to BS me so heavily. I took my expedition earlier today and picked the #2 options for $24.99. They actually did a pretty decent job with the wash. It was my first here so I decided to bring my truck for a wash as well. My truck is about the size of my expedition and off the bat I was told it's going to be $50... they were claiming that for cars that size that is the minimum. I didn't see this anywhere on the signs and refused the service. If your going to claim something like this especially to someone who was just there with a similar sized vehicle make sure you have signs up. F'n HORRIBLE. Came here with my friend's brand new 2014 Audi A4 for a nice hand wash. What did these guys do? Put a BIG, FAT 12-INCH SCRATCH across the hood. When we saw this, we demanded to know what happened. The manager said, "it's a hand car wash. It happens." While they did try and polish/orbital buff the scratch out, it barely helped. They offered nothing as recompense. Just a shrug and a point to their sign, "cannot be held responsible for damage to vehicles." I get that. Came here to get my sister's car washed. I thought there was a Monday morning $7.99 deal but I guess not anymore. I still thought I got a great deal at $9.99 because everything's 100% hand wash. The most amusing part and one that instilled my confidence in this wash was after the wash when a guy wipes down your car. I didn't understand what they were saying since they were speaking Armenian or something like that, but I liked to imagine that the manager was yelling at the worker to get help from another worker because all the water spots would start to dry and show if he didn't hurry up. After another worker came, someone else who I think is the owner started examining the car and pointing out spots they might've missed. They have a yelp deal they don't even know about if you check in. The armoral was done good enough but the outside is still dirty. Won't be going back there again. Very misleading. It says hand car wash but the guy washing your car uses a brush which leaves scratches. For a soft cloth wash it costs 25.00. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not one is because they did a good job on the windows. There were no streaks which is important as they can mar your vision on a sunny day. There is another place that uses soft cloth and is only 12.99. This place charges $15.99 for a basic wash. I can only hope that the scratches aren't permanent and that I can find another car wash that can get the scratches out. read more

I thought the price was fair for the quality of the wash. When you check in thru Yelp, you get the tire dressing for free (option #2) !!! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the guy who was cleaning my car kind of did a lazy job. He waved me down when the car was "ready" but it really wasn't. I pointed out that the tire dressing wasn't done (honest mistake or trying to fool me?). I also pointed out numerous spots that he missed (it was Memorial Day and perhaps he just didn't want to be there, felt lazy, was having a bad day, etc. etc. I don't know!) So, in that aspect, I had to "instruct" him on how to wash the car. Essentially, the car was NOT ready. BUT, once he did everything I pointed out to him...my car looked beautiful!!!
